College follow Rajasthan university guide lines for course , 8 semesters and 46 subjects for each Engineering branch. You will have to get summer training your own and college will not help you in training or in placement.
College is not great in terms of placement and job opportunity neither they have tie up with companies or other college or universities , we ran everywhere on our own for placement and interviews.

Every possible event will be celebrated at a grant level. During my tenure I have seen following events happening. College Annual Days they happen at a grant level every year and all students are encouraged to be part of various cultural committees. Technical Fests We saw technical fests happening every year at national level where paper, poster and project contests happen where more then 50 colleges participate. College gives importance to culture, traditions and nation. All days of national importance like republic day, independence day, cultural festivals are celebrated grandly.
Labs happen every week and the faculty makes sure that the students fill the record by next session. Mock tests also happen before actual exams to ease students. Exams also happen in a structured manner with a good examination cell department and that makes sure all the communication happens timely. We have never seen an instance where we had to rush and run to various places during exams. Enough guidance from examination cell was always there to clear any doubts apprehensions and to explain any rules from the examination board.
Here the core subjects includethermo dynamics, automotive engineering, fluid mechanics, and some major eectives are supply chain management, industrial engineering, which includes ergonomics etc. the ost important subject is machine design which contains major part in autocad.

Alumini is conducted every 1st sunday of August for all the passed out students. You can have good rapo with seniors when you participated in any of the forums or if you have any good talent. They are very helpfuland it is highly encouraged here.
It is like hectic. For a semester you mostly have 100 to 110 days college. In those days you have to write surprise tests, mid exams and final, which is total of 18 surprise tests, 12 mid exams and 6 final exams and lab exams also same.

We have moved to changera paper mill and bhailai steel plant of the industrial tour. That time no body was offering stipend so these tour were conducted on our price only. however industrial tour was good academic point of view atlest for the mechanical branch to which i belong.
Since MIET gondia was established in 1984, Faculty and lab assistance were experienced however over experience also not good for new comer students.new comer students expect friendly environment atlest in the begaining.

It was a direct entry into the college post 2nd PUC. but for MBA they accept CAT, XAT scores, the cut off percentage for BSC was 60% and for BCOM was 85%. You are lucky if you have sports quota. that really helps you get an admission even if your percentage is low and hence its advised to be a part of some or other extra curricular activity.
Gender Ration is 40 boys, 60 girls. its one of the best ratios with diverse culture being treated with equality. Strict for any nonsence. So can say its a no nonsence college, while there is lot of fun, space due to wide college premises, it will help you upskill from all the areas- communication, personality, business acumen, knowledge etc.

It was designed by Veer Narmad South Gujarat University which now has merged into Gujarat Technical University. The course curriculum was pretty good but did lack practical knowledge. It did not had any practical implementations required to be learn while we study. But though as the faculty of my college was amazing they went out of their way to teach us all practical aspects in our studies. We had field practicals, field visits all through out our 4 years journey. We were always given reasons why and how we can implement it in our studies. Had a wonderful experience.

I got admited in ILS law college by the marks scored in my graduation. Admission process although highly competitive was made fairly easy by college.
There were several companies and although, they show a figure of 100% placements, actual placement figure was around 60%. But again, considering the bad phase of 2009, 60% is good.Accenture, HCL, Caritore, Satyam, Grapecity, R Systems were some of the companies visited the campus (around 10 IT and 3 core eletronics in total). Package was between 3-4 LPA. There wasonly one company which offered around 5LPA (forgot the name).
Amity celebrates almost every big festival like Diwali, Holi, Lohri etc. Good thing is, every depatment celebrates it's own tect/management/ cultural fest, hence, in an entire year, there will be around 10-15 fests along with festival celebrations. Biggest fests are conducted by Engg and MAnagement departments.
The faculty is well educated and experienced enough to give us correct idea of various concepts. The concepts are being deeply taught and further assignments gives us the confidence in the subject. the faculty is explaining each and every concept in much
I am pursuing a degree for which there is no stipend given in any institution. The Ph.D. students can get the stipend. For B.Sc. there is no stipend. I do not have idea about general stipend offered.
Yes alumni will be there and good support from senior students. Also there are NCC and NSS units to develop a sense of discipline service in the minds of the students. These units also promote placement. There is ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) Students chapter, which conducts various expert lectures in interested subjects to all student community in various advanced subjects, topics. This chapter also takes up further Continuing Education Program.
The major task of placement cell is to provide support to the students about how to face the interviews, written tests, group discussion, task handling etc. These are considered as regular activities for the students of pre-final and final year. Sending students for industrial training, vocational interaction, accelerates the enhancement of training activities.

