I appear for JEE main in which I got 95 and there is combination of JEE Marks and state board marks 50-50 pattern PVG COET is one of the best college for electrical and printing engineering .

As I only in second year , I dont have any internship yet , bit several industries we have visit , like madhav capacitors, nuclear power plant tarapur.

Course structure is excellent with good career opportunities in different fields of civil engineering like structural engineering or in Construction or in Project Management. Gender differs from branch to branch. In our electronics 2/3 were boys but in the case of Computer science, just the opposite mechanical was full of boys there were students from all over the state extracurricular activities are conducted by each department and they conducted technical workshop, seminars etc and those were good sports events didnt get enough focus in our college and that was just for a name in our college, politics was strictly banned inside the campus but still students involved in such activities outside the campus and most of the times it leads to quarrel between students there were both poor and extremely rich students but there was no discrimination on the basis of money/religion or gender i really appreciate that culture.

From my class 23 students were placed in TCS that was the first placement from my batch and after that Infosys came and selected only 4 students besides this some of the students attended interviews conducted in other colleges and got placed around 45 out of 63 students from my class placed in different companies at the time of pass out TCS offered 3.2 lakhs/annum as starting and Infosys offered 3.0 lakhs/annum.

Campus life gender ratio sports like a fun .

No scholarship I availible in college .

Course structure was ok but faculty to teach those courses were either on contract or not there.AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) ROBOTICS, SEMICONDUCTOR ENGINEERING were few electives available in our curriculum which were across departments course structure was good but more of theoretical there were no lab experts some labs were mordenised in my times if student wants to learn by himself then facilities provided were very good.

Campus has 4/5 food courts which remain open late and suits college life gender ratio is not great and mostly was in 1:4 ratio with least ratio in mechanical student diversity his very high as all states have student quota. Nri. Quota is also present every year few students from Africa, srilanka, UAE take admission in this quota there are department parties, fresher parties, college farewell parties held.

The course includes geological analysis of any area through areal survey. University provides many practical sessions for the analysis.In my curriculum my 1st year includes 4 lab sessions and my entire 2nd year is alotted for project. So more over it defines my engineering career in more practical approach. It encourages to apply various new ideas for the purpose.

There will be group interaction during seminar and the gender ration will be 1 female:3 male. Labs are of good infrastructure.there will be students union to demand our needs.regular workshops will be in during technical festivals. For gate qualified students aicte provides monthly stipend of 12400 where as teqip is given by university for merit candidates

In the field of research college is not so good but if u are an electrical engineer then this is best college for future studies like M.tech and research field they also provide lectures from ex faculties of IIT if ur student of electronic engineering they also have best research fellowship .

Placement is the main feature of this college because our director have a nice link with many companies last year TCS gave 10.5 lakh package INDIAN ARMY - 7.5 lakhINDIAN RAILWAY on contract basis - 5.5lakh DH+ 4 lakh L&T -5.5lakh so in case placement it is the best college in rajasthan .

Feasible in our case it comes to roughly 25k per semester and 5k as pocket money this is more than sufficient apart from that there are lots of scholarship program available in the campus you can opt for the same.

We had so many techfests in college famous is Pragyan, Festember, Nittfest apart from this we have our own department tech fests also eg version all these Gives students time to learn and work together in a team.

In college there was every Saturday Sunday some programs was conducted by hostel. And many technical programs conducted lecture series many outer student are invited they have not in IIT campus . LIT give him to show there talent and guts . And there is one cultural fest alcheringa that was awesome in mostly February 4 pro nights that was awesome never forgot that nights and days.

Fee is feasible for every one as its a government college and also a university campus and moreover stipends and fee waiver for scheduled castes made it easy for even rural students to complete the degree without any financial problems . GATE qualified students are given with stipend as well .

