Campus life is good and the students mix is across the country. Even though the college situated in tamil nadu the local students is only 30-40% . Rest all has come from other states. You can see students from all states ex. Assam/west bengal . Major contribution is from north and andhra pradesh. We have good sports facilities and periodic events organised for students on various technical and non technical areas.
The exam structure is compartment method. There is periodic exam during the semester like cycle test/model exam and final exam. Cycle test and model exam carries 50% weightage and the final semester exam carries 50% weightage. The final result based on the scores obtained on both internal exam and final semester exam.

Yes, we got the placement in Sales department in various industries and organisation. But we still bound to found a good job. but the things is that most of them have the job. and they can continue the study. And many of them have tried from other source so that they are still in various organisation. The job opportunity is overall fair not much recommended.
Yes, the course is very extensive and futuristic so be prepare for the fight and race of your life. MBA this is just not an Degree but it is passion to do where all the study cover finance Human resource, information technology, etc. But be sure what do you want to do in which field you have interested.

Campus life was quite lively where you can see people hanging around playing indoor/outdoor games, making presentations, tea break@ cafeteria etc.The entire campus is wi-fi enabled, so that you can connect with your work & do the socialisation. Spardha was one umbrella where different events were played at one point like sports event, quiz, debate between Delhi-NCR colleges.
Well I go through CAT (Common Admission Test) & score 85%. I have appeared in 4-5 other colleges but at last after many discussion I decided to go with IBA (Indian Business Academy). I heard a lot about the college through social media, their Alumnus etc. Finally I fill the form online & appear for the GD-PI (Group Discussion & Personal interview).

Campus life of SATI Vidisha is amazing. Since it is a small town whole market of the town is based on college students thus we generally used to get respect from all vendors. Since there are 30% seats reserved for females thus every class at least contains 30 % females. As I have mentioned earlier extracurricular, labs and other facilities are fabulous. There is separate robotics club for robo enthusiasts.
Exam structure is balanced. Theoretical and practical marks are weighs equal. we used to have 3 hours of theoretical classes and 3 hours of practical classes. It used to be hectic but we never felt it hectic because 3 hours of theoretical class it completely bearable and after that practical classes was more fun to attend.

Each year there will be celebrations of Convection day, Annual day, Sports day, Campus day, Hostel Day. etc.,The separate committees will be formed for all the functions under the head of Institution. the committee conveners will arrange the things which are necessary for smooth conduction of the function, chief guests are invited for all functions in various fields.
Course structures and defined by the pattern of Bharathiyar University, still the college was autonomous the course curriculum is prepared in the college but finalized only through the university. An committee has been formed under the Head of the Principal of the Institution, the committee reports will be submitted to the university section.
Mechanical Department is best and cool department compared to other departments. HOD is nice and helping. He believe in practical rather than only theory. Many industrial visit happens. Many Research project is still going on in the department. We have one FASE car made by students. One conceptual car and light weight aircraft made by students.
Since I got the seat through Karnataka CET, I got my admission order from CET cell where they have mentioned the reporting date. On my reporting first they gave me the form for 500 and gave me the list of documents need to be submitted. An extra affidavit I had to make for some anti ranging rule.
The placements and job opportunities in VCET is well designed and the college has ties with many companies like WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, TECH MAHINDRA, etc. I would say the students will have a great opportunity in getting placed in placement because these companies come looking for people every year.
Some faculty members quit their jobs abroad & in MNC's to teach here. The faculty in VCET are friendly, dedicated and disciplinary people. They take utmost care in teaching and the mentoring the students. As for the interest of teaching of faculty it depends on the students i would say.

There were many branches in diploma in the college. The gender ratio for boys and girls is around 1:1. Because both boys and girls are to be given equal importance for education. Most of the students were from karnataka only hailing from all the districts. There were no politics in the college management. We were free to ask anything and suggest anything to the management. Though their decision would be final.
The course curriculum is very good with all the basic and some out of the box topics. I would rate the course by 9 out of 10. The course included all the academic syllabus with addition of software training and industrial visits. It also included extra curricular activities such as dance programs, cultural activities and exposure to projects.
There is a dedicated cell for Placements. At our time, Students used to work with the Training and placement coordinator to invite companies. College is also in different college pools. And one can get fair chance to appear for companies. i got campus placement in Hexa ware for 2.5LPA. although i did not joined the company.
Admission process was the DTE one. After filling forms in ARC centers and college allotment. Went to the college for admission and it was done in 1-2 hours. The Office people were at bit rude at that time.

