Allotted KCET Exam Center

How to check KCET Exam Center 2027 Allotted?

After a candidate successfully submits the KCET 2027 application form, KEA is going to allot an exam center based on the district preference indicated during registration. The allotted exam center - including the full venue name, postal address, exam date, and shift - is going to be printed on the KCET 2027 Admit Card. There is no separate center allotment notification; the admit card itself is the official communication of the allotted center.

The steps to check the allotted KCET 2027 exam center are:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA.
  • Step 2: Click on the "KCET 2027 Admit Card" link available on the homepage or under the CET section.

  • Step 4: Click on "Submit" after filling in the required details.
  • Step 5: The KCET 2027 Admit Card is going to appear on screen - download and save it.
  • Step 6: Check the allotted exam center name, full address, exam date, and shift printed on the admit card.

Note: Candidates must appear only at the exam center, on the date, and in the shift printed on their KCET 2027 Admit Card. Entry at any other center or shift is not permitted under any circumstances.

Center Change Policy

KCET 2027 Exam Center Change: Is It Allowed?

KEA does not permit candidates to change their allotted exam center after it has been assigned. The center allotment is based on the district preference that the candidate submits in the application form and is final. Candidates are strongly advised to choose their preferred district carefully during form filling, keeping travel time and accessibility on exam day in mind.

In the event of exceptional circumstances - such as a demonstrable administrative error in allotment - candidates may contact the KEA helpdesk. However, center change requests based on personal convenience are not entertained as standard practice. KEA’s decision on center allotment is binding.

Note: KEA reserves the right to change or shift exam centers in case of natural calamities, venue unavailability, or other unforeseen situations. In such cases, affected candidates are notified through the official KEA website and via their registered mobile number or email address. Candidates must keep their registered contact details updated and regularly check kea.kar.nic.in in the days before the exam.
