This was a industry connect lecture with some experience folks coming in and giving their insights on how the industry functions .. other than that annual festival jubilate has all kinds of events over 3 days. Then there used to be area specific conclaves for hr, marketing, operations and finance.

At our time, we had almost 90% people placed. However, again due to lack industry connect, there are challenges and creates a bit of a panic situation towards the end. But overall the experience was ok. Average package at the time - 5-6 lacs. At the time, it was ok but I guess now with the increase in batch size it may have become a problem.

Faculty is of a highly experienced cadre,no doubt the will teach us and make us understand the core of the topic,but few teachers are yet to learn the teaching skill since they are new to the profession,which they will learn over a period of time one of the best teacher I got in my study tenure was Db patil sir he was a graduate from IIT Bombay and a post graduate from California university,his skill of teaching is so easy that, comprehensive ability of a student increased a lot i must confess they played a greater role in getting my maximum performance in my college tenure.

Nearly 70% of our college students were placed by the end of our college tenure companies like Infosys, wipro, ibm, quest,and other 16 companies visited our college for placement purpose as for as the job opportunity's are concerned we have lots of options available to us by which we have the freedom to choose the kind of companies we look to and we will be getting that company.

The campus life is very secure especially for girls, which is not possible in the city in which college is situated but this is one of the bif advantages of my college is its security. The gender ratio is almost equal, there are students from Manipur to Kashmir also some students are from westendies and all. The sports competitions are at very big level and general some sports winner in Olympic are our chief guest, which makes ure proud obviously.

UPCAT dental was the qwalifying exam, for the student seeking for private dental cooege in Uttar Pradesh it is the only exam for admission.IN dentistry for PG there are 7 brancehes in which rank wise branch is given Orthodontics is the top most branch after appearing in exam just after the result i opted for Subharti after some sort of research work and consulting to some of my friends who were already doing PG in other colleges.

Our campus is very hygienic. clean environment. there is no gender discrimination, both are treated equally.sports are not so bad in our college as we have only a limited area to play sports and they always does not stay in a good condition. Indoor games also we have only limited seats to play and only limited games. Robotics and Automobile competitions are more encouraged in our college and i gained most my of knowledge from these two clubs in our college.

Our exam structure is 2 mid terms exams followed by the semester exam. Each mid term exam has 3 chapters to study and attend. Apart from these there is an improvement exam know as third mid exam where we can pay for subject who thinks they have obtained less marks due to one or other reasons and they can get marks.Labs exams they are very good and lab exams are the exams where we can enjoy the more without any tension.

Frankly this was NOT a good campus life for sure i have learned things from them and had good times as well but they should really come up with ideas and events and other extracurricular activities,it lacks in many ways . I'm just being honest.honestly these racism in this college which was really unexpected when someone like me who's a foreigner goes to them for a very important matter and asks for help,all they do is keeping passing you to the next person and at last say no.

Frankly after a few semesters in that college i realised i made a mistake by taking admission there and there were much better colleges with the same fees and they were providing a much better campus,food,study materials and teachers . I'm just so disappointed and now nothing can be done and to top it all,we were always treated like school kids,i never felt like I'm a grown man going to a college, really bad experience.

I have taken admission in this college because this college belongs to my site and near by my home town and it is suitable for me.

No events is celebrated , they think they want to focus on the study but in actually they are giving burden on the students.

The curriculum is very structured based on the needs and requirements of students to learn at every stage of this professional course. Along with the basics of Food Production Operations, Food and Beverage Service Operations, Housekeeping Operations and Front Office Operations; we had Hotel Engineering, Nutrition, Communication, Computers, Food Safety and Quality, Accounts,Research Methodology, Financial Management and Strategic Management. In our IGNOU BHM segment we study Tourism Management, Business English, Human Resource Management, Tourism in India and around the world and Tourism Marketing.

In a class of 100, there are about 25 girls we have the usual freshers and annual parties. If the college achieves something important, we have parties we have Theme Lunches where faculty and students organize and participate in everything. We have clubs ranging from Eco to Writers to Cultural TRAS, an intiative by IHM Pusa is being pushed forward to encourage sustainability and environmental awareness. There is no discrimination whatsover of gender, caste, religion, etc. No politics Special care is taken to handle harassment complaints.

Well talking about the placements and job opportunities is a kind of a good topic because the placements are only given to those students who haven't got any backlogs in the previous semesters. But many companies do offer jobs to these kinds of students also many companies, banks such as flipkart, Amazon, Canara bank, IBM, Infosys etc. Come to our college.

Yes our college do provide internship to the students but the students needs to manage their timings of the work as well as the lectures. The general stipend is based on the work done by the students. I would say overall experience is good because we get an idea that how a work is done in practical.

Main teaching faculty are really good with there knowledge and teaching experience but the guest faculty in quiet who come to take few classes or labs are not that good and are often hard to find when needed . Most of the teachers don't know guest faculty and don't have contact number o them office faculty of quiet are the worst they come late and never tell you enough about anything. You will never know the rules of university because they will never tell you about it they are arrogant and will fight with you rater than helping you.

