Exam Structure

It's a twice semester per year. Monthly internal exam- theory and practical . The exam structure is in line with BPUT university. Total 8 semester which includes 16 internal exams and practicals to be completed in order to complete the course. Exams are a bit tough and lot of hard-working required to clear.

Placement Experience

80% placement they provide. However, they are part of lot many off campus held in all parts of the country. The average package is rs 300000 p.a. also, sessions are being organised periodically to help the students appearing interviews. Students who wish for MTech or PhD , it's a perfect place to pursue.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course content was up to the level of any competent technical education college. The syllabus for each semester was neatly defined and the faculty was adequately qualified to cover all the subjects, up to the required depth. The theory as well as practical syllabus of each semester prove useful at the time of sitting for placements.

Placement Experience

The placement is really well. Almost all major IT companies come on campus for placements. It has now converted into a deemed university, so the placement would have improved by now. Almost all companies provide a CTC of 3-4 LPA. The opportunities are expected to keep on improving with time.

Exam Structure

It was not either hectic or leaving you chill. Pattern is designed the way you learn all subjects thorougly. Its basically interrest or thrive to learn. I used to spent till 8 pm everyday in college library. Our library is awesome. Some times I spent my entire day in labs finding things never I was denied.

Campus Life

Gender ratios will be like 60:40 but depends upon the course opted for. Lot of workshops were conducted for us like robotics training etc. Students come from dfferent parts of state. Sports and events are conducted college level for inter departments and will be announced with awards during annual fests.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is followed as per the standards defined by R.T.U. But few subjects are given to the students as optional and students do have a choice but the decision is taken by the college on the basis of the logistics such as availability of teachers and not on the interest of students.

Faculty

Few of the faculties are really good and are doing justice to their profession. However but most of them are there because they could not get a profile in the corporate world and few are working there since teaching is mis-considered an as easiest profile and profession to take.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for Economics Honours and the course curriculum was very good and enriching. The curriculum is driven towards creating socially adept individuals who are not just academically able but also have the potential to give back to society in equal measures. The best part is that they have a beautifully integrated academia along with extra curricular activities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship opportunities are available for your entire duration in college, and even for further studies (in india as well as abroad). The selection criteria for these are based on merit as well as need. Upton 20% of students are given Freeships (remission of tuition, games and library fees).

Placement Experience

ISB offers the best placements opportunities in India compared to any other business school. The average package is ~22 Lakhs which can go up to any level depending upon your past experience. International offers are also lucrative and provide excellent opportunities to work with leadership positions.

Exam Structure

Being a one year course it is definitely hectic with exams almost every two weeks. Also with the best of minds around it becomes very competitive and makes you stretch and reach your highest potential. A regular day can be of 15-18 hours of work at ISB involving different activities and classes.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure was prepared by the Biju patnaik University for Technology University. The course is bit tough to complete with the exam pattern that was set. The teaching was very specific towards exam and research work by the faculties. Many students from the institution went for RDO and BHEL like farm for research work after college.

Campus Life

The campus life was very good in the institution. There was a healthy gender ration in our institution. Regular workshops occured .and mainly the students were not only from same state. the students came from all parts of india with different religion. Economic status of institution is very good.

Exam Structure

In between each exams there were around 2-3 days of gap so you get enough time to revise for examination. Lot of papers I would say overall engineering itself have around 90 examinations in 4 years tenure, so be prepared for it. Lot of practicals and invegilators from outside campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was as per standard of Nagpur university it keeps on increasing year by year as far as i remember every year our fees use to crease by around 4200 rupee so from first year it was 29000 to final year it was around 49000 yearly, SC/ST students do get scholarship.

I was there in my final year flipkart was one among them others were microsoft ,amazon, direct i,some government companies,IBM,and some big names in the software sector were there during the placement process.

Faculty

Faculty is highly qualified especially senior faculty strict with rules and regulations and at the same time always providing a helping hand to their students. Mr. J.K. Chabbra one of the most renowned teachers in the computer department a little bit of strict but at the same time one of the highly intelligent professor.

Exam Structure

Exam Structure was as per the UPTU guidelines and it was been satisfactory for the student who want to get the things up on the track with and it was nothing to do with the College. The Exams are been conducted as per the UPTU deadlines and was also fine as per the programs.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course structure was as it was specified by UPTU at that time. Mostly We had to relay on internet to get the Course activities. The Issues was normally been taking as self study and it was for all the batch with no much support from the College authority.

Exam Structure

Exams conducted here are chilled out without pressurising student to feel burdened. The exam schedule is well spaced out and gives ample amount of time to a student to learn, prepare and perform. Classes are conducted regularly throughout year. And all the syllabus is covered well before time and student can easily go and ask teachers their doubts way ahead of their exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and curriculum is well structured and exams and tests are conducted on time. There are terminal and pre-professional exams before professional exams and n course completion is done before the final professional exam. Various PhD and MDS/MD/MS courses are available where lead focus is on research and apt amount of time is given for the preparation before exams.

College Events

Many events had conducted in college campus like technical fest, sports day, anniversary etc. Students are free to participate in any no of events. I found good encouragement to the talent students. Every year they identify some brilliant students and they give scholarship or some price money for getting top rank in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very feasible. Compared to many colleges fees are very low in this college. But I heard that many colleges paid back the money. I didn't seen such case in this college. During that time I paid Rs30,200/- per year along with that Rs 4,000 building fund for every year. This is snot there in some colleges.

Entrance Preview

I gave the IEEE paper and my rand was around 2000 state wise. LPU being a private college took admissions on the basis of state ranks as the believed in diversity of there university. I opted for this college because it was one of the most largest and advanced colleges in the country and it is even no, with world class teaching facilities.

Placement Experience

LPU does a lot for its students and placements is one of them. In CSE branch we had 100% placements, students also had multiple offers for big multinational companies like LG soft, Amazon, Cognizant, Verizon, HCL, ATOS, Capgeminie and many more with a maximum package of 21 LPA in 2015 and average of 4 LPA.
