The gender ratio is near to 1 I guess good news for guys but I'm in mechanical, hope I need not elaborate that the culture of university is very fine, you won't hear about any fights happening or stuff like that ragging is a big no seniors don't even bother to ask names so good news for 1 year guys n girls and Parties, they happen like every fortnight and enjoyment is in the air college Campus is spectacular, if you are from non-hilly area, beware you might fall in love with it students and faculty are totally non-discriminatory and all enjoy equal status irrespective of anything good thing there's no college politics.

I got through AIEEE i scored 103 in that and thus I am enjoying scholarship admission process is very simple you must appear for JEE exam and score decent, apply online for admissions or you may visit the university. Renaissance meaning rebirth is name of our college cultural fest. It is organized every year. It is done on big scale and is continued for 3 days. DJ, fashion show, competetions etc are held and student enrollment is huge.

Actually Hostel Life is very good we have many hostels and big in size sport ground like cricket ,football, basketball etc is situated near hostels every kind of facilities is available except Smoking drinking and Non-veg.This university is purely Veg no Non-veg allowed. Many stalls and canteens are situated near hostel as well as in the hostel. Ac ,Non Ac rooms available fee is average lets talk about mess food is average but sometime but sometime in night they did mistake hostel wifi is good.

There are many Festivals like One India because there are lots of student from all over the India, Also One world event in this foreigners student has chance to represent their world. Other Big event re Youth Vibe Festival . It is LPU's Biggest Event. In Youth Vibe they call Coke Studio now you can imagine how big festival is this. They are many project and sport event also. And not only these event they are competition event going on every day like Model Hunt, Awareness, skit etc.

The gender ratios compared to Boys : Girls is 3 : 1 in nearly all department except mechanical and Bio-technolgy. In both branches bothe are vice versa means in Mechanical there are only 3 girls and in Biotechnology there are only 4 boys. Parties are nearly organised on every occasion just like Teachers day,Farewell etc. Nearly on every subject workshop are hosted specially for CS and IT there are nearly 7 to 8 workshop per semester. There are individual lab for each department. There are no too much religon problem because all are treated equally. There are sports meet between Each department like Cricket,Volleyball,Basketball,Football,Badminton,Table-Tennis etc. There are flag hosting and parade during Republic and Independence day. Yes there are many competition and Debate as i told you before first ther is a workshop organised so that every people who are participating they come to know about it and there is a competition between the group made.

Yes I SBI loans are good there interest rate are also good. There facility are also good so that student can take the loan easily. In College there are many free studentship are available specially for West Bengal student and for other state student they get there own state scholarship offer.

Gender ratio is per 20 boys only 1 girl. College festivel is "soulbeat". In festivel too many activities happen. like slow bike race,singing,dancing,basketball,cricket all labs are undergound labs are good and regularly a labs lecture happen.

Course curriculum is quite interesting. We have learned all the aspects of the insurance industry whether life or non life insurance. Frankly speaking, In the start of the course I didn't liked the course at all but as the time passes and I get to know the real meaning of insurance I started finding it interesting and now if someone asks me whats ur favourite subject i simply say insurance. Apart from course curriculum the college has the best faculty for the course. A very experienced professional teach us the aspects of insurance and we quite love the way they teach.

Ragging free campus where juniors behave with others like alumnis.Seniors don't get respect from the juniors.Gender ratio is nearly equal.No facilities like extra curricular activities are there for the students.Annual sports are done on sundays and predefined winners participate in annual sports.Lab instruments are insufficinet to the strength and many of them are not working properly.Sufficient buses are not available for the students.No such activities are done to enhance students' personality.Management always charges money.

Non hygienic foods are provided which are less in quality and quantity according to the price.Hostel rooms are in worst conditions.Sufficient toilets and bathrooms are not there.Power cut is a common problem.Management behaves like prisoners to the boarders.

No companies also came to campus for job. This is basically general course and after complition of course maximum student go for master degree and than PhD. Some of student go for b.ed or MCA. Anti ragging cell is very active, eve teasing is strictly prohibited. And there is good proportions of girls and boys here. All labs are well equipped with well trained instructor.

Snapdeal has offered maximum package this of about 7 lakh Rs and average package is of about 3-4 lakhs. Maximum numbers of students from computer and science branch were placed i.e about 50 students and students from other were also placed but mostly in government companies through gate and other exam over all it offers great platform for job opportunities.

It is a college only for girls. College has its own rules and deciplan. Students are not aggressively. They are of helpful nature. Every one are in their energetic moods.
