The gender ratio is one area where our college lacks.On an average there are around 30 boys for each girl at college.And our college is acquiring new land adjacent to the present campus,which would nearly double its area. Massive construction activities are ongoing in the existing our campus. ISM is home to the Geological Museum, the Seismic Observatory, a Data Processing Laboratory, the Long Wall Mine Gallery and the Remote Sensing Laboratory. The Central Library is automated and provides services seven days a week, catering to more than 5500 users belonging to 17 departments and centers. The library houses 80,000 books, 8000 Ph.D. thesis and dissertations, 35,000 bound volumes of journals etc.There is a campus-wide fiber optic internet connection and Wi-Fi network, which covers all the departments, teachers' quarters, and students' hostels. There is a central computer lab and computer labs in each of the Departments.The events such as workshops, robotics, case studies, debates are organised as competition during the annual fest and the fest of different departments (Mechanical, electronics, Mining, etc).

The college helps students in getting internship. It invites reputed companies to campus which select students for internship after an interview or written examination or both.The stipend is variable depending on the company. Stipends in some of the companies in oil Industry go as high as 70000 a month,while there are also companies which provide around 20000.Internship was not so good experience to be honest as they made me go to not so well organised company and there they treat a fresher like they own a newbie.But my second company was i guess Aegis and that was a fab place to be for a trainee. And then came a surprise when i got a chance to take part in summer internship Tata steel.

Not so great Many companies like infoys , TCS and other small companies. They are offering around 1.5 lacs per annum. Around 50 students were placed .

Campus life is very interesting but college does not really supports other activities .

Many Companies come for offering internship like Bosch,Nvidia,TI etc. The stipend depends upon which company you're doing your internship in some of them all you get is an experience certificate which is very useful where as in others along with that you get.

No idea about the loan part but yes,they have a lot of scholarships, to all who Deserve a scholarship have got one to apply for scholarship is little cumber some but after that once the scholarship comes,money will be directly credited into your bank account.

Reflex and Eureka are famous technical event in our college, where mostly paper presentation, poster presentation, seminars, quiz tests are there. cultural events for our gatherings are vishakha, Ashwmedh, spandan, avishkar etc.Various participants are participated in our college campus.

Compnies like TATA motors, Mahindra and Mahindra, K-Boyuot, Cummins, TATA Consultancy, John deere came to our campus.At my time from 120 students 65 were placed.and average package is abput 2.8 K/Anum.Also there are lot of local companies in MIDC campus also came to our colleges.

Professors at AIT, well thats what the students call it fondly, are highly qualified and have got their PhD and M.Tech degrees. Infact, students say that its a mandatory rule in Acharya to have these requirements. Along with a good number of senior faculties, you can expect to meet teachers with a minimum experience of 5 years. Mechatronics department is pretty good. Almost every lecture is conducted in English while a few teach in Kannada as well. Student-teacher rapport is healthy and students are pretty much interested in attending lectures. Lucky professors!

AIT "Habba" is supposedly the biggest college festival in Bangalore. Acharya Habba is the annual cultural extravaganza of Acharya Institutes, Bangalore. Started in 2005 since then is evidencing a jubilant growth year after year. The festival is conducted towards the end of March or April every year. Acharya Habba a three days festival which attracts people, students from all over Karnataka with its spectacular events and competitions. Acharya Habba witnessed an inflow of 30,000 visitors in 2014.

Course curriculum was enriched with theoretical and practical knowledge both set by Maharishi Dayanand university, Rohtak. There were basically 4 branches under BTech those were CSE(computer science & Technology) ECE (Electronics & Communication engineering)IT (Information Technology) No more exist nowMechanical engineering.

They were Awesome, one could never forget such an enriching experience.Yes there were various extra curricular programs going around aa the time.various workshops were conducted based on students interest example ethical hacking, robotics, Embedded systems etc.

