There can not be a general statement made about the faculty in the school. Yes, there are a few faculty members who are absolutely brilliant at what they do, be it research or teaching. It is a delight being a part of their courses. However, the average age of the faculty is on the higher side which effects their energy and the methods they use for teaching. If there can be new talent infused into the faculty, that would really help the students n terms of qualificatiions and publications and research, the faculty is top notch.

The course curriculum is one of the best in the country each semester you are required to choose 4 courses and the % of mandatory courses vary from semester to semester. The course curriculum, for most courses, can be compared to the other colleges and is pretty extensive. However, it IS a heterodox university and the focus on quantitative economics is a lot lower than other economics masters.

Manipal University Jaipur provides a unique environment for students to grow under the guidance of experienced academicians and acquire creative, innovative and technological skills, which are required to make the students profession- and industry- ready. Many indoor and outdoor facilities are available to students, for sports, cultural and technical activities outside the classroom, through various Student Clubs. The sports facilities include TT, carrom, football, tennis, badminton, squash, cricket, throwball, kabaddi, etc. Intra- and inter-University matches take place regularly, throughout the year. The Music, Literature and Dramatics Clubs facilitate students to hone their creativity and show their prowess in the cultural arena, under the able guidance of expert faculty. Technical Clubs like the Green Club, Robotics Club, IEEE Students’chapter, IE(I) and ICEIT chapters, etc., allow the students to learn and update themselves with the latest technologies and showcase their abilities in various fields, outside their scope of study there is no discrimination on anything, everyone is treated equal.

Course is divided into 8 semesters, Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment’s like transmitter, receiver and integrated circuits, all the labs are well established with a good number of devices. It is an engineering discipline which utilizes non-linear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices and systems, also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards it aims to deepen the knowledge and skills of the students on the basic concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work involving analysis, systems implementation, operation, production, and maintenance of the various applications in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering, so many research work keeps on going sideways in this field, with many live projects and training related modules.

Faculty was nice and good they help us whenever required. But some of them do partially with some students. They aren't quality good because everyone on (faculty) have either M.E. degree and some of them pursuing M.E. from that college itself. Their is no separate faculty for each subject one teacher teaches many subjects due to lack number of faculty in our college. They were not so interested in teaching subject they just want to finish the syllabus (university scheme) and they never teaches us in deep concept of knowledge. The standard was not so good in my point of view , because the college environment was to just pass out semester anyhow and take the job in campus placement so that college reputation increase even they don't care about how deep our knowledge is. Standard was overoall ok not like iits or nit . Faculty was not trained good enough and neither they have Ph.D degree so this was all about my experience in my college. I would like to say focus on research and development is very poor equal zero.

After result out of M.P.-PET exam i got through the online counselling process. In first counselling phase i choose mechanical engineering branch but then i decided to choose computer science so i left first counselling process and Apply again in second counselling phase for computer science branch and my first choice was ggct,Jabalpur(in which i had done my B.E.). So when admission process start for second counselling phase they offer me to take the admission in that college after this process i went to the college with all my required documents and a printout copy of my counselling , after verifying all the details they ask me to pay the money so i paid half of my semester fee at that time , all this process took approx 1 hours. They didn't took any extra interview for admission , they only saw my MP-PET marks and 12th and 10th mark sheet and they okay you are eligible to take the admission congratulations , i said thank you and from the next day i started taking the class.

I secured AIR-718. Then we were supposed to deposit 45000 in any of the IIT. We needed to fill our preference list of colleges and branches. There were 3 rounds and we could make the changes in our list. There was a mock round which already informed us about the branch we might get. During deposition of money, we were given 3 options(slide, freeze, float). Then according to our option all the changes are made and we are given the final branch and college. Then we come to our selected college and submit some undertakings.

This year, we had almost 60 placements on day-1 which was much disappointing. Companies which came to campus- Microsoft, samsung, dell, nvidia, honda, clustr, zendrive, APT Portfolio, Schlumberger, Fujikara HSBC(Software I) Qualcomm(All Profiles), QuadEye Tower Research (Both profiles) Oracle - Member Technical Staff - Redwood Shores Profile, Bain, DirectI, ITC, Parthenon, WorldQuant, ISRO, A.T.Kearney (both profiles), BCG, Goldman Sachs, P&G, I dont know much about the packages offered by the companies.

The admission process was very much planned and organized. I was notified over internet about the admission dates, time and venue. The admission process took place at CET cell at Malleswaram Bangalore. There were so many college buses available outside the CET cell from different colleges to provide free tour for their respective college. I took a tour to EWIT Bangalore and was very impressed with the infrastructure and faculty. Hence decided to take admission to EWIT.