It was a very good campus.renovation was also going on. They wer making it big.greenery campus was ther concept which I liked it. It was a swaminarayan college.so girls and boys wer seperted totally disciplined.so girls and boys talking and there were some people of college taking care of this things even CCTV cameras were there to monitor

It was feasible. Fee structure was nt costly at that time.The college fee was thirty six thousand for a semester and and after 2 years it was thirty thousand for rest of semester.somehow our hostel fees was also nearly same so overall I had to sheel out 50000 for a semester which was bit expensive

Many cultural events are conducted every year in college like traditional day,annual day,freshers and also technical fests too ,students come out with their ides in technical fests ,aspirants from many colleges participates in the fests. Sports festival is also conducted . College encourages student in every aspect.

Good placements with well assistance for further studies are provided ,more than 20 MNC's visited campus and recruited 200+ students. There is also skill development program in the final year for students so that they feel comfortable while interviews and moreover this will also help after their studies.

In the start it was very difficult to understand as it was totally new to me but as time progressed i came to know the professors and their helping nature so whenever any diffculties i used to face i would directly get it solved by consulting them and as you know in every college their are one or two diffrent professors mine was also having some whom i would never used to cope up with or who used to be partial or angry all the time

Basically it never depend upon the college, it always depend upon the market how is the market. My college placement was very good and tpo was also very helpful and he still send us the mail if there is any requirement for exp. people. it market at the time of my passing year was very bad so i wasn't campus placed

It is an academic course and purely aligned with research. This college is under University of Burdwan,West Bengal. It is a 4 Star University as per NAAC accreditation. Though the syllabus is bit more inclined to Mathematical Statistics but there is an option of selecting industrial statistics as major. 1st and 2nd Language and Environmental Science are compulsory,however best electives with Statistics is Mathematics and Computer Science.

Faculties are highly trained and from prestigious institutes like Indian Statistical Institute. All have doctoral degrees and highly helpful. Department is headed by Prof Chandrashekhar Roy who is 1st class first in both B-Stat and M-Stat from ISI Kolkata. Prof Padmajaya Paulis also from ISI Kolkata and real master in economical statistics.

We dont have on campus placement. But we have off-campus placement, Even that also very difficult to face the interview. Because requirement is less but people are more. If 10 position vacancy means the will invite more than 1000 candidates for the interview and they multiple rounds and several segregations.

Faculty are very poor, They don't have basic knowledge about machines. So we are affected very much during the practical session and theory also. During the practical the people the didnt have the knowledge to teach me. So i not getting basic of machine how to operate the lath machine also.

The exams are structured as per anna university norms, because the college is affiliated with Anna University. They follow the syllabus and academic guidelines of anna university. Nothing special and useful for the students.

Nothing. There were no placement opportunities in this college for Human resource management students. There were some placement opportunities for marketing students. But the companies not reliable and trust worthy.

I haven't seen any gender ratio. Females and males are equivalent to each other and compete each other well in every activity or any other arrangements in everything. Rather we treat each other equally and participate in each and every college activities .

No, not yet. There is nothing to mention about as I haven't got any such benefits yet but yes have heard from my friends who are in different fields and they have got good stipend and have got placed in good and big companies.

Sports day,Engineers day, onam special, every department symposium, many events for each department and culturals and etc. In engineer's day every department have competition they want to do some projects and real time projects and they provide reward.

Our college will not provide any internship but they suggest to attend internship . They gave information about which company internship is more value and when will they contact.

Scholarships are provided more on caste and less on merit basis as I have personally experienced. Students have to scourge out such programs as they aren't easily made noticeable. However, scoring above most students in my batch I could not avail the scholarship and it was passed onto a student low on the caste bias(though I don't personally believe in such bias) and also way lower on higher secondary scores as well.

The campus life is above average but not excellent. But nonetheless, enjoyable. Labs are more like museums where you may noylt touch equipments without permission. Supervision is hardly provided. Extracurricular activities are laudable as mentioned under the fests and activities column. Sports events, technical fests, cultural nights are highly looked forward to with maximum participation.
