I got admission on the basis of my marks but as I want to do BA in economics, I have to appear into a examination. Later I got admission on the basis of my performance in this examination.Admission Process in this college was very easy. All the staffs are very co-operative but they are very much strict in following the rules and regulations.

The course structure was fantastic. All the professors including Head of the Department were full of knowledge. They teach us very well and in a very simplified manner. Regular classes were held and we enjoy their lectures a lot. I never ever missed their lectures. They also take extra classes if we have any doubts and clarify it very well.

They taking the two internal written examination and two practical examination one practical exam was internal exam and second practical examination was external . Internal written examination was 30 marks and end semester examination was 70 marks . Thek took examination the gap of one month. They giving the question of the internal exam in the 16 marks is the multiple choice question and rest 14 marks is written examination.

My college provide the internship some of the best companies like infosys , tdi , firstdial, microsoft, indigo, analytic qutient , amazon, wipro and many more companies. They giving good packages of the student like between 1.8 to 3.5 . These companies procedure of hiring the student they taking a exam like this procedure they giving the multiple choice question test , group discussion and taking personal interviews.

Its is good as college provide various faculties for each subject. College also provide labs for given subject as required for practical knowledge. After 2nd year college allow us to go for 15 days training from any industry for practical knowledge. Same happen after 3rd year a 60 days summer training has done and then college take presentation to test us. And college also organise industrial tour for educational purpose. And college organise various seminars and extra things regarding our branch.

College organise various events regarding every field. In sports vanquish is organised, many teams comes from different technical colleges. In cultural events jiggyasa is organised, dancing singing ramp walk various competition were taken in college. For electrical, dexterity is organised for mechanical, rudrika is organised, and many technical competition were taken in both events

It's a semester basis, we will having couple of semesters for every year that makes total of 8 semesters for 4 years for the completion of the course. The question paper was for 100 marks and it will didvided into 2 parts. Each part consists of 4 main questions and you have to answer total of 5 questions selecting minimum of 2 questions from each part. Each main question carries 20 marks.

It was being in our college for 4 years since I studied in mechanical engineering course there were only boys but in electrical and electronics departments girls were dominating. We have a good reputation in sports. But not much encourage was given to us in sports and extracurricular. And they have conducted some workshops on robotics.

The fee structure is expensive as compared to other college. But it is not that much which makes it not feasible. The fee structure consist of apx 1 lac per year which makes it apx 4 lac per year. For each additional activities the students are charged separately although a industrial ready initiative value is taken in fees. Ist year fee 1 lac 5000 apx, 2nd year is same as ist year, 3rd year it is 97562, 4th year it is 95062, The books are provided from the library book bank and they are to be returned at the end of each semester the fee consist of a refundable 5000 at the end of the year.

In each semester there were actually two sessionals which had a weightage of 25 in the overall marks and considered as internal. The rest 75 marks were given on the basis of external exam which were conducted in other colleges. Each day had 8 periods with a lunch time of half an hour. The day were quite hectic. Although the division of batches had some free time for some group. Other than externals there were internal and external practicals. Where we had written test and vivas.

In placement vise they will provide a good training for students and they developed the internal technical and inter personality skills for each students. Some of companies visited and recruited some student and reaming student got job from off campus. I thought off campus is best because then only the knowledge will develop.

Through OJEE entrace exam I got selected for counselling.I went for first counselling session and with the options available at that period of time I opted to electrical engineering as my preference. The admission proces was very smooth and systematic making it completely hassle free experience.

Course materials are from Harvard Business School and College is also following some best b-schools curriculum in the campus like yale school of Management, IIM Ahmedabad and Bangalore Case studies. In first year we have general pgdm because college knows that graduates are from different background so they focus on all aspects of management and in second year we choose our electives. I have taken Marketing and HR as my specializations and has vast no. of electives like Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, Retailing, CRM, Business at the Base of Pyramid, Marketing of Services , E-commerce in Management and many more. In HR I had electives named Compensation, ERP, Employees Relation and Labor Laws , Managing Change, Power & Influence, Moral Leaders etc.

Life inside the campus is very cool as all are allowed to be together till 11 in the night and girl/boy ratio is still bend more towards boy out of 120 only 30 are girls and rest are boys there are workshops and seminars conducted at a fixed intervals of time and also credits are being associated with it so we had to be there as it will give pass/fail to a student's result. There are students from Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, UP, UK, Maharasthra, Delhi, WB, Orissa, Haryana etc so the campus is very diverse and good to see people of all race, religion, caste works together without having any discriminations. There are debate club, cultural club, E-Cell that conducts many events.

Fees are bit expensive compared to other universities but it's wort paying for all those facilities. And also compare to other colleges in the cities this been really good and also helps student to access latest technology and teaches software and lot more, which normally other colleges don't provide with the quality.

