When choosing colleges, students put a high priority on finding the best academic programs for their field of study. While this is obviously important, another factor that potential students should consider is the alumni network at each of their prospective choices. Alumni networks do more than help fund Alma Maters they become a professional and personal community to aid graduates in advancement throughout the course of their lives. With this in mind, the university or college one chooses for undergraduate, and post-graduate work becomes more than only a place to garner an education. It is also a place to build the foundation for their future.
If you are looking for world class facilities and the ability to use them, you have come to the right place. SJCET has very good lab facilities and students are encouraged to use them as much as they can for projects (there's a caveat here which i'll get to later) and other non-curricular activities. SJCET is increasingly orienting itself to a more research focused college with CoE's and other interesting lab facilities coming up all over campus. There's also a conscious shift of focus from purely academic subjects to more research based learning. The experiment is in its initial stages and may yet fail, but its a step in the right direction.

Well, faculties play an important role in every students life. I too found very motivating, team player, well mannered and honest faculties. They stood beside me in my odds and also in my even days, I learnt a lot from them. they acted like a parents in my life when I was so far from my own family. I had always given positive feedback when I did my tasks correctly and on time, however when it was little late I had been advised to complete on time. My teachers were real blessings for me and their guidance and motivation throughout the course helped me to come out in flying colors.

A lot of gaming, biking, singing competitions were played there. One India is a one man army kind of event. It covers almost everything a college can share with us in form of extra curricular activities.

The faculty of the college are too supportive and knowledgeable. They are ever ready to help students in carrying out their studies or projects. They have clear understanding were a student can fail to understand and hence focus on that points very clearly.

Bsc IT curriculum was balanced few subjects were difficult few were easy. Difficult subjects were made easy because of my interest in the subject. MBA entrance was a tad bit difficult but it was made easy with the help of classes, friends and obviously google and youtube.
The course I was opted in was B.Com Computers a 3 year course wherein you'd be thought more about accounts and market rather . Than the computers and programming(yes, the course name is computers itself). Not to blame the institution but its the university which holds the control over syllabus.
There is no particular examination required as in to join this college. But a minimum of 75% cut off would ensure your seat and if there's still any other way gaining on that would be the so called reservation quota.
College celebrates mainly two events. The technical event Gravitas is held during the month of August or September that conducts several workshops, exhibitions, and more. And other the Cultural event Riviera which is held during February and is all about fun and creativeness in the field of art, music and so. Riviera is one of the best cultural college events in India.
