Reflection of my college journey.

The curriculum is not that stressing for students as it is divided into semester system in a well mannered way. Though the teaching method in my college is bit more theoretical rather tahn practical. So I would suggest to have more practical approach in terms of assignments and all rather than just focusing on theory.

There is courses or you can say side programms were offered in collab with edx online platform with college, which helped in acing internships from the college communities and from the outside sources as well. It enhanced the CV of students too.

The placement cell of my lakshmibai college is managed by stuudentsonly and to be very honest the cell is not that active, though it is but not that much. Placements are offered to some several courses only such as Bcom, BBA, and other managemnt related courses for as of my course there is no such placment facility though students can opt for central placment cell of DU which is quite helpful.

The fee structure is favourable for lower class students as well as the course fee for my subject is nominal only. The course takes 13000 inn one year which is completely nominal way. Though there are many scholarships DU provide as well as financial aid is provided by Lkahmibai College for the students in need.

The campus life od Delhi University is very vibrant and enjoying as it is famous for the same only. For Lkahsmibai College, we have different competitions going on in college as well as intra college which helps in enhancing other perspectives of a student apart from studies and societies fests and importantly DU election as well as college and department elections. There are plenty of books availability in the library, actually the best part of college is library only, it is huge and peaceful with a very well infra. There is shooting range, kabbadi ground, cricket, table tennis and other sports avalable for the students of college.

As for the admission process, the cut off varies from course to course, for my course the cut off was not that high when I got into Lkahmibai College for women Delhi University but for as of now the cut off goes very high. The application process was quite esay as the whole process was online only. Reserved candidtaes gets little bit relaxation in terms of cut offs as I belong from ews category we have 10% reservations already which helps somewhere. The exam conducted now is not that tough it is of moderate level only, one needs to have a good knowledge of whatever he/she is studying in his 11/12th class.
