MAH CET 2018 is scheduled for March 10 & 11. Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar/ Voter ID Card) with MAH CET Admit Card to the exam center. Without it, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

How to Download MAH CET Admit Card 2018?

The admit card for MAH CET will be available on the official website. Candidates can download the admit card by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit official website of MAH CETi.e.

Step 2: Click on MAH CET Admit Card/ Hall Ticket tab.

Step 3: Enter either registration number/ roll number or date of birth in the format DD-MM-YY or Password. 

Step 4: Next, click on Submit tab.

Step 5: MAH CET Admit Card 2018 will be dispalyed on computer screen. 

Step 6: Take a print out of MAH CET2018 Admit Card and verify the details carefully.

Note: Candidates should make sure to keep the document safely for future correspondence.

Discrepancy in Admit Card

  • If candidates are unable to access page to view MAH CET 2018 Admit cardor the process is delayed too much, it might be due to a technical problem.
  • Candidates should try after 15-20 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.
  • While verifying the admit card on DTE official website, ensure to check that all the details are available in the hall ticket and if any information is found to be incorrect or missing, candidates need to immediately contact DTE Maharashtra helpline.
  • The exam authorities will not entertain or be responsible for any discrepancy occurred due to the filling of wrong information by candidates in the application form.

Documents Required with Admit Card

Candidates must carry the necessary documents without fail on the day of examination. They will be used for verifying the identity and other details at the test venue. The documents required to be carried to the exam center are mentioned below:

  • MAH CET Admit Card/Hall Ticket issued by the competent authority.
  • Proof of Identity – Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Passport, etc. or any other proof of identity issued by GOI and State Government.
  • Passport size photograph

Instructions on MAH CET Admit Card

Candidates must be aware of all the important instructions mentioned on the admit card. Instructions to be followed by candidates before or during MAH CET 2018 Exam are mentioned below:

  • Affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided for pasting photograph.
  • Bring the call letter along with a valid original photo Identity proof and a photocopy of the same to the exam center.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam if they failed to produce the hardcopy of the admit card and the photo identity proof.
  • Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the Admit Card should reasonably match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof.
  • Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special care of this.
  • If there is any mis-match between the names indicated in the Admit card and Photo Identity Proof, candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
  • Candidates with changed names will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification/ their original marriage certificate/affidavit in original.
  • Reach the examination hall at least 90 minutes before the prescribed time for the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidate will not be permitted to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates should not to bring any papers other than the Hall Ticket, original photo ID proof and ball point pen to the test venue. 
  • Articles like Cellular Phone, Calculators, Watch-Calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built-in calculators/ memory, scanner devices, Bluetooth enabled devices etc. are completely prohibited in the examination Hall.
  • Please ensure that the invigilator signs in the space provided for their signature. Without the invigilator’s signature on admit card, the candidate’s participation in CAP (Centralized Admission Process) may be disqualified.
  • The test takers are needed to maintain complete discipline in the examination hall.
  • Any malpractice or act of misconduct during the examination will lead to immediate disqualification of candidates.
  • Admit card should be in good condition. It should not be mutilated or tampered. Keep the admit card for till the end of the admission process.

MAH CET Admit Card 2018 FAQ

Ques. How do I download my MAH CET 2018 admit card?

Ans: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) website should be opened and then you need to Login. Enter your MAH CET 2018 Registration Number or Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth in the DD-MM-YY format at the requisite spaces and download the call letter or admit card.

Ques. What should I do if there is a lot of delay in accessing the page?

Ans: There are various factors which hinder the admit card downloading process. Factors like Internet speed, the high number of users trying to download at the same time are some of the common issues. Hence, if you are not able to access the website for downloading the admit card, try after five minutes or during the non-peak hours.

Ques. Where do I get the Registration Number and Password?

Ans: The Registration Number and Password are automatically generated once the candidate completes the MAH CET 2018 registration process. The login credentials are also sent to the candidates after the registration process gets over through auto-generated acknowledgement email at the email address provided by you. So double-check the email ID provided by you.

Ques. What if my date of birth is rejected on the login screen?

Ans: Remember to key-in the same date of birth in the login window as mentioned during the registration process. In case of rejection of date of birth, refer to the application print for the original date of birth entered by you. The correct format to enter the DOB is DD-MM-YY.

Ques. I am unable to login/screen displays the login failed message.

Ans: Entries need to be checked at the login screen. Refer to the MAH CET 2018 registration confirmation mail which was sent to you by DTE after the completion of registration process. Make sure that the CAPS LOCK key is not activated on your keyboard and you are entering the credentials and date of birth in the correct format.
