College is running in it’s 15th year. Getting a GGSIPU degree, IT labs are really good. Infrastructure otherwise is okayish. Companies like Nucleus Software, Infosys Ltd., Genpact- BPO visited the campus last year. People have been getting placed in companies like HP, HCL, Dell, IBM, TCS, CTS, Paytm, Landys and gear etc.
I am pursuing my B.Tech in Computer science and the fees is approximately INR 80,000/-. The scholarship options available are excellent for BPL students or for those who are financially weak. As far as loans are concerned.

AARUUSH- Techno management fest. One of the best fests any one college or University would dream of. People all around would come and eagerly participate in the events conducted by different committees. Not less than 3000 people participate in AARUSH every year. MILAN- Cultural fest of our University which includes ultimate fun.
Yes, Its a great opportunity to study in University especially for those who dream of higher studies with a well reputed Foreign university. Every year there are HUNDREDS of people who pursue their doctorates from my University. The electives which they provide us in the curriculum are not always constant.
My campus life was normal.I was a shy student and doesn't take part in any activities. There were a lot of societies in my college, technical and cultural but i was not a part of anyone. I once took part in a technical competition with a group of 5 in which we have made hydroelectric turbine. The project was a flop though but we learnt many things from that.I once participated in a workshop ob remote control aircraft fabrication. I learned the basics of aviation and flight mechanism. There were no girls in our Department as mechanical is famous for boys.I always refrain myself from any type of politics in the college. There was no ethnicity and economic status issues in my college to talk about.
I directly taken admission in this college. I think the college has arranged a counselling through MPPET which was organised at that time.I opted for this college because some boys from my locality had taken admission there before me.And they suggested that it is a good college. Firstly i had choosen electronics and communication engineering as my stream but after 1st year i had changed that and then took mechanical engineering as my stream.

The NIFT preliminary round used to be a 6 hour exam divided into two halves. The first half was a General Ability Test (GAT-mental aptitude test)- divided into three sections- Maths(basic), Logic and General Knowledge. The second half was a creative ability test (CAT)- questions based on colour theory, memory drawing, visual communication.
College placements as far as internships are concerned weren't great. Getting a stipend is tough, considering the field is such. Working under Stylists, art directors, or photographers does not pay much. The internships range from pro-bono to 15,000 a month. One internship is compulsory after the third year.
AIEEE or RPET is required to get admission into the college. The college provides everything which is on your wishlist when choosing a college. So i chose this college. It has hostel, mess, wifi, sports etc. Placements and packages made me choose computer science engineering.
There are many events organised in college. Every branch has one own college event Also the main function of college is held every September. Each function has its own charm and it is organised by students itself. There are many fun events in which one should take part.

It provides internships for six months but it is only department basis. If someone has to do internship he/she has to contact directly to the faculty. Stipend is not being provided for any type of internship but hostel facilities may be provided. Internship is purely the matter of interest, if someone is interested in something so he can opt for an internship at BIT mesra.
Faculty at BIT mesra is well educated and talented with ample knowledge. They have much knowledge, only we student just have to empty our pool before coming so that we can gain more and more. They have experienced faculty in every branch and field. Most of them have degrees from foreign universities or have teaching experience of more that 10 years.

Yes our college does provide internship starting from 2nd year of engineering at SJCIT. The overall stipend is quite less when seen from the point of fees ,I have been for intern once and the outcome was nice.
The placements are good some 10 companies cone punctually other than that 20 companies are there which may or may not provide placements every year there is an average placements of 159 students.

Although the college has a specific placement department who looks after the placements of students but it lacks determination to put effort to place the students. The first company which came for recruitment was 'FUTURES FIRST'. It provided with highest package of 8 LPA + incentives. Although only one student was recruited in the company. The other recruiting companies (with package) which came into our college are as follows:Think & Learn : 4.5 - 5 LPAAmazon : 3 - 3.5 LPAAIG : 4- 4.5 LPAAbout one third of the total students from our batch were placed through college recruitment process.
There are two mid sem exams and one final exam for each theory subject. For practicals there is one mid sem exam and one final exam being held. Each subject contains credit points depending upon the importance of that topic. To be eligible for degree one has to get minimum credits required while taking the course.Being a semester wise course the exams are held quite frequently (almost every next month).Although the questions asked are not so hard. One who is regular and attentive in class can easily pass the exams. For those who want to score high need to put extra effort.
College fest techniques which not so good but it is okay for some extent!and there will be branch fest too like aakar for civil, ece fest for ece engineering student, there will lot of cultural activity, but the problem is nice students only will not be available at the time of fest because heavy work load.
Sex ratio is balanced in the campus and there will be a lot of ieee program like debates hackathon quizez work shop, demo speches, orentation programs, freshers party in some branches !there is nothing like discrimination inthe name of cast, race etc pretty well tollerance college!has rich culture.

