IIT Delhi offers a 4-year B.Tech program in 12 specializations. The institute has been ranked 2nd for its flagship program by the NIRF 2020 rankings. IIT Delhi B.Tech admissions are made through JEE Advanced 2021 scores, dates for which have been released. The entrance exam will be conducted on July 03, 2021. Candidates can start applying for the exam from the 4th week of May 2021. NTA has also released the list of IITs for candidates who will be securing JEE Advanced rank from 5,000 to 10,000 on April 21, 2021, for admission to B.Tech programs at all IITs. The fee for the B.Tech program is INR 2.2 Lakhs for the first year at IIT Delhi.
The cutoff rank for the JEE Advanced Exam is 105 for the CSE Branch at IIT Delhi. The admission criteria for this program require the candidates to apply for JEE Mains exam and then JEE Advanced exam. The final selection is done as per JEE Mains score and JEE Advanced Score followed by JoSAA Counselling. JoSAA after the declaration of JEE exam result will declare the opening and closing rank of each specialization and IIT Delhi will confirm the admission to the interested candidates on the basis of minimum rank cut-off and availability of seats at the institute.
What’s new in IIT Delhi?
- IIT Delhi has launched an online 6 Month Digital Marketing Certificate Course. The program will commence on March 28 and final year graduate students & working professionals can also apply.
- IIT Delhi Digital Marketing Online Certificate program is divided into 16 modules. The registration window will be open till March 10, 2021. The program fee of INR 50, 000 can be paid in 2 easy installments of INR 25, 000 each. Also Check, IIT Delhi Course & Fee Structure

IIT Delhi JEE Cut off – For Last Two Years
IIT Delhi B.Tech seats are allocated based on category and specialization preferred by the aspirants. The opening and closing rank trend to be high for specializations like CSE, EE, and ME.