Very good for it, csc, ece. Really many companies came. I am not interested in it dept so i neglected all just for interview experience i attended some. But terms of mech civil etc. no job almost Chennai itself suffering. Now i am preparing for gate and i will crack this yr itself no probs.

No, Actually at present they are concentrating more in infrastructure of the campus rather than student development. In our college. The trust belong to many high end companies like ETS, Volkswagen Etc tie up but no help from them.

Campus Life is just as good as it is in any other college. That depends on you how you enjoy your life in college campus. We were usually absent in the class but anybody would find us in campus. There was always a equal ratio of gender as far as i am concern. We celebrated eid and diwali the next day of it so religiously we were good.

B.com is a plane course but useful for people who want to pursue career in accounts and further in Chartered A/c. Basically it becomes entry gate post graduation in any field of commerce. Chartered of Accountant is the most chosen field by our college people who complete their graduation. Hardly people choose MBA.

The Course Sturcture is designed by college proff according to present scenario and proper bakance in Research and Industries we have a lot of elective in department their are all field Experts like in my department their are people fron Image processing, wireless Communication,data network and all most complete Communcation experts they focus both on research.

NItk is situated near Arabic Sea so naturally beautiful and the cultural feast and annual event make it like heaven their is equal gender ratio girls and boys the proper combination make any event joyful our play ground is too large and we enjoy alot in our college their are people from diff part of india as well as their is special quota to DASSA student.

The campus life in SIMSR was super awesome mainly because of the infrastructure of the college which was massive it had a huge chess which anyone can play a whole football size ground for playing football also a race track and a tennis court where anyone can explore their skills there was no gender disequality at Somaiya and the male to female ratio was a little high in our batch also there were lot of workshops held for students to learn more and more each day I myself attended a couple of them like "Forevision" workshop for Excel and Digital Marketing and also a workshop on Photoshop and there were guest lectures every week from industry's great achievers and faculties from different colleges.

Placement and the job opportunities are humongous, each and every one in my batch got placed and the average package was around Rs 6-7 Lac and companies like Wipro, Accenture,Infosys,AQ,TAM India,Zee TV etc were there for the final placements. There were also some companies which offered packages like 12 Lacs 14 Lacs and 16 Lacs and a couple of students were placed in these companies as well Companies Like Snapdeal,Amazon,JLT,Nike etc were the dream companies with high packages.

Scholarship is provided with the marks got on entrance exam. Every group 5 to 10 people get 50% of tuition fees waiver. And every year top 5 in each group only get scholarship .Loan facility is also offered by college with minimum interest.

They don't provide any internship for b.tech students. They may be providing for m.tech students. There is another program student exchange program where student can go to another university in different countries for one semester.

Placement is awesome many companies come for the placement most of the reputated company comes like EY, JP morgan, kmpg, wipro, hp and many more so the students get a good opportunity to placed in a good company. I got placement in JP morgan and it is very good company .

Exam is very hectic always they took some test and exam are very difficult on every Wednesday class test used to be conducted and if any student failed in the test. Then they need to write the imposition and if we don't write the imposition then the teach

They were so many cultural and technical events celebrated. Every department has their own committee to get the events done. International conferences were organized like FICTA where may people had the opportunity to get their publications for Springer. We had so many delegates (across the globe) who had attended this event. Later we had CSI events, individual Department events like HILIOS, IGNITION etc. We also had a complete college event like CURIOS where many paper, post presentations, network management etc events were conducted. Above all, we also had ROBOTICs, Coding contests (Infosys coding contests).

All the extracurricular activities performed by the students were always encouraged. But there wasn't sufficient recognition for sports. Students were not encouraged more in sports activities. There should be a coach for each game. The ground is very bad to play outdoor games. They were very less indoor games. Students should be given motivation to play sports apart from education. ANITS lacks in this. I have never heard of racism feelings, but they was always community impact in the campus.

