Campus life is amazing - the one to die for. There is never a dull moment. Gender ratio is fairly equal. A ratios of 55 - 45 percent for Boy to girl is found. Never heard about any discrimination on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or economic status at Welingkar campus. There was a biased for action in the college campus.

Another one was Apex which is in the field of home appliances. It was too a good placement opportunity. Around 2 got placed. They offered 6k around.

Regarding Hostel parties, I still giggle remembering those days and cherish those memories all the time.College used to conduct outbound trips for practical exposure of students, Tech Fests and other competitions which includes invitation to other colleges which makes it as Inter-College Event.
College had tied-ups with few companies where students can pursue their internship but they were not paid .However other information for stipend-paid intership is avaiable with Placement office which requires passing an entrance exam followed by an interview from the company.

I have been in ic engineering from last 3 years, but all gtu colleges are crap. if you are getting admission in self finance college then please give priority to them, never go for any gtu college. no value of education, if you are an engineering but from gtu, then you are nothing, your 4 years are just your waste of time. people and high-end industries will consider that you have did nothing in your college time. you have no knowledge. I have passed 12th in 2012 with 92 pr but, i don't know why i choose the gtu college.
lol there are no machines to perform practicals, there are some, they are not working. no body is taking care of it. I know there is a fault of students too, but there is a responsibility of professors to get repaired in few days. They want to full their pockets, only. if the maintenance cost is properly used, every machine will run nicely. But no, then what about their pocket money.
OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) Joined Electronics and Communication in 2001, this was a NRI managed college and recently opened in 2000, which had nice new building under construction and good classroom visited the campus before joining college since it was managed by NRI's thought management would good and would work per plan for completion and setup of infrastructure the proprietor of college had a good reputation of being not very profit oriented,

GMAT - I chose this School for MBA because of the famous & the best international faculty and infrastructure it has got in a peaceful city like Mysore.I was looking for a college near Bangalore & good for placements as well. Admission process involves good Entrance exam score, interview, personal letter why you want to join this course, Academic credentials, extra curricular activities if any in the past etc.
As we were the 1 st Batch we don't have seniors, Alumni network the college is very good with proper management but we used to be in touch with the juniors, PGDM guys very much friendly & very well placed in different companies they are all in touch with Linkedin & other social networks which could be very useful for future purpose.
Very comfortable structure. Other than university exams, college held half yearly exams which used to help to revise the course in advance before the final exams. The exams are chilled out, not so hectic & and is quite comfortable process.
I choose Commerce as my main subjects are accounts, management, business studies, economics etc. The course curriculum is well divided & distributed over 3 years of time, sufficient enough to grasp it well versed.