In our batch Gender ratio was 60/40, where 60% boys and 40% girls. The life in engineering was awesome. We were given opportunity to participate in inter-college football match, which held in our campus itself. Apart from this we also participate in many other sports, which include basket ball, volley ball, running(100 mt., 200 mt.,..etc) and lot many. Our labs were well equipped with all the latest instruments.

Around 4-5 big events are celebrated every year anual fest, freshers party, ethnic party, tech fest are few of them. Yes sports are not good here. No facilities available from college side for sportsperson their are several excellent players in the college but because of lack of facilities, they couldn't expose themselves to the world they at least deserves the chances.

Actually each of our faculty is well qualified but very few are having excellent teaching skills not all teachers are friendly with students. Few of them really want to teach rest are doing formality this is the clear view on our faculties some are good, some are excellent while some are so arrogant that they can b beaten anytime in near future.

Campus life so far has been adventurous and quite amusing its yet to be decided and to be put up with a full stop gender ratio is okayish and diversity is quite heavy there is a very vast culture and variety of people in our college. Extracurricular is the best as our college wins various awards for dance and music. Labs are up to the mark and well maintained. our PCs and podiums are well maintained racism is there in some groups of the castes politics are there because of the student elections also, the sports is also one of the best parts to look at as football, cricket, freeezbee and basketball etc they all have won university level and inter university tournaments.

The course curriculum of our college is a bit more old fashioned and also not up to the mark. Being a government college it doesn't even try to bring proper and adament changes to the course. In terms of research i still feel our college still has to improve a lot. Electives include - artificial intelligence, embedded systems, data mining, Simulation and Modelling, Image processing, neural computing, optimization techniques, high speed networks, Os design, parallel and distributed database, IC design, real time computing, automata theory.

Fee structure is feasible in respect of a Technical Degree at the time of counselling (Admission) partial amount of fee is to be paid to the University (As university fee/charges) and the remaining part is to be submitted in the Institute that is allotted to a student in counselling. and the admission process is complete when you deposit the fee in your institute this the fee structure for the first year only (Around INR 100000, After first year the total fee is to be deposited in the bank branch of your institute (It is around INR 87000).

The Admission process is very simple. After CET Exam all aspirants are assigned a particular rank as per their performance in CET. After that the University (GGSIPU) conducts common counselling for admissions in its affiliated institutes in TWO phases. Although my institute (GTBIT) do not participate in First phase of counselling for non-Sikh students i.e. in the first phase of counselling only Sikh students get admission in GTBIT. But, in the second phase of counselling, any student can get admission in GTBIT.

Exam structure is very mind boggling first you have to prepare lab reports then after that first internal happens and soon after that in some subject you have to submit projects then after that second internal will start while second internal are happening you also have to submit assignments and after that external practical stars and then after external exam so yes they leave me with a hectic day.

It was very simple process and staff present there made it more easier. They at first gave you form to enter your details all done.then they asked for your score card o class 12 and also asked for JEE score card.after that you have to pay registration fee. And after 15 days gap seat allotment process starts in which you have to submit all your documents like scorecard,migration certificate etc.

There are 3 exams held in one semester the first exam is known as T1 exam which is of 20 marks and consists of syllabus from starting till T1 the second one is known as T2 which is also of 20 marks and consists of syllabus taught between T1 and T2 the third one is known as T3 or end term exam which consists of 35 marks the rest 25 marks are of intersal assesment which include class responce, attendence, assignments etc.

Course structure is quite good and infect better then another institutes in first year you gets to know about basics of SQL, PYTHON, HTML, C and C++ also overall the course structure is good as they include researches and training but ya it depends in our self how you study as they can only provide a platform to study also the environment for coding is good through the college.

Its a very thorough course, with case based, we study cases for all the topics.in the first year we study all the subjects ranging from Finance to Marketing to HR to operations and BA, in 2nd year we can choose our specialization, either core or major minor. The college also includes Syndicated learning program, its a kind of revision program in which we study the other important topics and a throught discussion takes place.

I took IBSAT, its a seperate enterenve exam for all the IBS campus around the country. I took classes for CAT XAT and all and the course was same for all. I decided to take this course as i wanted to do MBA. The admission process includes an entrance test (IBSAT) abd later a GD PI in Hyderabad campus. The college will give out dates and it conducts the GD PI, which is about 4-5 hrs process.