There are courses offered in different fields as already mentioned. I would be talking about Electronics and Communication here. In a scale of 1 to 10 I would give a rating of 8 to the curriculum. The first year comprises of the common subjects in engineering as does any other curriculum. Later narrows down to electronics in the second year and third year with a bit of communication engineering subjects as well.
The fee structure is definitely feasible compared to many other colleges with similar standards of faculty and infrastructure. We had to pay Rs. 30,000 per semester excluding the book fees. Mostly the references were notes of the lecturers and the money was spent on taking photo copies of these lectures. In the initial stages there is a caution deposit of Rs 10000 which gets reimbursed after finishing the course.

Merit Scholarships will be offered as a tuition fee waiver for top 100 rankers of GAT (UGTP) 2016. The continuation of scholarships for the subsequent years will depend upon their academic performance. Merit Scholarships will be awarded to GATE qualified students of M.Tech under TEQUIP-II project, subject to a maximum of 3 students in each programme at Rs. 8,000/- per month.
In-depth knowledge is the most important quality of all faculty in GITAM. All the teachers were well qualified and almost 70 percent of the faculty were having P.hd degrees. The Assessment Committee will work on developing an Annual Assessment Report that will make assessment results at all levels available to all constituents.

Faculties consist of both the Ph,D senior level professors and Lecturers and even some of the seniors of the college. They are good subject experts and can explain even in regional languages. They give proper explanation and detailed syllabus for students which are very helpful even to get university ranks.
Though many companies did not turn up to the Campus, we got few good companies in our final year. Such as the Athena Health, Quest Global Services and few of the BPOs and ITs. For our seniors, they had some luck when infosys and some other brighter companies came. Salary was around 15 to 20k per month.

I scored 148 out of 200 in CET and landed up here. I filled up the online form and my very first college was VJTI. So i got this college after about 20 days of the announcement of the result i got this college. My friends who were already studying there gave me positive reviews and thats what made me take this university. The administration was much better than other college.
Fortunately, my college does provide internship and i was lucky enough to get an internship in SIEMENS. There were many companies which came with the internship offer and the students most probably get internship after the 6th semester is done. The duration of my internship was 3 months but not together. I was paid 35k per month for 3 months. This was a nice internship.
I'm not sure about placements and job opportunities as I've still got 1.5 years before passing out. What I observed is that college does averagely on placements and job opportunities. Average companies like Infosys etc. come over every year. I've read some posters about 1 or 2 students placed in HP or NEC but never seen these companies in the college though. Not even sure they were selected on campus or off campus.
College doesn't provide internships, they just pressurise 2nd year students to complete their training in-house as they make money out of it. As for third year students they are left on their own for internships or "Industrial experience" as in our curriculum. College also has provisions for internships is the Europe including Italy and Bulgaria but you'll have to pay for it that too more than 1 lac INR.
Course structure is fine but the optional subjects are not available. The college decides the optional subjectas. Many unnecessary software papers because the aim of the college is to provide the students placement in tech mahindra or tcs. They mainly focus on english aptitude and reasoning. If one will be an obedient student. Will surely get placed in TCS or will clear any bank examination.
I didnt scored good rank in AIEEE but herd the name of college from some seniors that it is a good college so I directly went to the college and talked to the administration regarding admission. They checked my matriculation and intermediate marka and took a test for formality and provided me the branch electronics and instrumentation.

College faculties are producing number of research papers for national and international journals. Moreover, no. of workshops and seminars are conducted on a regular basis. Apart from syllabus faculties always guide us to read other books, journals, references for having better knowledge of the subject. They also teach about future aspect and about exams such as gate, cat, mat etc.
Companies come to select the students. Our college gets awesome placement with most of the students get selected in great companies and they also do well. According to the current status , 20000 is the minimum package given to a passed out bba student. And thats not a bad amount with just a bba degree.
The fees for BBA is 142000 for a year. When say it in words its one lakh fourty two thousand. Its not a small amount and its double expensive for BBA than it is for B.com. And its expensive and difficult for a middle class family to afford it. Even though the fees is much but the education is good.

The admission process for technology and design are a different. Both have a couple of papers to be cleared, after which the technology ranking is out but the design aspirants have to go through the situation round and PI. After which in June everyone, according to their rankings are invited to Delhi for counselling and offered centres according to their ranks and preferences.
Exams were 4 times a year, most of which was jury /project based leaving only 3-4 theory papers every semester. There are regular assignments throughout the year which are pre-planned and the dates are mentioned in the year calendar. The marks are a combination of your performance in these assignments and presentations combined with your mid semester and end semester scores.

I got the admission through management quota. I was referred to get admission in this college by one of my relatives. He had good relations and well established connections with principal an other staff. He came with my parents to get admission for me. He took me to the principal and we had a talk and then i was given admission in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) stream of 2011-2015 batch.
The convener quota fee is feasible. Moreover government provided students with fee reimbursement which helped some financially backward students. the convener quota fee is 39,000/- approximately per 1 academic year. The management quota fee is somewhat more. Donation amount is 2,50,000-3,00,000 which is somewhat heavy and the academic fee per 1 year is 1,05.000. This is during my time(2011-2015).
