The complete cost of education is very less to be honest, when u compare with the other colleges it's really less u just have to a pay 10k for the whole academic fees each year, but in the first time admission u do have to pay 20k approx, but some of those money is deposited which will be later given back once the course is completed
The exams are quite difficult and there is a good frequency of exams. There is a lot of case based questions so it kinda prepares us for the real time scenarios which is great. The aspect of dealing with healing diseases is what made me get into the field
• The college provides us with DMLP curriculum which is unique and very progressive. • The curriculum makes us familiar with the actual industry challenges and gives us opportunity to handle the pressure well. • There is good amount of time given between the university exams and diploma exams, which allows students to study well enough. • Trained faculty comes to teach us.
• The Bachelor's student can apply for internship from Fourth semester and the Master's student can apply for internship from Third semester. • Companies like HCN news, Aaj Tak, Punjab Kesari, Bharat 24, India Tv, and others visit our campus. The roles offered vary from script writing to producing and reporting. • 100% students get placement based on their skills.
The fee is pretty regular and you don't see muvj hikes as it is a government college. For needy students a lot of scholarships are provided, though there is a long process for it and it takes I'm consideration all factors. Several companies like dell also offer scholarships
Internships are available starting from the first year itself, companies like Uniqlo came to pick stue from 1st year. other than that nearly every big tech and finance company like Google apple Trc come to give internship and ppo to students of 2nd and 3rd year
Fees was 8000 I think very reasonable and valuable for this course This course duration was 3yr fees is 50k including exam fees services fees extra course fees is adding Scholarship is available 2part of scholarship 1st one BC student 2nd one SC Students Campus interview is available banking jobs and office works

*The placements are really good in this college. Students are eligible for placements in their 3rd yead (usually 6th semester). * Students can only choose a single offer on three tier basis. Companies that offer package less than 5Lpa. So if you're placed in a company less than 5lpa, you can't appear/attend any more companies less than 5Lpa. Similarly, there are two more tiers. (Less than 5Lpa, 5 to 10 Lpa, 10Lpa and more). * Lots of companies from TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and such visit the campus regularly. They make offers ranging 3Lpa to around 20Lpa. (Only a very few will get the later higher packages) * The highest package in my batch was around 16Lpa. The average however I would say around 4.5Lpa. * Percentage of students getting placed, in my opinion is around 80%, while most of them get base salary. (i.e less than 5Lpa) * I got selected in a really good company for a good package, thus proceeding with it.
* The computer science in general has been performing great, even in all these "company layoff" times. Also, I always wanted to work in IT industry, being a software developer, hence the course. * The curriculum not exactly prepares you for what is coming. Being honest, the curriculum is to make you a computer science student but not a programmer/developer. Thus you will have to improve skills on your own. * Curriculum doesn't need any improvement, it has solid foundations, and they even included some new "Up to date" courses. That's a plus. * Teaching methods are average. People will anyway end up in youtube lectures, irrespective of who teaches. * The exams can be prepared monthly, for the assessment tests, preparing for these tests would help you get good score in the final exams too. The tests are evenly spread(in time) and doesn't put a stress on the students.
Campus Life was very amazing and the college is full of beauty things there are greenery everywhere and the climate is very clean and favourable and people there are very polite and helpful in nature and very amazing experience in my life I had I still remember
Placement.is good for the computer science and electronics engineering student but the other students who are in core branch they can't get satisfied package and if you don't get college placement you can't get offline placement
Scholarships are available if the rank obtained in the KIITEE entrance exam is 1000 or below, you get a stipend of 10000 monthly which is deducted from your tuition altogether. The tuition fee for the whole program is around 16 lakhs excluding the accommodation.
Every year a festival is conducted where different colleges near Bhubaneshwar participate. Books and journals available at the library are top-notch. Excellent avenue to pursue sports and extracurricular activities.
