The Overall Campus life is AWESOME. The college is giving support for every activity (if any).Talking abt the interaction with the students and parties then. its like somewhat orthodox. less parties, students are not curious for getting with the other for the work or anything else.
The College is celebrating the technical event named BRIZINGR, which is conducted every year following by the annual cultural event IO every year.Apart from that college is conducting sports weeks every year and festivals like navaratri and so are also celebrated by the college.

Campus life at NITIE is really awesome, every day you have a great day of your life. there is Pond (water pond) where students walk around of it and it gives ecstatic feeling.Gender ratio is almost 70/30 (Male/Female).People come from different-2 background I mean person having B-tech in any stream can apply for NITIE admission, so you would find diversity with unity over there.Extracurricular happens throughout the course program and each and everyone participates with huge enthusiasm and enjoy it.Talking about labs, which are also good with sufficient amount of equipment. As i already mentioned about Nitie premier league ( NPL) and josh, these are the sports activities which happens every year with inter colleges students.
I Qualified Gate 2013 and scored 450 Gate score from Textile Engineering and Fibre Science stream. And you know what NITIE is the only college which provides post graduation in industrial engineering through GATE score. Apart from this, PGDIE course was started 50 years ago at NITIE and celebrated golden jubilee in 2014-15 and it is also have 100% placement record since it started.Talking about campus environment,it is really fabulous.

Yeah one of my friend taken a bank load from sbi its flexible as for the 1st year and till the bank approve your loan you have to pay from your pocket and and then bank will give you the checks. Also intreast rate may be around 10-12%, could not recall properly.
I was a computer science and technology student there, the syllabus was okey type. As I felt so many subject studied by WBUT during 4 years is just not at all necessary in computer science. So its not at all up to the mark study.

I have given CET (common entrance test) exam for BBA organized by university of Pune. College is also conduct is own entrance exam you can give any one of them. College admission procedure first they conduct the entrance test if selected they will take your interview.
Fee structure of the college is feasible you can say 'value for money' also.if students not participating in any events and activities then it is for no use. then the fee structure is expensive. i will suggest you to participate in every event.
YES, our college also provide internship. The general stipened provide internship is based on your idea and knowledge about your project work.

There is student council in which all the students from the course are allowed to join and the problems related to college academics faculty events or any other query is discussed in the meeting even the students are motivated for their activities which has raised the name and the college and motivated them.

Gender ratio is about 50:50 some time 60:40 for Male and Female. We do not have hostel party but celebrate Birthdays and Watch movies in cafeteria almost every weekend. We also have cultural society in out college who is responsible for host all kind of cultural events. In IIITB there is nothing like ethnicity, race, religions or sexual orientation. we all are a part of family in campus.
Fee in IIIT Bangalore is little bit expansive. iMtech program is cost around 1. 5 lakh per year. But any one can get Bank loan very easily. Event some companies provide scholarship for student and its need based scholor.
Internship is nice. People mostly go abroad during summer. I myself have done internship in Australia, japan, Taiwan, norway. A stipend of rs 5000 per month is offered to all students but for internship funding is from host institute.
Some Faculty are very good but most are bad. Good faculties don't saty here long as the institution is located in a remote village. So they stay for few days and then leave to some other college

Internship Experience was very amazing. I worked with Yamaha and that was the one best part of my life. I learned a lot there. And if I talked about stipend, no stipend but I received the best performer award and a check of Rs. 5000 plus medal.
They are very good and friendly in nature. You don't feel that they are your Gurus rather you feel, they are your best supporters. They will guide you perfectly and try to solve your each and every single problem.

The fee structure :- The most concerns point as per facilities its not feasible. it was really expensive, college should includes good facilities as they charges expensive fees so should be gives good facilities too.
Seniors and college given as fresher party where we met with actual college, We enjoyed a lot and 2 days camp where we met with whole college people. Alumni where we can met with older as well as current students.
PGECET, I got 7498 rank in entrance. I heard so much about my college, old students said that the college is very good for the post graduation students and I went to the college my self and I have talked to the faculty and HOD and principle. Every body is so good and helped me alot in my future decision.
My college fee stucture is not much expensive. The max fee structure has given by govt is 36000 rupees so I think it is feasible for even below povery liners. For most of the students government only paying compleate fee for entire academic life so the student only have to pay the exams and projects fee.
I took the Kerala state entrance. I got 4322. This was the college alloted for me. I chose Mechanical Engg because i was passionate about it. You can get admitted if you have a rank under 5000to get a merit seat. For a management seat you have to get under 10000 rank. online allotment will be done according to the rank you got. There are also some NRI seats available which have huge fees. This college is under IHRD and is a self financing college. Admission process is pretty normal. Bring all documents and around 8k for all funds like PTA, Bus fund and all
Fee structure is feasibe. It is 20k per year and the hostel and food expenses are therer. It will all be under 4k. Some scholarships are given by college. There will be some fund raisers for sports and arts and examination every year. Fees is 20000 for merit seat. 65000 for management seat and above 1 lakh for NRI seat. These fees might change according to the government orders. I had a merit seat. It was feasible. Only govt colleges have less fee structure than this. Other than this there are hostel expenses too. Hostel expenses will be under 4k per month.
It was tough as the practical work is very hard as provided so much time to complete that practical work with efforts as done orientation visits with other students and done concurrent visits for 45 days for the completion of field work to any recognized ngodone community organization work for the society during visits to janta colony's
Whatever i felt is that the college atmosphere during classes was good and the faculties are helpful and the college management helped us during needs as i can say this because i lost some of study material which was arranged by the staff at nominal cost. so overall the college experience was quite nice
I took WBJEE (West bengal Joint Entrance examination) and opted for this college. I got in this college with a rank of 2682. I donot remeber my score in the exam. I opted for this college as I always wanted to work in the core sector. And believe me I was very right in choosing this college. This is a very specialized sector,i.e the power sector. It requires very logic and understanding of the course and I reasearched everywhere family, friends, seniors, internet and NPTI was the answer.
The course of power engineering is a mixed up course of mechanical engineeering and electrical engineering (actually as the days go by its 70%mechanical and 30%electrical). First year has very common and basic subjects (physics, chemistry, maths, basic thermodynamics, fluid mechaics, computer sc etc )the specialization starts form the second year of the course. After that It is well divided applied thermodynamics, fluids, power plant operation, electrical machines.

As I am a student of English Literature, so there's no provision of campusing for us. Although UGC and the institute provide fellowships for the research scholars, which is about rs.25000 per month along with a contingency of Rs.10000 per annum.
There are, at present, four professors in the department. All of them are highly qualified. Apart from their educational qualification, they are very cordial and friendly with all of the students. They always guide us and co-operate with us.
