Gender ratio in our college is about 25-30% girls in our college only because in mechanical engg there was no girl in that trade and extracurricular activities are also there like sports in which volleyball, basketball, cricket etc.
I am doing B.Tech in mechanical engg because in mechanical there is my interest in this field so I was choose this and I want to clear my GATE exam to qualify the entrance in Mtech in IIT colleges.
The faculty has been the most outstanding the great nature of tge teachers to belp thw students out of the classes too. Highly educated staff and very well organised by the management.
It is somewhat expensive150000/- year the hostel fees is less and the mess fees is also less though but the tuition fees is more as 70000/- for 1st sem then 50000/- for the nexf sem.
Again placements are the best in whole of north karnataka because we get around 30/35 companies every year and we also get good packages offered. But i feel like most of the companies come for IT branch people and companies relate to my field are very less and their intake too is less when compared to IT people.
My course had a mix of both mechanical and management subjects. As far as my choice is concerned i like more management subjects over mechanical so i really use to enjoy my subjects. Electives included total quality management, advanced foundry technology, supply chain management etc.

Gender ratio is not much considered in our college. Campus life is just like having happy days every day. All the labs, sports and competitions were quite striking. Politics is a bit factor which is to be felt shamed off. Apart from that every thing is fine.

Course curriculum is good. It is about 4 years. It has 8 semisters. In each year there are 2 semisters. It has electives in each semisters . In each elective we will be given only two subjects to choose. Overall in the curriculum we learn the basics of all branches and the core of our subject.
No companies come to offer internships in our college . We go and search for companies which offer internships and apply for them in our college. If some one go for internship the college does not support in any manner I.e, they don't even give attendance.
No, Scholarship provide by state Government where you belong to. I am belong to bihar as you know if you contact to govt officer in scholarship department then you get a money other wise you forget all these thing never get anything.

Placements were average ranges 4 lpa - 8 lpa as it was not a good financial year it was just recovering from recession, still ICICI, hdfc, RSPL, Godrej, LIC, samsung and many more companies came for campus placements .
Its was feasible as it was a government collge so it 58000/- a year it includes tution fees and exam fees also hostel fees was like 28000/- year and fooding 60/- a day so it was ok to see value for money.

This was a great experience for me however find a job to complete the internship was not easy. I have faced many problem and went for the interview at many companies. Finally I got selected in Apex TGI as a trainee and I worked 6 months to get the certificate without any pay.
Exam Structure was simple like as other college. Pattern of the paper was also easy. We have three hours to complete the paper. Exam always conduct at our college so this was not a hectic for us and we were very comfortable during the exam.
As one of the demanding profession in the industry and many companies are participated in the placements and have given so many opportunities to talent peoples with excellent package offer. I have got the offer Rs 8 lakhs per year and I was very happy with starting salary. Approximately 50 peoples have been selected and all are enjoyed their job with real happiness.
As a Professional Course, my department has been celebrated lots of celebration like cultural program, like Pharmpeals is one of the well known celebration in my department and has been celebrated every year. I am really proud that I am one of the best participant in that program of cultural dance in the stage.

Campus life was the golden life, having fun in the hostel with beers and smokes sometimes. Some times had organized non veg treats in the hostel mess.College had a structure of cultural representative, his role was to organize the cultural events by taking suggestions from Juniors/Seniors.Debates were mainly on the sports ground for the assets provided .
The college had very few good seniors lecturers. Analog communications was taught by the head of the department and few new lecturers were pass out from the same college who had very minimal teaching skills, by then I had adopted to learn self.The senior lectures were limited to first year and few important subjects through out the graduation.
Annual day we were actually waiting for this event through the year. It was also called as the college fest day from different departments we used to participate in different events like Dance, Fashion show, Singing, Sports, Mime, Stage act computer games and many more. other than annual day we were also participating on Midnight marathon happens in Bangalore.
The campus was really good we had a basket ball court and a very big college ground where we used to play cricket , football also hokey the labs were really designed well and the components were really useful. The college team were regularly engaging student in various extra curriculum activities. Overall it was a very nice ambiance.

It was very expensive they charge 1050rs for one semister exams which is very high as in the case of other technical universities it's very less as it will come around 500rs means half the amount of our exam fees.this will make Burden for the students patents.
They only did the college fest and didn't conducted any techical seminar which was related to our topics.we were thinking that they will do later it seems but we did not got any seminar or technical meet like things in our college.

Exams were conducted every semester, which consisted of written exams as well as practicals. For few subjects there was viva as well, which used to be conducted by internal as well external faculties. There used to be mid terms exams being conducted by the college.
Course consisted of 4 years, with each year divided into 2 semesters. Each semester had around 6 to 8 different subjects which taught about various electronics subjects, maths, science, etc. It included theory as well as practicals.
Senior got placed well they helped us when our batch passed out even seniors are now faculty in the college we have good social network with the seniors and also with the juniors every year they are gathering the alumni advantage of gathering them is they will get network with that more and more companies will come for placement.
Scholarship i donot know loan availed for me for schedule cast and schedule tribe government will refund the fee paid loan will be available for each student at less interest and who is having less than 2lakh income if they have income certificate they can claim the governament to get money back.
We have one of the biggest annual festivals in the country''malhar'', and also the janfest, a prominant classical music festival. We also have small festivals like literary fetivals for different languages like hindi, english, marathi etc.
The faculty were very student friendly and excellent teachers. They help you academically and personally. They help you in everything they can. They would explain any number of times if the concept was not understood.

There were no entrance examinations. Professional admissions were on merit base. There were only 25 seats for B Pharm in kerala State. 15 seats were for graduates and 10 seats for pre degree students. After predegree, i got admission. there were no interview also.
One of the most versatile syllabus covering 27 subjects. Other than pharmacy related subjects, physics, chemistry, maths, botany, zoology, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, engineering drawing, German etc.
Many events take place every year, be it cultural or sports naming a few of the cultural events would be personality contest, black and white day, saree and tie day, etc. Where as in sports indoor as well as outdoor sports competitions were arranged students actively participated and in huge numbers.
There is a college internal test every week on saturdays internals also include marks for attendance. Which is followed by external or written exams with 2 semesters in an academic year. Basically it is quite chilled out all the time with not much pressure.
All the faculty was very dedicated and student friendly. The infrastructure of college and hospital was also one of the best in the city.Few teachers have also authored books of their respective subjects.
We had almost 50% females and 50% male candidate. We had lots of overnight parties at hostel.There was objections regarding ethnicity, race. No political pressure or discrimination on economical basis.
Cource was not at all good.only attendance and approach was mendatory to complete the cource. All the teachers were highly uneducated. One of our teacher don't knows the spelling of Water. Such type of faculty were there. And examination were soo damm difficult that even teachers fails to solve some numerical. The used to make question paper from the most difficult book.
Their motive for exams were to fail each n every student so that they can charge a fess of Rs. 750 per exam for reappear.After the result our answer sheet were never shared. For rechecking of exam they again charge 750Rs. So weather you go for reappear or rechecking u have to pay Rs. 750.
