Campus life was awesome, gender ratios equal, people hardly care about race and religion. Ragging i never heard about it in college. More importance was given to cultural activity ie kashmiri dance, assam dance etc. Labs were just for attendence and show-piece, even teachers wonder what they taught with some exception. Otherwise college life was good with exception to unnecessary management fines.
Nothing, you can get direct ticket. actuly mine was management quota, but later i came to know people before and after me came directly without any management seat, i felt cheated later took admission here as it was near and i was unable to crack iit/aieee.
As I have joined in the EAMCET counseling I don't need to pay any fee because I will get fee reimbursement from the government. But management quota members should pay a feasible amount of 35k for semester.
I am a CSE branch student. In our college we have best faculty for CSE branch. All staff have an average experience of 15 years as per studies I think our college is the best one in our state.
I took EAMCET exam which is pre-university priliminary test taken by around 150000 students and i stood in the top 8 students. My performance in this screening test provided me with the privilege of choice and I choose Mechanical Engineering as my undergraduate major at MVSR Engineering College, which is considered as one of the well renowned colleges in India.
Exam structure is kind of hectic when it comes to the end of semester, we have to attend internals followed by lab internals then lab externals and then the final exams in the span of 2 months which makes it hard to concentrate on induividual subject more
College offers placement in Australia, England, America and most of the gulf countries. There are more job oppertunities for this course because we can work in hospital pharmacy or can work in companies or else we can even open a medical shope of our own.
Till now only some events have been conducted in college!! First it was fresher's party, then onam celebration, then teachers day celebration, after that pharmacist day, then Nigeria's independence day. We are expecting some more programs this year
95% of student were placed from college and rest were taking their by their luck but the main thing about greater noida is that all colleges were conduct pool campus. So maximum number Of student were get their job and minimum Packages is 1.8 lakh to 8 lakh per annum.
The college festivals always go on for all branches for all the time because its very necessary to study with enjoyment .
The exta circular activities were handled by students after going through too many hardships with the faculty. But the extra circular activities were the best .There were Friday pathshala for the students to show their talent in various fields. All the festivals were celebrated with equal enthusiasm.
I dont think any of my friends including me got any Internshil opportunities. So I can't comment on the internship part and I dont think they offered any during my period.
In our department the ratio of boys and girls is 1:3.when coming to hostel parties we will celebrate brth dy parties and hostel annual day party there are many technical feasts done in our college and all are National level feasts like DAKSH held in the month of February every year, THETA held in the month of March every year the robotics competition contain robo race and robo sumo is a game where two robots fight inside a ring and these are part of THETA. One of the best colleges in providing placements to their students in the year 2012 our college stands in first place in south India and created a record. Nearly 50 to 60 MNC's visit our college every year. Companies like TCS, IBM, ACCENTURE, ZOHO, AMAZON, ROBERT BOSCH, MICROSOFT, INFOSYS, VERIZON, KLATENCHOR, WIPRO, TECHMAHINDRA, MUSIGMA etc every year TCS will hire 1 thousand people minimum and they offer 3.2lakhs per annum, ACCENTURE will hire 400 people with the same package, IBM will hire 300 people with 3.5lakhs per annum these companies will play major role in providing placements.
TISS entrance exam is usually held in the month of January. The applications starts by end of October or beginning of November. Once you clear the entrance you will sit for the pre Interview test which will be held on the same day of interview. Interview can be tough. Prepare well on the basics of Human Resources Management and also on what you are currently doing. If you are a student expect a lot of questions on your subject matter. Likewise for those working.
TISS have had 100% placent records for last so many years. However there is no guaranteed placement. You work hard you get placed. The placement process is entirely handled by the student placnment committee. The average package usual is rs 12-14 lakh pa. Highest goes up to 24-26 lakhs. Beside that TISS has a very strong alumni base spread across the globe.
There is no partiality there will be co ordination with the students, students are given perfect liberty as of the college rules and regulations according to their complaince . Extracurriculars are awesome such as foot ball badmitton tennis basketball etc. There is no gender treatments . Everything is good and normal . Its really a wonderful three years of experience which thaught me many lessons and also made me to teach what i learnt to others . I am really missing my college . I worth it. Thanks for this opportunity that this review made me to get back to my college dayz . Thanks a lot.
Sports events are the gross of the dayz and the culturals programs are really awesome and every department will conduct culturals and students will take part in those activities and will enjoy workin on behalf d their departments and also make others happy .
Curriculum is really updated there are also Elective Subjects available to improve non technical knowledge also almost all senior faculties have done their P.G(M.Tech) and PhD from renowned IITs all the latest laboratory equipment is also available in the college as it is an autonomous Institute and also receives a lot of funds from government, so it's not a problem for fees and all.