If you want a job after doing this course chances are that you will find atleast 1 if you sit in placements at Maharaja Surajmal. Although the profiles are mostly customer service oriented and packages range from 2-3 L per annum. There is no restriction for the number of companies interviews you can sit in. The companies which came during my time were IBM, Aon, concentrix, South Indian Bank. Also, placement cell provides you the notification for off campus placements for companies like EY, Vivo, Grofers etc.

Course curriculum is vast. If you come from a commerce background chances are that you will be familiar with the subjects in 1st and 2nd semester. The subjects are Financial accounting, micro and macro economics, principles of managment, maths ( Integration and difference) and personality development. In the 2nd and 3rd year the curriculum is a little in depth but nothing difficult. The exams are 70% theory even for accounting subjects.

Well I have spent a good campus life due to my friends. There is big campus in my college and a lush green garden. With my batch actually girls ratio was low as compared to boys and that was saddest part. Our college held some extracurricular like workshops and seminars several times. Labs are best part of our college we have well equipped lab for all branches.

There are some of events are organised in our college when I was in. Like cultural event. Actually we are the first batch of our college as I remembered the first even was named as"Tarang 2010". There are also some of technical events are held like workshops and seminars etc which are based on different fields.

Note on campus life, gender ratio and diversity is very good no words about extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc. – its very good the Gender ratios, Student/Dorm Parties, workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status is very nice.

2 yr PGP ACM fees are 10.5 lacs and hostel fees are around 2 lacs if you look at the fee structure for the 1st time you might seem to get the idea that it is expensive. but when you actually get the service of it, you will feel that it's all worth it labs are equipped with all latest licensed version software and other instruments. Here in Pune, there is always shortage of water and electricity but I never had faced any inconvenience regarding to this problem because the whole campus is connected with backup generator and water tanks are always ready.

The 1st one is UDBHAV and it is just after beginning of the college. It's celebrated a whole week in which every students are grouped into 50 students each randomly. so everyone gets to know each other personally and various events are organized each day i.e. dancing, acting, talent hunt, DJ night, singing. All cultural festivals are celebrated in our campus as students are from all corners of the country. There are other two technical events which are celebrates are CHAKRAVIEW and TECHNIKALA.

MP MAT , Indore is a good city for Management study , I score 280 / 500 . I choosed HR / Marketing as my stream. I have given my written , GDPI , then interview and then selected.

College celebrate Annual function, get together, welcome party, farewell party, Teachers day, Valentine's day, Management day and many more.

Faculty were Ok. It depend upon subject and interest of person who is teaching us. For example some teachers are teaching from there heart and give there best to teach but there result was not so much good where subject is easy and in some teachers are not teaching anything but there result was 100%. In eng. student self learning is most important. teacher play small role.

We are computer branch but still ratio was poor. In 60 students only 8 girls were there. Parties, workshops, cultural activities, sports and events are allwaye good. College is very strict on the politics, race, sexual orientation. Still we organized some events in the college and we organized very well where we did labs, competitions, events, games and debets.

Exam structure is also good in our college as it had a perfect time table for the unit tests and also preliminary exams due to which students gets fully prepared for the final semester exams and to score good marks among all college in university of Mumbai but submission time is very difficult for student's.

Apart from college this college gives a most importance for sports and all extracurricular activities and debates and all robotics and rc car racing's are held I colleges and each and every student can participate in all competitive games like junkyard fight of robots and RC racing.

College have three hostels , two for boys one for girls. College hostel fee is about Rs 70k per annum. There are many PGs available for girls and boys both. Hostel fee outside college is about Rs 1 lakh per annum. These fee includes living along with accomodation. Classrooms , labs , laboratories are well furnished and they all apparatus in good working condition. Wifi is available for each and every student of college. Good bike and car parking facilities. College have management department separately built. Very good infrastructure, building named as AB1, AB2, AB3, AB4, AB5.

The Avg stipend is around 5k for Avg cse( computer science, IT, ec branch) student,if you are the brilliant student you can get up to 10-15k avg Salary package for placement is around 3.2 lakhs-4 lakhs. Highest salary package goes around 7k this year so far. Placement is just average if you want to get Avg salary package then its quite easy.But if you want a higher package you need to work really hard,and by hard I mean really hard. for core branch its is to difficult.

Placements and jobs opportunities are excellent. Many companies visit our college. But these opportunities depend on ourself that how we respond to these opportunities. College gives their 100% effort to get each and every student placed in companies.

Exams and labs are good , we enjoy the labs with hard study and great practical knowledge . Exams are taken very sincerely . Overall study material given by the college is enough to score good marks.
