So many events we celebrated during the time of our course like innovave, teachers day and discussion on budget every year. All these events used to be organised by the students only under the observation of teacher which gave experience of event management to the students and teachers observation makes it happen in the best way which is possible with available resources.
Compared to the other business school the fees structure was very good and feasible as this is a university governed by govt. As far as I can remember I deposited only 24000 at the time of admission and 18000 at the beginning of second year. On the other hand other business schools charged lakh of rupees from the students.
There are two internship project from the college. No stipend are given by the collage First internship in the third year its two months internship project. And second internship project is on the fifth year its about six months of internship project.
There are lots of event during the course .There are technical as well as other event also there.I was participate in one event is called the CSI computer society of India and it was the three days event with all the technical things.

TCS, WIPRO salary IS 3.8LAC/annum other companies are not for b.tech students. Other companies include Amar flour, orange, water health.The placement companies are not so good. It is a better option if one opts for off campus placements.
No company comes for internship. This is a very weak point of the university. When you don't get experience of practical hands on learning, how can you expect one to excell in the industry.

Campus life is awesome. We never left campus during even free periods. Singhad college located on Hill. Other activities are conducted by college are Sinhgad Karandak( Cricket competition). They also conduct coding competition and debates in month of December.
I had done MCA management which is a mix of computer and management subjects. You would have one project per semester.I think going for MCS is not a good option because if you want to got into management in future career then you need to complete MBA again.
The college doesn't discriminate among any students there are around 30 international students. Ragging and other kind of discrimination activities are very uncommon in Goa. The college is very strict against these type of activitied. The college is runned by priests so there is no political influence,discrimination and other such kind of activities.
The course comprised of 6 semesters.no practicals were there in any semester. The duration of the course was 3 years. 2 semesters for each year.Each subject was of 100 marks ie . 80 marks external paper and 20 marks internal. Internal paper was divided into 2 exams wherein each internal exam had either project or 10 marks exams.
No comments. As everywhere it was maintained very god . we all got a good books while coming out from college. The Alumni book also contains all teh information regarding old students.
The faculty 50% were good and remaining all M Tech pursuing candiates. They will simply come and go. They don't know minimum subject also. They will teach what they know only.

Annual Event was the major attraction and also college hosts alumni meet every year. As part of annual event there is combination of different performances like awards distributions, college students performances, Jam session dinner party and all fun.

The college is in constant talks with industry as a result of which they are able to arrange internship for students. However, the stipend offered is just 5000 to 10000 rs. However, since the purpose is to learn it makes sense, since the companies are reputed and present an oppurtunity to learn.
Highly experienced and gave personal attention whenever needed. However, sometimes it depended on person to person. But the faculty was accessible and also involved students in there research activities.
My course was b.com without maths. It consisted of subjects like law, business management, tax, english and punjabi as language, conputer studies. There use to be two times exam in one year apart from periodic unit tests.
Campus life is indeed very enjoyable if you are in North Campus. College has its own music, dramatics, choreo, debate team and band. Its one of the best in sports section too. You will also find a lit of sikhs students.
Education level of our college is not so outstanding,its academic results of average level . So percentage of placement of our college is very average. Due to good technical knowledge ,many of good student gets job andplacement in the coursetime or right just after graduation as btech. Many companies in last month and placed a large no. of students on good packages .