Placements are ok. Sometimes it's good sometimes moderate but not bad. Many companies visit campus so it's totally dependent on individual. Companies that visited are Capergemini Tata TCS Infosys Wipro Atrlasian Highest package 6600000 Avg is 800000 90% student get placed I plan on doing post graduation after this degree
The curriculum is good and is completed on the span of 6months but sometimes they finish it faster. Curriculum includes real world problems whichake us ready for future. Areas of improvement must be attendance strictness and completion within time without leaving out syllabus. Exams are difficult and frequency is moderate.
There are so many books available in the library for students. Also so many technical events are held in the campus. A wide range of sports are encouraged for students. Their are clubs which are very useful for students to improve their knowledge and technical skills
Per semester the college fee is around 62000 and the hostel fee is wound 37000. The people who are eligible for scholarship they can apply for them also. The fee waiver is also available for those who have income certificate less than 5 lakhs.
The placement of my is average because students are not active and there top most hiring company are coming per year as like TCS Wipro Infosys and many more companies there are huge opportunity getting a job
Btech cse is very good course. Where we can get a very opportunity to get a job in it sectors.this University conducted a exam during the examination which is lpu nest that is a moderate level not tough.
The overall campus life in kiit is great with many quality of life services available to a student.Kiit is located around the KIIT road which makes shops, accessories, and food places very readily and easily available.IT has multiple sports centres for the many campuses with each having it own field for sports like basketball, lawn tennis, etc, indoor sports like table tennis, chess, squah, etc, swimming pool and also a gym in each sports centre.KIIT has a group of scocieties which are like clubs cslled KSAC which vary from sports, cultural to technological societies with KRS(KIIT robotics society being the most popular and successful society.
The course curriculum is overall good with multiple subjects that help in improving technical and social skills. It prepares the students for the real world challenges like interviews and having to work on projects witha team. Only issue is in the 1st year the subjects arent related much to the computer science course but it picks up in the things a CS student should be interested in year from the 2nd year. There are two exams each semester the midterms and the endsemester examinations.
There will be two main fests that will be conducted in the campus in two different semesters. One is ENGINEER, technical fest of NITK and the other is INCIDENT,the cultural fest of NITK. It is the one of the biggest fest in India. There will be vast kind of books available for the students according to their taste and difficulty level they need. And the sports facility is also quite good that you can play whatever sport you want and whatever you are interested. There are many clubs here if you wanna join through which you can learn and develope many skills. There will be one platform called IRIS which is run by students and it is the own startup of the alumnis of the campus in which you can find each and every detail of a student once logged in.
I'm jst interested in this course Mechanical engineering because I'm interested in automobiles and always want to create something innovative. So I felt this course could satify my desire. The curriculum is good for now and I'm not much into the course as I'm still in 1st year and there is much that I have to learn to fulfill my dreams. The faculty is highly qualified for dignified institutes. They're also good. There will be 4 phases of exams for us in a sem...namely QUIZ-1, MID-SEM, QUIZ-2, END-SEM. The difficulty level will be high compared to other institutes(known from friends of other institutes).
They are a lot of annual and technical festivals in the university campus. There is tech fest dhishna, art festival sargam etc happing in the campus. There is a lot of books and journals in the university library and also there is seperate library for main departments. The facilities and technology are very advanced and there is AC in the main campus of the university. There are a lot of interesting clubs in the campus.
Students with reservation can study with help of scholarship they get really good help to pay the fees and that is a very great thing for the poor students in the campus. The Egrantz scholarship is the main scholarship for the reservation students. It helps to pay the tution fees and we get a small amount of money to our bank account for our expenses.
It's overall a decent experience for a engineering college.Campus life is ok ok but campus is full of greenery ,students from all around the states as well as other states are there so the Atmosphere is very diverse and good. There are soo many clubs including sports club. Students actively participate in such clubs . Clubs such as dance club and many other clubs are very active.