To talk about faculties some are really good and some are average and there are few facilities who focus only on marks and not on knowledge students acquire. Which is such a disgrace and common allover india. Marks have been basic selection criteria nowadays so many teachers are focused on it.

Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75%, defaulting which they need to attend extra lectures during the study break; which will also make you poorer by Rs 10,000, as that’s the fees to attend these lectures. Students need not wear hardcore formals, a bit of casual dressing is allowed. It is quite liberal in the sense that students are allowed to wear collared t-shirts but wearing shoes is a must in order to avail for the liberty from formals. The college is very strict with vehicle laws. Students aren't allowed to ride triple on a bike. Also no vehicle should be brought inside or parked inside the campus. Breaking any of the law attracts a penalty.

Most of the college students has some or the other issue with any one faculty, well in my case also I had some issues with them. when i was close to my HOD and one of my professor didn't like that. Some of the faculty shows regional feeling and when we are in an institution each and every individual should speak in one language (english) but here in this college some faculty (not all) they speak in their regional language and they even show some caste and political feeling as well. This regional feeling has never affected me as I mingle with each and everyone.

I took Kerala Engineering Entrance in 2009, and got a rank around 6900. I opt this college because it is under Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), by studying in this I got an added advantage of being a day scholar.

There was no internship provided in my college. All we had is our final year main project. In which, all students were given opportunity to do their project in any of well know companies in Kerala, the likes of HMT, Apolla, etc.

I take direct admission if you want to take admission by entrance then you have to qualify UPTU exam which is conducted by up government and then you have to wait for counseling when counseling date decided then fill your details at the selected place where counciling held and then fill your collage what you want and wait for result.

Fee charged was too high but not high in terms of faculty given its about 120000 for b.tech and hostel charge is extra it was expensive but in the front of given faculty it is luking lesss and the hotel fee will charged by its category of allotted seat the starting was of 66000 to 110000rs for hostel including food every thing.

The curriculum which DKTE follows is really very competitive. Along with theoretical knowledge, substantial stress on practicals is given in this institute. The professors are highly qualified. Each of them are subject matter experts in their field of study. Now, DKTE has become one of the autonomous institutes which is really a prestigious news for all the pass outs

The class tests happens every week for each subject and off course, university semester exams happens twice a year.

The college had a good modern infrastructure but half of the classrooms were either unpainted or under renovation throughout the three years that I have spent in the college. Several areas were under construction which was a potential hazard to the students. I would rather prefer a heritage building like a south Bombay college than a modern half constructed college. The teachers were experienced but lacked the drive to teach efficiently. I did not find the staff extra ordinary. There was little to no connection between student and teacher. There was a lot of favoritism. Overall the college appeared mismanaged because they did not regularly update the college website and did not feel the need to email us the important updates such as exam dates, we had to run around the college campus to read the notice boards.

The campus life, in my opinion, was very ordinary since there was no open space around the college building. There were frequent college festivals which lighted up the environment. Overall, my college lacks the aura which the South Bombay colleges such as St. Xaviers and others have. The sex ratio was roughly 1:1. The crowd mostly included Gujarati folks (because of the Gujarati quota during admission) and lacks diversity as such. It has the higher- income class more than the lower income because it is located in Vile Parle (West). Celebrities frequented the campus during college fests.

The college faculty is very friendly and accessible easily. The highly qualified faculty members are being appointed by the government after proper interview process so there is no doubt against their potentials.

I have started from +2 commerce and continued upto Post Graduation in Marketing in the same college. I have scored first class in each standard and the most important thing is the knowledge I have gained.

College celebrate many events like management events, pace events, fresher events and utashv events are organised by my college.

My college does not provide internship, no one do internship from here and also in past there are no any internship program.

Faculty members are all very well qualified and all are interested in both theoretical aspects and addressing the practical problems in the economy. We have easy access to faculty and they are committed.

It is a public university hence the fee is not that high. Moreover it also provides fellowships to its low income family students. Fee for year is around INR 10,000.

I gave RPET entrance exam and i got 8000 rank in this exam this college placement is very good. Global Institute of Technology Society (GITS) has been promoted by Kandoi Group, an Industrial House engaged in Manufacturing and Hospitality Business.

In b.tech 8 semester and 46 total exams. Soft-skills classes taken on regular basis by professional trainers. Motivational lectures and lectures by experts drawn from Industry are arranged on regular basis i.e. on every Saturday.

In a commerce department women are more the college is famous for cultural diversity the availability of different canteens in different blocks is another opportunity for students there are more than 2 sports ground there are more than one auditorium in different blocks., campus is big, classrooms are quite spacious.

I have attended CET Karnataka 2006, and got Rank 26000, It is best college in North Karnataka availability of well experience lecturer and laboratory.
