In some departments gender ratio are 1:1 but some branches have B:G ratio 6:1.if you are computer science or information tech. or electronics student than u have some good chance of getting friend in your class. parties are organised by student itself.they organised parties in local pubs and discos.workshop is conducted by colleges they are of average level.their are cultural society in college who take cares all cultural events going in the college. Their is problem in college regarding gender,religion,politics,economic status or any other thing people are friendly and this figure is what observed.

Their is plenty of events conducted by university.sport's fest, tech fest, cultural event.the sport's event is for 7 days it contains all games approximately. Technical events consists of quiz, gaming competition, workshops and project making.in project making software project is built by student for 1st price college gave 50 thousand rupees cash price. Their is different categories of project for their application in different sector.cultural event is not that much big but it can be enjoyed.

AIEEE 2012, Nowadays the admissions are via JEE Mains. The candidate has to appear in the above said exam. and enroll in the JAC chandigarh. once the results are out the student will be called on the basis of a cut off decided by JAC. There are various types of reservation also for students of economically weaker sections, students playing any sport on national level, etc.

Yes Panjab University gives a lots of scholarship to students such as Merit cum means scholarships, single parent scholarships. There is a provision for students of economically backward section which helps in there stay and studies in Chandigarh. They also gives various scholarships to the students representing Panjab University in various sports at various levels

I get the campus placement from there. However the campus placement is not 100% but in between 40 to 50%. I pass the college in 2012 on that year only 30% student get campus placement. However in next year that get increase by 50%. And i hope in another number of years that will increase up to 100%.

Entrance exam: UPTU. 843 rank in all over UP. This was the second best university in UP. And the most important with best location,as i too belong to kanpur.

I took ECET entrance exam and got 300 score. this is my dream college because it has a good faculty, excellent infrastructure and decent placements.

Engineering is a branch stereotyped as one with imbalanced gender ratio and that boys opt for it more than girls. However, in few cases, some classes have had more girls than boys like in IT. So that's a good sign. Workshops and events held by societies such as CSI-VESIT, IEEE-VESIT, ISTE-VESIT often are high in number; high enough to overwhelm students. That helps learn new things.

As of now, this year huge companies such as JPMC, Morgan Stanley, IVP and MAQ have visited our campus. Diebold and SAP Labs are coming soon. The packages offered for huge/dream companies could be anywhere in range of 5-8 or 10 Lakh per annum. Other renowned companies like Accenture, Capgemini, L&T [IT], ATOS, etc have also visited. In all, 40+ companies visit our campus every year.

Most of the faculty members have the masters degree in various field and some have doctoral degrees in their hands. The approach of faculty members are too good. They always teach to think about new things of modern era.their way of approach is unique and most important thing is they all have very friendly nature so that all student can have their doubts easily.

The course is of the level of international study. The practical thing is more and the research in modern areas are done like renewable energy sources,heat and refrigeration. The course of my branch includes many of old and modern ways to gain practical things.the approach to problem is like industrial completely and environment is also too good.

Campus life was goof, gender ratio and diversity was good. Extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc. – They are good had sports ground in front of college. Competitions such as robotics, debates was not there.

Course curriculum is really good Eight semester. Each semester have 5 subjects. Each year have two semesters. Fees is very less. Course are relevant to branch. Courses are also very useful for future growth. courses are up to date.

The college has its in house placement cell which helps students to find internships in well known and up growing companies and firms. The stipend is not that I can state in general as different companies provide internship at different scale of stipend. The placement cell helps its members to prepare for the interviews and crack them.

The exam schedule is as per the guidelines of Mumbai University. It is a semester pattern with two semesters in each year. The marks for each subject is 100 out of which 25 marks is based on internal test taken prior to semester. The internal tests also weighs college participation and involvement in the marks given to students.

Our college is JNTU-K affiliated. Curriculum is a bit old as it had more credits for theory than for practicals but there is nothing to blame college in this aspect. There were elective subjects in the last (4th) year's 2 semesters. But the irony is they dint taught what elected. or i remember no one asked our choice of elective subjects for that matter. Only faculty were asked to 'engage' any one of three options the curriculum gave.

Exams sucks!! Yes, its the exam structure JNTU have indeed. "COMPLETE MARKS CENTRIC STUDIES". Even most of the faculty have a huge softest corners for students who gets more marks. And LABS meant for writing, correcting and filling records only. If i care enough about maintaining records i can chill out. Regarding practical labs, thanks to the LAB faculty! they at least completed the all experiments.

This college has given me everything. Well knowledge , job , experience, very friendly environment to study , experienced faculty , friends and many more. I would like to tell one things about my college , the technical fest. Oh thats awesome. And there a technical club called megatronix , one who joins MSIT must join this club.

