KEAM 2020 Exam Centres List and Exam Day Instructions

    KEAM Exam Centers 2020 list is released by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerela. The exam is conducted in 18 centres including Kerela, New Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai. KEAM 2020 will be conducted for Paper 1 – Physics, Chemistry and  Paper 2 – Mathematics in pen-paper mode. Exam schedule has been postponed due to lockdown and will be announced soon. CEE also reopened the facility to change/edit the choice of exam centre for KEAM 2020 on April 16.

    • The last date to change/edit the exam centre was April 21, 2020
    • Details of test center venue, exam day guidelines and timings will be mentioned on KEAM Admit Card 2020 that will be issued in May 2020, tentatively.
    • Candidates opting Dubai as KEAM Exam Center will have to remit an additional fee of INR 12,000 via DD drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, at Thiruvananthapuram.
    •  Applicants will probably be alloted venue they preferred while filling KEAM Application Form 2020.

    Listed below are the document and materials allowed in the exam center of KEAM:

    • KEAM Admit Card
    • Card Board/ Clip Board
    • Ball Point Pens (with Black or Blue ink only)
    • Photo ID proof (any one)
      • PAN Card
      • Passport

      • Voter’s ID Card
      • Bank Passbook with photograph

    Exam Day Guidelines

    KEAM 2020 Exam Day Guidelines

    Candidates are advised to adhere to the instructions mentioned below at their respective exam centers:


    • Carry all the requisite documents carefully along with the hall ticket.
    • Candidates are advised to report at least one hour prior to the commencement of exam.
    • Candidate should maintain the conduct during the examination.
    • Rough work is required to be done only on the space available on the exam booklet.
    • Handle the OMR sheet carefully to prevent any damage.


    • Make sure that they are not carrying any unrequired things like paper chits or electronic devices to the test center.
    • Candidates will not be allowed to enter examination after 30 minutes from the commencement of the exam.
    • They should not carry any electronic gadgets like calculators, mobile phones, digital watches, etc.
    • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall during the exam conduct.

    how to pay application fee?

    Hi Jemeera, The exam conducting authority has reduced the application fee of KEAM 2018 by INR 100. Candidates belonging to general category have to pay INR 700, whereas, SC applicants have to INR 300 as the application fee. Candidates choosing Dubai as examination center will have to remit an additional fee of INR 12,000 irrespective of category. There are two modes of paying the application fee:

    • Online Payment
    • e-challan

    Online payment can be made through internet banking/Credit Card/ Debit Card. Upon successful payment, the candidate will be redirected to the home page of KEAM 2018 application form, where the “Payment” tab will be highlighted in green, indicating successful transaction of the fee. If payment is unsuccessful, a message to that effect will display on the screen.

    E-challan: To make the payment in this mode, the candidate must take a printout of the e-challan using the “Print e-challan” link. Using the printout, the candidate can make the cash payment at:

    • All head and sub-post offices in Kerala

    Note: After receiving the payment, the post office will make the necessary entries in their online portal as well on the e-challan form. The candidate before collecting the e-challan must ensure it is duly updated and signed, and that the official has recorded the transaction ID pertaining to the payment.