Internship are the important of part any engineering student career as it gives a shape to student workshop training .Which makes the student prepared for engineering with the help of new improved technologies in different and efficeint way. So, our college has contracts with many companies for internship and training program.
Faculty of the Computer science department was very student friendly and used to help us all the time, even during vacations. They made sure that we had college laboratory facility to us. This helped students who didn't have computers at home to brush up their programming skills further.
We had annual college festival named Visions which is celebrated in the month of December. Apart from this we used to have departmental festivals as well. For Computer Science we had started Ziegers, which had competition for Developers and Innovative thinkers apart from others.
The course curriculum has been designed with the mix of economics,finance, hr and marketing subjects as the compulsory courses in the first year and one gets to choose his electives in the second year based on his specialization major. Some of the electives for marketing include sales management, b2b marketing, crm, digital marketing etc.
IMT Ghaziabad also has a structured placement procedure. Companies from various sectors including fmcg,fmcd, e-commerce, banking and finance visit the campus to offer students job offers. This year some of the highest job offers have been from cognizant, hcl tech, CCD, L'oreal, airtel etc.
Faculty all are good , Some Lecture are bore but some are too interesting. There is some presentation session for each student in class. First time we feel nervousness during this session. While present the whole class. Because we know that after presentation some question will be arise.
Parties almost out of college , we make some collection and arrange parties in hotel. Labs are good in college campus. but main thing at my time there is no Internet in lab.

The course focused on in-depth knowledge of Finance related to investments, funds, financial markets, banking etc. It provided a broad and deep exposure to finance theory. It focused on Financial markets and Financial Modeling.The main electives were Financial Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Corporate Laws, Security Management, International Trade & Finance, Portfolio Management, Merger & Acquisition etc.
Campus life was good. Gender ratio was also appropriate. Extracurricular activities like theatre, dramatics, sports were offered. Campus had Table Tennis table, Badminton court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket Academy, Football Academy, Indoor games like Carom, chess, IT labs with more than 100 computers were there.
Faculties truly care about the success of their students. They give you all of the tools you need to succeed, and help you to make sure there are no problems with your financial aid. I would recommend this college to anyone who is thinking about making a change. They really set the bar high.
We were encouraged to do internship during summer holidays in any field we wanted to. The internship experience really helped everyone to fetch a nice job. After doing internship,we were required to do ppt presentation in front of everyone to share our experience.

Students have to look for internship on their own. 6 months internship was mandatory in the last semester & if some student is not able to find any internship then they have to do a project from the college itself.
Most of the courses were mandatory & selected by university. Course curriculum seemed alright & almost all the necessary subjects were covered. There were enough tutorials & labs classes as well.
A bit expensive but you can have scholarship based on your 10+2 marks from 25 till 100%. Later during the semeter exams you have to score good and retain the scholarship.In 2007-11 the fee was around 4 Lacs. I got 50 % scholarship throughout hence it helped me save some money.
The interaction was good and the seniors were helpfull in studies and other basic needs.There is a alumni blog as well for Amity were we share information on topics such as study materials snd job openings.
We do get frequent emails from the college alumni group providing us updates about the college and even asking us feedback as how they can improve the college culture and curriculum better. They even ask us if the curriculum for that particular seems to better and needs to be improved.
The course curriculum was good and they tried to teach us all the basics and tried to give us knowledge which would help us when we would be placed. When i got placed in the company the knowledge. I had received made sense to me and i knew where i could use the knowledge.

Many festivals are held in the college. Cultural festivals include Republic and independence day celebration, Coalescence, which is a flagship event where esteemed people from all over the world working in field of environment visit for lectures. Reminiscence is an alumni reconnect event. Kalptaru is the annual day celebration of the college.
Campus life is very good. M/F gender ratio is about 4:1. Political views are personal and no parties are there. People from almost 18 states are studying in the institute and belong to all genders, ethnicity and religions. Various sports facilities such as football, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, basketball etc are available.

Campus life is excellent. Labs are outstanding. Robotics , Hydraulics , Fluid mechanics, Automobile , Thermodynamics Labs are very good. Gender ratio of Female to Male is 20:80 There are various associations formed among various branches and every professor, management as well as students association do their best to have healthy environment in college campus.
We have alumni network & groups on social platforms like facebook , Linkedin. Also Every year we have our Alumni meet at college on second sunday of December. We usually meet our seniors , juniors & other alumnis so that we get a chance to dicuss on various programmes , current affairs going on.