Meghnad saha Institute of technology is a college under techno india group. There are number of companies come for placements. Companies like Tcs , wipro, Bosch etc come every year. I am placed too. But many companies come where the campusing is done together for all colleges under techno india group.

Yes, my college provide an internship option with multiple companies like SAP, Volvo, L&T, etc. They also provide very good guidance during the internship.

I took ComedK entrance exam and I score 80 marks. I choose this college because I got good review about it.

Yes, placement is given by college. Companies are TCS , WIPRO etc Mostly there are IT companies and for core branches hardly any company visit to our college. so therefore students have to take pool placement. Average salary is Rs 3.25 lakhs per annum. But some students also get salary of about Rs 9 lakhs or 10 lakhs per annum.

Not a very good placement is available in this college. TCS is the mass recruiter. Companies like snapdeal, amazon, idea, tech mahindra, wipro too hires students from our college. Average salary package is Rs 3.3 LPA and Maximum salary package is Rs 6 LPA.

Course curriculum was good. Academics, internal and external assessment was carried out. Students enrolled in the academic programmes are exposed to various technical training, which enables them to develop skills in their respective field.

Placement was not good at all. Few major companies came and offered package of around 3 lakhs pa. When we come to placement prospect I personally feel that the administration has to do a lot of work in this area.

Mumbai University has a huge campus situated at Kalina, Santacruz in Mumbai. The campus life is quite interesting for a person of varied interests like me. I was able to attend events organised by any department. Theatre arts, politics, films etc all were part of my campus life. The gender ratio is healthy with the same amount of both boys and girls. The campus is quite diverse and helped me meet different people with different experiences

There are almost no events in our college. There are just few guest lectures that are organised by the department. Then, there is freshers party and farewell that is celebrated every year. We(me and my friends) organised a Maths film festival which was quite a success and was organised with the help of department.

Various cultural and technical events are held in college throughout the year and this events are for both students and staff members. Students actively participate in all events. 'SPECTRUM' is a nationl level technical event specially for first year students which gives them a new platform to explore their skill. 'TECHLIGENT' is anothet national level teachnical event for all students. Also there are some department wise events organized by every department for all students.. "Swartarang" is an cultural event conducted by Art Circle group of PCCOE every year. Every big and small festivals of are celebrated by students every year.

PCCOE has decent gender ratio. There is no issues regarding gender ratio or ragging found in college. There are many students as well staff that takes that discipline is maintained inside as well as outside college premises. Students actively participate in national and international events such as BAJA, GO-cart, Supra, Robotics, etc. Also timely workshops are arranged for students of expertise of company so that student get brief knowledge regarding their field and also about co-operate world. The name PCCOE is well known in such competitions because of remarkable performance of students is respective competitions.

Life in university campus is great. Hang out whit friends in campus is also amazing. The campus itself is a great place with full of green. There is DJs party, rock concerts, and many more in the evening during the days of college week. There are also competitions in many fields like games and sports which includes both indoor and outdoor and also computer games, competitions in dance and also in many other extra curricular activities. The university also provides many workshops in IT level for our department. And also provides coaching for IAS, SSC, NET, UPSC exams for free. They take only 100 rs as admission fee.

The university provides information about all the scholarship a student can avail that which is given by the university or the state or central governments. The university itself also provide several types of scholarship. One among them is that the university provide scholarship to one best student of the university from each state of north east that which is 500 rs per month. There are also scholarship provided by the university to the one best student of the university that which is 5000 rs per year.

Faculties are well qualified & as they selected according to IIT standard criteria, all of them are expert in their fields. Most of them are actively involved in research activities but at the same time take great interest in learning of students both inside & outside classroom.

I took IIT JEE entrance exam, It was a choice between going for CSE at a recent IIT or other branch at older IITs. I went for CSE & that's one of my best life decisions. IIT Jodhpur is a really good choice if you are ready to put enough effort in studies.

We had multiple events in two years covering academic, business acumen, finance, cultural and fashion shows for all round exposures few of them were debate competition, business games event, stock market linked event and inter school competition.B est thing was that all the students were encouraged to participate in minimum 1 event of there choice.

Placement was almost 100% with all eligiblr students got placed in the area if interest or specialization...it my be noted that placing 100+ students is no mean a easy job in the initial years of IBS..Fee of the companies visited and took large no of students were ICICI, EValue serve research,IDBI,Karvy,Standard Chartered,DE Shaw,GTB Bank, TCS etc

No there is difference in gender so here all are given same importance, yes it has good workshops, parties I dono it never happened here, our campus is facilitated with good and hygiene food centre and cafe and also a bank and atm in campus itself. It is very good campus with garden and medical facilities

Course is good, I like to study, source is very good I wanted to take civil engineering since childhood I love internships so I joined civil engineering and in civil it is not necessary to depend on jobs u we can do our own business and through internships we can have opportunities for good jobs
