Limbs are appendages attached to the torso that aid in movement, support, and balance. They are present in many vertebrates including humans and are usually composed of bones, muscles, and joints. In humans, there are four limbs: two arms and two legs. The limbs play an important role in human mobility, allowing us to perform various physical activities such as walking, running, jumping, and grasping. They also help us maintain balance and stability while performing these movements.

The four main limbs of the human body are:

Arms- Used for grasping, holding, and reaching.
Legs- Used for walking, running, jumping, and balancing.
Hands- Used for fine motor movements and dexterity.
Feet- Used for support, balance, and movement.
