M.Arch in Urban Design: Admission Process

Applicant’s admission in the course is strictly done on the basis of marks secured by them at graduation level. If students score less than 50% marks then they are not eligible to apply. Admission in some of the reputed colleges is based on the student’s marks in an entrance examination:

GATE, CEED etc are some of the exams which are explained below:

GATE – This examination is conducted jointly by IIT’s and Indian Institute of Science. For appearing in this test minimum eligibility criteria is graduation. It is abbreviated as Gate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

CEED – For appearing in the exam applicants must be Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, or Engineering for a recognized institute. It is abbreviated as Common Entrance Examination for Design which is conducted by IIT’s and Indian Institute of Science. The examination syllabus is comprised of Design and General Awareness, Visual Design, Observation, Visual Communication Design etc.