We had so many activities done in our tenure. Like every saturday we had Saturday activity in that college had organise many technical and practical exams as well. Like role play, logo found competition, presentation in company or movie was also there. After that they had provide us 1 to 3 winner.
One of my friend was doing MBA (finance) before me. He was suggested me for the same. I had filled the form for admission. The total fee for two year for full time was Rs.165000/- at that time when i was joined in 2009. Every 06 month i have to pay the partial amount for the same.

The college faculty were strict enough towards attending lectures and practicals keeping the margin of 75% attendance failing which students were not allowed to sit for periodics exam. Course structure was not at all good from research point of view. Its basically a 4years of Race to get BE. Degree.

The fees structure is quite appropriate with open category candidates having to pay an annual fees of 120,000,OBC- 65,000 and SC/ST- a nominal amount of 15,000. NRI students though have to pay a hefty amount of 207,000 INR.

i submitted offline application for this examination and the paper was easy but quiet lengthy. First you have to secure good rank and based on this there will be a seat allotment process and it was rank wise and then after we will be getting your college based on your rank. After getting your college you have to go for further registration process and document verification.
This college was spread on the land of 300+ Acres and having facility of gym, multi purpose hall, footbal ground, cricket ground, hospital, post office. There were facility of NCC also. Students enroll themself in NCC. Gender ratio was approx 3:7 here and ragging free environment was here. Every year annual sports meet happen in which student take participation.

Regular entrance process followed by Karnataka board of engineering was followed for admission. There was pool of colleges thought out Karnataka amongst which based on our CET ranking we had option to select colleges of our choice.Once procedures related to my documents were completed, joining dates were mentioned.
Internal assessment were conducted once in a month, exams followed by 3rd assessment. Labs were handled well though any of the experiments conducted in the lab were not asked in the exam. Experiments to assess the intellect were asked more than the book question and answers.

BITS organises many festivals on both small, medium and large scale. The major festivals are Cultural Fest (OASIS), Technical Fest (APOGEE) Sports Fest (BOSM),Management Fest (Interface), Startup Fest (Conclave) along with many art festivals for music, drama, etc. The participation, both internal and external is huge. All the festivals are organised by students of BITS pilani with help from faculty and institute.
The college provides internships with an initiative called Practice School (PS). A three month internship is provided during summers after end of second year with main focus of first hand industrial exposure. A six month internship is provided during fourth year for a whole semester with a flexibility to opt for either first semester or second semester.

The faculty for materials and metallurgy engineering in IIT Kanpur is really the best you can ask for in their respective domains. Most of the faculty members are involved as external consultants for large manufacturing industries of their respective subject matter. Most of them have decades of experience teaching their subjects so, the way they teach those subjects is really quite lucid and easy to follow.
There are a lot of scholarship opportunities in the college for the deserving candidate. I myself availed the SCM scholarship, which is the most sought after scholarship of the college. It is due to the fact that your complete academic fee is relaxed. So, a college fee of 40,000 comes down to around 10,000. It is based on your parents' income status and your academic performance in the college.

In the bases of qualifications ,in my college most of the faculties are well educated and also plant experienced.and most of the faculties are teaching from last 15 years in my college. So really appreciate that in my college.faculties are tech the topic very deeply with the real life examples so it's very helpful for us as students.
After the 12th passing the admission committee professional course is started admission process in our state.the whole process is online.so it's really good. I have to just go for verification.after that choice filing of college and course. I took as per interest.and the resulted i got my dream college.
I always had a good interest in computers. I had also researched on the internet about the courses that are included in the Pune University Computer Engineering course. Most of them were of my interest and in which I would like to work for the rest of my life. Inputs from seniors and friends also helped me choose the branch and the courses offered.
The faculty for each of the subjects were the subject experts. Most of them were post graduated in their respective subjects and taught with vigour. The queries were resolved from time to time and we got great help during our final year project. All of them also encouraged us to take part in the extra-curricular activities as well.

The exams in our college were in a nice pattern.the college starts the semester with unit test 1 for the theory papers after the first 2 weeks of college commencement. Followed by that we will have unit test 2 which comes in the mid semester. We will have the model practicals prior 1 week to semester practical examination. After the semester practical examination.
In our college, each year every department organises a national level technical symposiums.students from colleges all over india participates in the symposium. College culturals is organised in the month of january followed by the farewell program for the final year students. The third year students organises the farewell event for the final year students.
Infosys took the majority of the students followed by various other fortune 500 companies. Average package at that time was given as 3 Lacs per annum. Aon was also a major employer of BMIET's student and average package offered by Aon was 2.5 Lacs per annum. However, these organisations provide great learning and development opportunities.
I gave LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) for admission in BMIET, Sonepat and scored 947 Rank. One of my friend recommended me this college and the admission procedure was also very organised. This institute showed me the subjects i was going to cover in my course which made me took the decision of studying here.