100 marks for a subject are divided in 3parts 50 for external with final exams 30 for mid term exams which takes place twice for a semester and choose with best marks and 20 marks by the teacher assigned to teach you the subject .20 marks can be given on the basis of the various things teacher will give you assignment, tests, mcq etc practicals takes place 1 a week and final takes place rather casually you just need to create a file and attend enough classes to clear it.

No, there is not internship. for last year student they have to complete one project as per GTU standards, for that if students want to contact with any private companies for training or internship they can, but faculties will not support for leave for the same, as collage is far from main city area and some times students have to go for other city for better company for example there is not IT company near that area so have to go for ahmedabad, surat, baroda, etc. but college will make issue for attendance.

Exam is as per GTU standards there will be one exam of 30 marks from which 12 marks is passing and other exam will be from GTU of 70 marks from which 35 will be passing marks. now a days I think this passing marks are changed as per GTU, and at last year time during 7th and 8th semester there will be practical exam also for which faculty from GTU will come to take the exam.

Many of techincal amd cultural evemts held at our college most of the thing the 2 annual fests named aranya & saturnalia of 3-5 days held. They held with star nights like diljit dosanjh, bohemia, Sonu nigam stars like them comes at our college many things end events held which was very awesome.Some events also held at hostel.

There are many companies which come to our college fir placements from my batch 80% of people was placed with good packages started from 2.60lcs to 49pcs P.A. Major companies was infosys, facebook, google, TCS & aventure etc most of people got placed in infisys, hcl, tcs and some got opportunities in merchant navy also.

There will b many events but 2 main events are the technical and cultural fests namely techni Darshan and anandotsava. It is a huge event as there will be students from various college coming and participating in these fests and winning gets difficult and thus winner can be proud that he won it out here.

Initially I had written CET exams and thus as I had acquired rank around 1000 I got the college with ease and I had to submit my documents and go to college pay the fees and then I got the admission in such a reputed institute as I was interested in computer science thus I got computer science.

I graduated in 2011 from EEE branch. EEE was supposed to be difficult and with less number of qualified faculty it became more dry. Although there were some great professors like Dr. K K Ray, Dr. Sabberwal, Dr. Mathew, Dr. Sarvanakumar, & few more but apart from these rest all were just teachers (that too not good) not researchers. Research is what VIT should be focusing on now. Centers like TIFAC-Core is a great place for research for Electrical & Electronics students but mostly focused on automotive and embedded systems. Even most of the students are not interested in research but rather just get some passing marks and a placement. I have heard that recently a lot of branches at VIT have got ABET accreditation and branches like SITE and SCSE now have tie ups with Universities like MIT and Stanford and companies like NI, Schneider Electric & Microsoft which can help the research oriented students a lot.

Engineering and medical common entrance test i choose this subject because I love to be creative and open up with my career with my own ideas after watching my seniors and neighbors and my dad friends after overcoming all the careers and their experience I have chosen this us my goal and future and I wanna be best of it with my ideas etc. This college is one of the best in my location for this subject and with good faculty so I have selected this college in my academics in fact I suggest to any one to go throw this college in future also.

Admission is through the Engineering and medical common entrance test and after over coming with them exam you will get a score and and rank as per their rank you get there is a shortlisting by ranking and you have to go through the selection and screening process and there you have enroll with all your score and academic and certification verification and you have pole your options for their college support etc and you have to pay their fee on behalf of them college and you will get them admit cards etc.

I have been applied for CAP round in the DTE website then awaited for the result in Cap round 1, 2 and selected the colleges. After selecting got admission in The eligible candidates are required to purchase the Application Kit with Information Brochure from the nearest Facilitation Center on payment in Cash as given below - Rs. 500/- for General Category Candidates and outside Maharashtra state Candidate and Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries. Rs. 400/- for Reserved Category candidates from Maharashtra State and Person with Disability Candidates from Maharashtra.

We cannot really differentiate between DFS and other private institution management the office bearers, faculties are really helpful the only shortcoming of DFS is that infrastructures sometimes we need to share the seminar room with other departments. The classrooms are Non A.C.But quality of education, guidance we get after bearing only twelve thousand per annum is really unmatched.There are people who leave IIMs and join DFS only to get value education.The writer here has left 6 IIMs (obviously not the older ones) to join DFS.

The student committee od DFS is known as AFCON (Association of Finance and Control) every year AFCON hosts three major events alumni meet in Bangalore, mumbai and Delhi chapter, annual Convention and ARVNEETI, the management fest convention event is an well known event where interaction,idea exchange happens with industry leaders arvneeti is having B.Plan contest,Cultural program.Apart from this we have mega fresher event and annual outbound team management tour in Himalayas.

To summarize our college, remarks : the good are, college infrastructure, high skilled faculties, Bus transportation, class room benches, black board, systems the bad are, Lab facility, lab equipment's, placement , extra curricular activities, internship, implant training arrangement, lack of play ground area, cafeteria, college provided foods these are all the remarks about our college.

IMU CET. I appeared in this entrance exam and got a good rank. This college has got a good reputation all over the world.
