MAH CET (DTE MBA) 2019 EXAM CENTERS
STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST
MAH CET 2019 will be conducted across 36 cities in Maharashtra and 13 cities outside the state. The chosen exam centers will not be changed after final submission of application form. You can go through the list of MAH CET test centers to make your choices in advance.

Candidates can choose up to 3 test centers while filling the application form. Allocation of the same shall be done by Directorate of Technical Education, DTE Maharashtra. Depending upon number of candidates appearing for the exam, each center may have many venues. If the candidate reports in late hours, then he/she shall not be allowed to take test. Candidates must bring admit card, photograph and a government-approved ID. Indulgence in any unfair means and practices will lead to cancellation of candidature and the candidate shall be debarred from taking test.

Q.1 When will the Online Registration for MAH CET begin?
Ans. The registrations for MH CET 2019 will begin from 4th week of February and can be done from the official website “dtemaharashtra.gov.in/mhtcet”.
Q.2 Is it required to report to MAH CET offices for Online registration?
Ans. No, it is not required to report to the office. Online Registration can be done as per candidate’s convenience.
Q.3 Do I need any documents during online registration?
Ans. No documents are required for online registration. You will only be required to fill in your personal details such as date of birth, residential address, Aadhaar number etc.
Q.4 How can I know if the District of College from where I have passed or I am appearing for, falls under Mumbai 11 or Mumbai 12?
Ans. Mumbai (11) covers Colaba-Mahim region and Colaba-Sion region, if your school is situated beyond Sion and Mahim, then select Mumbai Suburban (12).
Q.5 Can I edit the entered details while filling online application form?
Ans. Yes, you can click on “Back” button on the screen to make changes to your candidature. All fields except (Candidate’s Name/ Date of Birth/Email and Mobile Number) can be changed. After submission of data, you can also login again and click on ‘Edit Profile’ to make changes.
Q.6 How can I correct errors in three respective fields (Candidate’s Name/Date of Birth/Email and Mobile Number)?
Ans. For correction of errors, you can send a letter to the competent authority of MAH-CET, Mumbai. It is mandatory to send your SSC mark sheet along with the letter before the declaration of MAH CET 2019 entrance results.
Q.7 How will I be getting my login credentials for further processing on online portal?
Ans. Post registration, your own password and an Application number will be generated. This will be required for participating in online process. Candidates must keep login credentials confidential.
Q.8 How can I retrieve the forgotten password created during the process of registration?
Ans. To retrieve the forgotten password click “Forgot Password” on the website, enter details filled at the time of registration. The system will then open a tab to create a new password.
Q.9 When will be the MAH CET 2019 admit cards be released?
Ans. The admit cards will be released in 4th week of February on the official website mhtcet2018.dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
Q.10 What will be the duration of MAH CET 2019 exam?
Ans. The test duration will be 1 hr and 30 minutes (150 minutes).
Q.11 What is the prescribed file size for uploading photograph and signatures?
Ans. The file size of signatures should be between 5 KB to 50 KB and the file size of the photograph must be between 15 KB – 50 KB.
Q.12 How do I check and confirm my signatures and photograph before the generation of admit card?
Ans. Post-registration when you have made payments, the acknowledgement form will be displayed where the candidate can view his/her photograph and signatures.
Q.13 When will the MAH CET 2019 results be declared?
Ans. The results will be declared in 3rd week of March.
Q.14 I belong to ST category of Madhya Pradesh, will I be counted in reserved category?
Ans. The reservation will be only given to Backward Class Candidates, belonging to Maharashtra State only.
Q.15 I belong to OBC category but due to my parents’ income, I will not be getting Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate. Will I be able to get the benefits of OBC category?
Ans. No, you will not be able to avail the benefits of OBC category. It is mandatory for OBC candidates to produce an NCL (valid up to 31st March 2019)
