What Students Say
Likes
- As I was studying from distance learning, i was able to work for my family needs.
- Students interaction was good. In between classes we had time to interact with students from different places.
- Classes were knowledgeable. Students from different courses were there, so we get along with the subjects.
Dislikes
- The teachers weren't that supporting. Outside the classes they don't solve any doubts or problems.
- Faced problems in exams due to covid. As the classes weren't completed. It was miserable to focus.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in engish language & literature from the start. I love reading fiction. Course curriculum was so innovative & attractive. I used to read the novels on daily basis, and also it helped in my academic pursuits. Usually I was not reliable on teachers for my course subjects and also covid crisis affected alot
Fees and Financial Aid
I belong to a middle class family therefore my fees was pretty affordable. I used to give tuitions at that time so i submit my fees myself only. There was no such scholarships for that. My campus was pretty small. There was no such thing as campus employment.
Campus Life
My classes started in august 2018 which was a very small session. The campus was very small only included some rooms in which our classes are inducted. There were fests conducted by the colleges but i was from open school university, so we weren't that interacted with that. No social groups, clubs were a thing
Admission
University of Delhi admissions process is based out of cut- off of my class 12 marks. As my subject was english language & literature, hence i have score 80% marks in English in class 12, so i was into the list. I was late for my admissions, filled the form in june end and my classes began in August.
Faculty
when assessing effectiveness & qualifications of the faculty members, consider factors such as credentials, teaching approach, mentorship opportunities, interaction frequency, approachability & faculty to student ratio. Due to covid crisis there was a huge loss in studies. Minimal interaction with the teachers was there.
Interview Experience
The admissions process was based of cut- off. I get into the university due to my marks in english language. There was no such thing as group discussion , interview or written test for the admission. The criteria for the admission was to score 75% marks in English.