Although the college is under Delhi University, there are a healthy number of students from other parts of India. A few foreign students are also seen in Miranda House. Overall the crowd is quite friendly. Being a ladies' college, you can expect some students coming from conservative backgrounds. But that doesn't mean that only because it's an only girl's college so girls are conservative, I'm a mirandian and I'm very open minded. I haven't faced any issues regarding sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity.
The college management is very polite and kind. Overall, I think that I finally know why it is one of the top colleges. It has made such a positive impact on me and given me the confidence to face the real world. It has taught me that being timid and shy

That point of time, the fees were of medium range when compared with other colleges in Coimbatore. Moreover the fee werent needed to paid up front fully. We had some installment options as well.
The faculties of the college were well experienced with great practical knowledge, Thats itself helped them in training students. Faculties were a bit strict, but very good in what they did.

Alumuni visits college regularly for fests and the college maintains a good database of the alumni network. They were interactive and helps in clarifying doubts. One person helped me in preparing for competitive exams and everyone tries to share opportunities available with the college and also helps in conducting drives.
Sreenidi is well known for clubs and everyone participates with minimal geneder discriminations. There were about 8 clubs in the college related to technical cultural literary arts automobile etc. And both girls and boys participate equally and plays vital roles. There were clubs headed by girls even.

Campus life was best apart I would like to share in my life. My best buddies are from college only not from school. Extracurricular activities are also good and interesting. I too took part in the Chef Competition and was the second runners-up in the event held at National level. Extra curriculum activities are really good because they are related to our own hospitality field itself and improving our skills.
Internship experience was the best experience I had till now. It was the time to earn and spend as per your requirements and that too with your best buddies. Best part is that I was placed with my best buddies for placement. For internship I was placed at Taj Sats Flight Catering for a period of 06 weeks training.
Good : The infrastructure, the classes and the HOD. Bad : Some inexperienced faculty. Not so good hostels. And the college need lots and lots of advertising.
Internship experience was overall good. The companies came were HDFC bank, Rich infra india pvt. Ltd. Stipend was around 2.5 lacs.
Campus life was good as it is lushed with greenery all over and good infrastructure, well built playgrounds, labs, seminar halls. Yes there were no. of competitions on regular basis like debate, quiz, presentation, tournament and athletic meet etc. Gender ratio was equivalent and students were from different parts of country. There was no discrimination on basis of gender, sex and religion. The college is very secure and politics was not there at our times, actually authorities was not in favour to let this thing enter and change the mind of students.
Our college was best for festivals, every year there is a international festival and there are no. of events, competitions, star nights. Students from other countries visit this festival as well. It is held once in a year. Apart from this there are no. of festivals which college holds. Participation is really good all the regional, national and international (for international festival) students and delegates visit our campus. Also popular singers and actors used to come on the star nights. It was fun being there.

The only mass recruiter of the techno group colleges is TCS but in my case i was not eligible for it other companies such as mindtree amdox and several other companies do come to the college but lots of competition an the target of the company is fulfilled by taking 2 or 4 students and they are happy because they get one of the best brains unfortunately after two or three companies i didnt prefer to sit in the campus drive have some other plans.
Campus life is good with a lot of refreshment all around. It is a good education campus extracurricular like sport competition, debates are very good in colleges, these events are co-organised by college management and students as long as gender ratio is concerned it is good as compared to other engineering colleges and it is around 2:1 . Workshops are organised every month and it is compulsory for the students to attend these students are also mandatory to follow rules and have tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion. There is also art of living sessions by senior students given to junior students .
Senior students are very encourageous towards junior students in campus they always help the freshers and junior students to cope up with the life in college. My seniors always try to help me out in assignments and other daily college activities and they also share their experiences as far as alumni is concerned they are always as helpful as senior students their association also helps the management to organise various programmes in the campus .
