KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) has release KCET Application Form 2019 from February 1, 2019. Candidates can fill the application form in online mode. KCET 2019 is scheduled for multiple dates from April 23 to 25. Aadhaar is required compulsorily to fill KCET Application Form.

KCET 2019 Application Form is available at kea.kar.nic.in till March 6. Filling and submitting Application Form involves 5 steps including successful fee payment.
In the first phase, candidates can edit details in KCET application form 2019 any number of times. The first phase involves the following steps:

Step 2: Filling online KCET application form 2019
Candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, Gender, mobile number and the email ID will already be mentioned in the application form. Candidates will have to enter their choices of KCET Exam Centres 2019 in this step. Applicants have to enter the following details in KCET application form 2019:

|Student information||Mother tongue (as per school/ college record), family’s annual income, religion, nationality, reservation category, of caste, caste category/ income certificate number, select eligibility clause code, select location to write KCET.|
|Examination details||University/ board name, school name, whether appearing for Karnataka 2nd PUC annual examination 2019 (Science)?, PUC student number or year of graduation, whether studied in area of Karnataka from class 1- 10, whether studied in Kannada medium from class 1- 10.|
|Address for communication||Address, district, pin code, whether studied class 10 in Karnataka, state in which appeared QE, district in which appeared QE, native state, whether ward of J&K migrant, reservation for claiming special category, whether eligible to claim reservation quota under agriculturist, select agriculture practical exam centre|
|Details of appearing previous CET exams||Whether appeared for previous CET exam, CET number, whether obtained any seat in CET and taken admission to college. Click on ‘save and next’ button.|

Step 3: Uploading images in KCET application form 2019
In this step, applicants have to upload scanned images of their passport sized photograph (coloured), signature, thumb impression and signature of parents. The specifications of images to be uploaded in KCET application form 2019 are given below:

After completing above mentioned steps, applicants have to take a printout and carefully verify the entries. They can and make changes in KCET application form 2019, if required, before moving on to phase II.
After the scanned images are successfully uploaded, the declaration page will appear. One must review the form and read and understand the declaration carefully before finally clicking on submit as no changes in KCET 2019 application form will be allowed thereafter.
In phase II, details can be edited only until signing of the declaration, after which, no changes in KCET 2019 application form will be entertained. Candidates will receive the application ID and password via mail and SMS. Phase II of filling KCET registration form 2019 includes the following steps:
Step 4: Payment of KCET 2019 application fee
After successfully submitting KCET application form 2019, applicants have to pay the required fee through e-challan to complete the application process. Candidates have to tick on ‘I agree’ and click on ‘next’ to make the fee payment. The application fee can be paid online via net banking till the last date of form submission. However, offline fee via bank challan or e-post office can be paid till February 28. The following steps are involved in payment-
Note: List of banks specified by KEA for payment includes State Bank of India, Indian Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad.
KCET application fee varies across different categories. Apart from the below-mentioned application fee, candidates will have to pay additional bank charge of INR 10. Those paying at e-post office will be charged INR 12 extra. Candidates can check KCET fee structure in the table below:

Step 4: Printout of KCET application form 2019
After making payment, candidates must take a printout of KCET application form 2019 in A-4 size paper and affix their recent passport sized photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression on the provided space. Students have to obtain principal's seal and signature of the institute from which they had passed the qualifying examination. It has to be produced during verification of documents along with the copy of bank challan (KEA copy).
No part of the fee is refundable even in case of application form rejection.
KCET Application Forms can be corrected on the official website. Candidates must submit the edited application forms by March 31, 2019. This window can be accessed once i.e. only one chance of editing the KCET Application Form will be given to the candidates. Karnataka CET 2019 Application Form can be corrected online only; no offline applications for correction of errors will be accepted.
In case, candidates want to change the category, then they have to pay a nominal fee through a DD in the favour of Executive Director, KEA. No changes can be made after confirming the declaration.

Ques. Are candidates from other states eligible to apply for KCET 2019?
Ans. For admission to seats in Government Colleges, candidates must fulfill one of conditions/eligibility criteria as stipulated by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) in Official Eligibility Clause issued by KEA. In general, candidates are expected to be domicile of state of Karnataka and completed their schooling from the same state. Ques. What are the different modes for fee payment?
Ans. The fee payment can be done through both online and offline mode. For online mode, candidates can use their net banking details to remit the fe.. For offline payments, candidates can either pay the fee via e-challan at e-postoffices or State Bank of India, Indian Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad.
Ques. Do candidates seeking admission to Medical/Architecture courses need to fill KCET Application Form?
Ans. Candidates seeking admission to Medical/Architecture courses can fill application form till March 22 or KEA is likely to re-open the portal for Medical and Architecture aspirants after declaration of NEET and NATA 2019 results. For admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses, candidates need to appear in NEET 2019 while for Architecture, candidates can either appear in NATA or JEE Main Paper – 2.
Ques. What are the fields I can modify during the Form Correction facility?
Ans. There is no limit on the number of fields that can be corrected during the form correction process. However, candidates are instructed to read details carefully about category reservation, Kannada, Rural, Special Category, etc. before making any changes. Also changes to preference for exam centers will be entertained depending on the current availability.
