Steps to download Karnataka CET 2019 admit card are as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official website of KCET i.e. kea.kar.nic.in
Step 2: Click on ‘CET 2019 – Hall Ticket Download link’. The following window will appear:

Ans. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is responsible for issuing the admit card. It can be downloaded in online mode only.