Course structure is pretty much good and easy to understand. It is based on New education policy. In first year we have been taught all the subjects including eng workshop to gain some practical knowledge and approach. The frequency of exams are 3 times per semester, 2 mid sems and 1 end sem.
i choose bio-info in 12th and i really wanted to continue in science background and found out about microbiology course in yenepoya through my friend the curriculum and staff there really prepares you well eeal-world application. there are 3 microbiology labs in yenepoya for students and are also very well maintained labs. during the first semesters, we had some issue regarding staffs since we had very less staffs but now we have many good and brave staffs for microbiology. there are going to be 2 internal exams and 1 semester exam in one semester that is almost 4-5 months long. i would rate the difficulty level for these exams 6/10. exams are not very hard but does cover all the portions.
there going to be lots of programs and festivals in the campus. we had festivals like diwali, holi, ifthar, onam, etc. on top of that cultural day, college fest and lots of other programs. we have a really big and neat library in the campus which provides lots of useful books for the course. the class uses smartboard, also for attendance there is biometric. we also have athletics and other sports events like football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, table tennis, and many other. students are really encouraged for sports. students can form clubs with the principal's consent. since we were the first batch, we formed a science club from microbiology.
The fees structure is one lakh fifty thoudan. The faculty member was so nice and co operative .In during class if you can not understand then you can ask question .The environment of campus is so nice .we enjoy in our during academic session.
The rule and regulation of colleage was good. After every six month ,there was semester exam .it is conduct from WBUT.There was strike guard during exam period,so that student can not do any cheating .The exam is taken on time and date.
The kiit campus is very large with a lot of things to do.Theyre are sports centres in nearly every campus with courts for all types of sports and a gym in each centre. It is also located around the kiit road so shops and food places are readily available and easily accessible. There are multiple libraries where silence is maintained for people who are studying with it being available 24/7.The classrooms are very clean with air conditioning and a smart tv to teach with presentaations.Kiit also provides each student with a laptop to bring to class. Then comes KSAC, it consists of all the clubs in Kiit with a very large centre. It has large field for sports societies, halls for musical societies and auditoriums. The most popular are the tech societies with KRS(KIIT Robotics Society) being the largest where fields such as Robotics, embedded systems, IOT, Machine klearning and web deverlopment are taught, researched and explored with it winning in many inter college comoetitions.
I decided to choose the btech course in kiit because it was the field i was interested in and kiit had a good reputation .further looking into the course of btech it prepares u well for ur placement as it has prepares you for interviews and for what the companies in the market are looking for.The curriculum also had subject that i had an interest in and they let us choose our desired electives so it seemed like the perfect choice for me. the only thing i would change are some of the subject that are taught since they have no real relevance in the future of a btech student. The frequency of exams is overall good with midterms being 1 month after the semester has begun and the end semester being at 1 and a half month after midesems with plenty of holidays in between.
In my opinion the course curriculum is very relevenat and comprehensive, because it introduces us to the basics of the field and basically gets us off the ground for the very least. With all said, I think the course doesn't actually prepare for real world applications as for most part things are theoretical. But it is quite good while considering for continued academic pursuit. The course should be strictly centered to real world objectives. Basically if a person takes the course he should know how real world code is written and maintained. Instead of making the student right hello world program in ten diffrent languages he should be made to master some tech stack that can help him actually land a job.
Our college tech fest is called Tachyon, I can't recall the exact month when it was held. There is a large number of books available in the college library. The classrooms are air-conditioned. We are taught using projectors. And that's it. I am not a sportsperson so no idea
The course is very good as expected to the government college which is located in Kanpur and the course i.e chemical engineering is very good course and it have many opportunities in career field where the students go to abroad for the jobs and higher studies also
Good and great placements are available as it is government college.. but various internship programs are held in which students can participate to explore more about legal field. Though u can do internship in firms to gain knowledge
Firstly the course was not common you got to study the same syllabus as a btech(cs) with a little lesser fees They don't teach much about the actual technology we use in todays world there is a huge gap between practical implementation and theoretical learnings
There used to be an annual festival or an annual carnival function every year they used to call a celebrity every year, I still remember a lot of celebrities used to come to promote their pictures as well Sports was good Not aware of social groups and all
