The college follows the curriculum laid by the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) which is a collegiate public state university in Karnataka State, India. The course structure is updated as per the needs and demands in every 2-3 years. VTU holds 56th position in best university ranking. Its located in Belgaum, Karnataka. Placements and job opportunities are more branch based. Placements are nil or to say few for mechanical but great for CS, EE, EC. Most of the recruiting companies are software based such as ITC, TCS, UST global etc. The campus placements are good for CS. Other branch students also get placed in software companies but most of the students deny to take up these offers. Civil branch here s recently started and this year the placements for civil will be taking place. Off campus and pool placements are also informed to the students.

Not so many companies come top our college for placements. So our college does not provide good placements for students.Recent company come in our college was godrej but this company haven't selected any of the student. Another company came was L&T but that interview was cancelled due to some technical problem.

The college organizes various events like sports events,cultural events,management festivals during jan and feb months.various sports like cricket, football, kabaddi, carrom, chess etc are organised by the college and in cultural events various activities are oarganised.

Very vast. A lot of things were covered for the curriculum. The four semesters covered almost all the subjects where in the first 2 semesters were common covering operations, finance, marketing etc. and then the electives.

There were the cultural fests, the annual fests the diwali celebrations and a lot more. They are pretty huge with close to 800 students attending a lot of participation's also come from other colleges.

It's excellent. It's 1:1 gender ratio.since fashion technology is also there the female students are little high. Most of the students are from north India like from delhu., Maharashtra up, west Bengal Assam,Punjab. A few are from south India. Major religion is Hindu.

All management sections are handled by people s retired from army with high ranks like major general, generals etc, so there is a tight discipline. It's an excellent college to study and to enjoy.

Below Average. Many of the individual placed in HCL Bpo some of earlier student were placed at Infosys and other good companies via open campus.

No internship was provided by college, we done it from NIIT. No stipend paid.

I took the entrance examination conducted by the institute itself and scored 86 out of 120. The cut-off of the examination was nearly about 60 marks and the qualifying candidates were then called up for an interview which was to check candidate's confidence and his/her performance in academics and co-curricular activities during school life. 35 students were then narrowed down from a total of 500 and those fortunate candidates got a chance to be a part of this institute.

Fee structure is very much affordable type. One can simply complete his MBA in jist ?20000. It's the best institute to get in if you are from a middle kind of family and get quality education without having any bounties of financial problems on your head.

All the decent companies come in, the placement in general are not issue if you are in top 80% of the batch. The salaries are at par with market. The participating companies vary but there are regulars like Pidilite, HDFC, ICICI, TCS, Nelson etc.

Very poor placement for first batch as college could not invite good companies for interviews. Although 2-3 little known companies had visited campus but no student was placed finally and most of us tried off-campus and got placed with our efforts. But scene has changed and most of the students are placed in campus itself.

UPSEAT-2000 Score N/A Rank: 7256. I could not secure good enough rank to get into any top college in state and at that time very few private college were available to opt. So I chose this college randomly but fortunately decision turned out to be good as college was having decent infrastructure and good faculty.

They are very good and well desired by students. Many big national and multi national companies were coming to the college for taking the students as fresher students also got handsome pays.

They are very helpful and always considering their old students for any events where it is feasible for old students to be called. Some old students are also called as motivational speakers.

Faculty is really good college improves our personality communication skills it provides more opportunity to show our skills now about management it always supports us whenever we organise any party whether this is fresher's party or explorica or techuest

This college organise its own tournaments any type sports technical at national level 0% ragging excellent labs practical knowledge there are clubs activities which improves our performance.

Good college trying very hard to get the college to the new heights we are trying best and management is very helpful.

They are quite good 50% of our are already placed 13 in my branch they offered 5, 3, 8, 14.

Gender ratio is very poor. Only few girls take admission as it is on outskirts of the city. Hostel parties are organized on each occasions. No discrimination on basis of gender and ethnicity race etc. .

Fees is in accordance with about. No extra charge and hostel fees is also very less affordable for all. It is not at all expensive. In case if fee problem college also support with loan facilities.

This college is top 3 in MP engineering colleges and in 2015 acc to the survey if TEQIP I get top 15 rank in government colleges in india.

If you are worried about ragging then leave it at home before the college zero tolerance policy. They are really strict when it comes to the complaints of raggings. They are various groups like cultural group, basketball, football group you may join anyone based on your interest just like the college has its parties same way hostels have same kind of parties aaj it's a double fun don't worry about gender inequality, none of the discrimination exists in college.

As I mentioned earlier, this college is renowned for its placement opportunities just study well and make sure you don't have any backlogs and they will allow you to sit in almost all the companies that appear companies like CogNiZant, TCS, Wipro, Accenture and L&T come every year companies like Tech Mahindra, Avaya, Syntel may or may not come almost all the companies offer 3.5 lacs per annum as the beginning salary, no matter you are B.E or MCA student.

The life in MIT campus is a great exposure for the every student keeping intrest in various fields. Right from Cultural, technical to sports. No partiality is made on the basis of gender,caste & creed. There isn't any politics being done against students. Economic status of the the crowd & students is higher middle class or middle class. All the activities conducted by college & various departments are good & a lot to learn from. There are two ROBOCON teams, Baja team & an Acceleracers team for the one ones interested in applying their technical knowledge.

There are many events in our college. We have 2 technical events namely Texephyr & Tesla bcz there are two engineering colleges in the same campus. The footfall is about 5-6k people comprising mainly of students. Big title sponsors for the event. Like IBM, Venkys, Barbeq Nation etc. Cultural events like Aarohan & seperate gathering all the colleges in campus. Department wise various events are conducted.

No college internship experience no Stipend as well have done some In plant training and workshops by our own interest some mini projects opportunities are also available .

It was great but can be improved staffs are friendly and co-operative best college surrounding this area my cousin was studying in this college i got the review from him.
