AILET Result 2019 - Check Score Card

National Law University Delhi will announce AILET 2019 Results at The results are released separately for LLB, LLM and Ph.D. programs. The scores card for LLB program will be published on May 24, 2019. For LLM and Ph.D. test takers, the results will be released on July 02, 2019 and July 16, 2019. 

Last year, Devansh Kaushik bagged AIR 1 in AILET Exam scoring 98.25 marks. Devansh is followed by Harshita Gupta, AIR 2, who scored 84 marks and Anmol Gupta (AIR 3) scoring 83.75 marks. This year, the examination is scheduled for May 5, 2019 in offline (pen-paper based) mode. The last date to apply online will be in April 2019.

How to Check AILET Result 2019?

Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to check their AILET Result online.

  1. Visit the official website of NLU Delhi
  2. Click on the link ‘AILET Result 2019’
  3. A new page will open with a pdf with the scores on display.
  4. In that list of scores, candidates need to search their name and get aware of the qualifying status of the candidates.
  5. Candidates are advised to take a print out of their result of AILET 2019 for future references.

AILET Result – Cutoff

National Law University, Delhi has determined AILET 2018 cutoff for admissions to BA LLB programs in the NLU. Candidates can check here the AILET cutoff, which is based on result of AILET 2019. The cutoff has been announced for each category - General, SC, ST, PwD and Kashmiri Migrants.

AILET 2019 Merit List

Along with results, the conducting body also releases the merit list. For admissions to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program, candidates have to satisfy minimum Eligibility Criteria and merit declared for AILET 2019. 

  1. 60 Marks & above for candidates belonging to General, Persons with Disabilities, Residents of Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmiri Migrants.
  2. 45 Marks & above for candidates belonging to SC and ST category  The list of candidates based on merit, as well as category wise is uploaded on the University website i.e. 

AILET Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case, two or more candidates score same marks/percentage in the exam, the merit list will be prepared in the following manner:

  • Marks secured in 10+2 or equivalent examination
  • Marks/ Percentage in 10th Class
  • Elder candidate will be preferred
  • Draw of Lots

AILET Counselling 2019 

  • National Law University, Delhi will conduct AILET 2019 Counselling on May 24 for BA LLB and on July 2 for LLM programs.
  • AILET Counselling 2019 will be held in offline mode for the law aspirants.
  • Candidates will be required to remit the counseling-cum-admission fee once the university allots a seat to the candidates.
  • After AILET Spot Round Counselling 2019 has been done, no more admissions to law programs seats will be held.