No.The internship program is for students attending high schools, community colleges, four-year universities, trade schools, career and technical education programs, and other qualifying educational institutions and programs with paid opportunities to explore federal careers while still in school. participants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a qualifying educational internships, fellowships, and other work experience opportunities in the governmentcongressional research service 3 program. The internship program replaces the student career experience program and the student temporary employment program.

The course structure of information technology is focus on 1) activity i.e, case study conference session constructivism expedition-based experiential learning lab format project format. 2) communication i.e,cooperative learning\guided discussionsocial learningweb 2.0. 3) content i.e,by chapter by lecture by lesson by module by subject by topic by unit science-focused traditional. 4) time i.e,daily weekly.

MBA course fee was rock bottom. I was able to garner good ROI on landing job on campus. 3 lacs total as course fee with hostel accommodation separate. it would be best to check the fee structure directly with college for different programs offered.

Events were always a highlight ranging from social to management festivals cultural exchange programmes., to name a few - USHUS, PIONEER participation was at a good level. I am sure the students along with the college management would have taken the same to an all altogether different level.

Around 45-50 companise on a regular basis visit the campus every year including many big nane companies like L&T, infosys,IBM, TCS, Cap gemini, seimens, accenture,ec. So yes, if you have potential you would be surely place somewhere. Last year a girk from mech got the highest package of 12 lacs. This year placementd are going on. Placements are increasining every year.

Yes, Many get an internship in good companies. I have seen a lot of my seniors getting intern of pretty much good amount. Not so high but they look quite satisfied. The college is pretty much strong on this part. The T&P cell makes avialable interns for the students. Thus students get great help from college in getting industrial exposure.

Gender ratio is almost equal. Students parties are there as well to improve the quality of living and learning inside the campus, but most of the time merely end up in one to one polity. Most students are (80% students) are from rural background and first graduates in their family. In such a ways the university serves many most backward and scheduled community in the regions nearby. Politics are there inside the campus but overall it never dominates the students.

Affordable only not too much heavy. Different fee structure for Arts and Science, Engineering, Medicine etc. But overall the fees is collected as given in the prospectus. There is good support from the university for the economically sections. I had paid only around 500 rupees per years while some of my friends pay paid nearly 12000 rupees.

Course was approved by Delhi university so it was full of knowledge but we felt lack of practical knowledge . It is my suggestion to Delhi university & college staff to add practical training for the benefit of student . For research paper , course is not not sufficient .

4 events in year Fresher party in August month and Annual Function in Jan or Feb month for 2-3 days and sports events in Jan month and 1 picnic in Oct month i am satisfied with the size and standard and participation by the students in festival . Overall good.

The college building looks like a Government high school building. It does not feel like an engineering college .Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Workshop lab and Civil labs are a kilometer away.Gender ratios are almost 50:50. I did not feel any gender partiality. Though college is owned and managed by Muslims I did not feel any religious discrimination. No discrimination among different cultures, races and economic status of students.

I took up Karnataka CET entrance examination and scored 35169th rank.I opted this college because of reasonable fees.I just had to pay Rs.35000 per year in Islamiah Institute of Technology. Whereas other colleges demanded 1 - 2 lakhs per year.The admission process was simple. I had to bring in demand draft of about Rs. 10000/-(first installment of fee) and submit the required documents within a week or so.

The Computer Labs are fully Chilled and Fully Functioned and all Other labs are also Have every facilities Which The Students want in labs. The College Provide Regular Maintenance For Every labs. The HOD Sir Personally Ask Every student for any Inconvenience they face in Lab or in Lectures. Comprehensive library with more than 10,000 volumes of latest Books,Internet, CD-ROMS, Video & Audio Tapes. Computer Labs with high speed 2MBPs Internet connectivity on all machines.

The Course For the BE is Divided in Total Eight Semesters But Because I have Cleared my Diploma So there is only six semester in my Course of BE. There is Six Months in Every Semester and in every semester in the middle of semester there is Midterm exams held in College. The course Structure Is Very Good in my Point of View.