Fee structure is feasible for what all we are getting it's actually lower than what many Profit oriented Institutes charge well as it is government funded there is great amount concession for the students from reservation criteria and the fees for the open category students is also decent and as we can pay the fees in installments there is no problem for the economic weaker students.
Our fees were around 25k annually which was one of the cheapest engineering colleges in Pune university. But in second and third year we had sharp increase in fees structure. But this was across all Pune university colleges, so in comparison MESCOE was still the cheapest college. Our college is really affordable due to lesser fees. However if you are looking for very rich crowd or cream crowd don't expect to find it in this college.
We celebrated Freshers party But most of the initiative has to be taken form the students and that is understandable. We also had our annual college fest that was really a lot fun. We would go campaigning to other colleges and sign them up. Students manage all the treasury work and other sutff which is really a lot of fun.
I chose Electronics as it is considered as evergreen course. Our college is affiliated to JNTU HYDERABAD, so I can say that the course curriculum is best and upto the present day standards.Faculty of various departments is also very good and their qulaification is also as per the required UGC STANDARDS.
Placements in our college are very good especially for computer engineers as most of the companies came to our college gave jobs to CSE branch students. And students from other branches also got jobs .Totally about 90% of the students got placed in different companies.
Placement is in our college hospital. After the 4th year, the students have to do internship in the hospital for a year. After which there is one year rural internship only for CET students. Job opportunities for a doctor are really nice in a developing country like India or abroad.
I still haven't completed mbbs so internship is still far. As I'm a CET student I have 2 years of internship 1st year, It is in our college hospital, BGS, GIMS And 2nd year will be a rural posting. The stipend has not yet been decided for our batch and ours is a private college.
College life is always memorable, and for us also it was memorable and the best two years. Gender ratio is 2:1,no hostel parties at all, college is tied up with AMCAT and they conduct tests for every year. Zero tolerance and well cultured campus, sometime students from North Karnataka felt alienated but it was no exist when started communication with Bangalorians.Personally i never felt alienated in the academic period.
Till i passed out i.e. in 2014, there was 4 companies who were participating in campus recruitment. At our academic period there was not much opportunities exist but once MK Shridhar taken charge of Dean and Director of the college, students are getting hired in various IT companies. For last year, around 25 students were hired out of 60.
The college has something on the other going on at all times if the year. It is very lively PRAXIS is the main technical event of the college. Utsav is the main cultural event conducted by cultural council. Sphurti is the main sports event conducted by the Sports council (Indoor and outdoor Sphurti). The music council conducts various music events covering all types of music. Illusion is a new event which comprises of all the portfolios including cultural, literature, sports and art. The societies like IEEE,CSI,ISTE & ISA are very active and also conduct events throughout the year. VESIT Photocircle is another unique group of students passionate about photography. They are very active too. PRAXIS is the only inter college event with huge participants coming in from all over Mumbai. The footfall is around 3000 over 2 days. All other events are inter class competitions.
Campus life is exciting if you participate in events conducted by the college. The crowd is mixed with geeks and fun lovers too. The college has Sindhi minority so you can expect lots of people from Ulhasnagar. Gender ratio is excellent for an engineering college with around 25-30 girls per class of 75. The college has an annual freshers party and an unofficial freshers party for the first years Unofficial party is open for all. There has been no case of ragging and the seniors are very friendly and approachable. Robotics is a part of Praxis while debates are conducted by societies regularly.
Adjustable environment with quality education. Good faculty, Good infrastructure
inter college fest. REGALIAintra college festInternational conferenceMany more

Final Placement are almost 100%, even if you are an average student you will get placed. Banks, FMCG, IT are biggest recruiters, pakage offers are in range 8-10 lakhs for IT company, 8 to 10 lakhs for Indian banks, 7-8 for Other financial firms, 10-15 lakh for FMCG and 10-20 lakh for Invest banks.
Very strong alumni network many seniors are holding prominent positions in big MNCs including positions like CEO and CFO. This helps a great deal in securing final placements for the college lot of forums and events where you can interact with Alumni.
The management celebrate so many fests, so many opportunities to attend management fest of other colleges as well, ethinic day, fashion show, freshers welcome party, Senior's farewell party, DJ nights and a lot more fun come in the way.
For any reason if a student fails to get 75% attendance doesn't get to write exam. It happens in first year but if it happens in third or fourth semester it causes an year lose of that student. Otherwise everything is good.
I took GCET, I scored exact passing marks and i opted this college because near to my residence and also because i didnt got admission in the well known colleges due to less score in the entrance exam.
