The faculty is good. They have good subject knowledge and are helpful. The faculty will cover all the syllabus properly and will give you assignments which will be the most boring part of your life but will be helpfull for you to score good marks in internals.

The course structure is based on what VTU provides as our college was affiliated to VTU. The structure is well formed which helps the student to grasp the knowledge in easy way. The syllabus is bit tough for some of the subject but others are fine.

The facility in the college is so good in teaching the will spread the knowledge to the students in a perfect manner that the students could be understand easily and the facility is so good and we are happy about that teaching and even the assistant professor had also teaching well.

I had got call letter from Hindustan University I gone at that day and filled my admission form and I got 50% conssession in the college for 4 years and after I had received my id card and I am so happy to be a part of Hindustan University it is in padur chennai.

Campus life is always a memory for a lifetime in all colleges. Every student or passed out student will have large 32 cm smile when they are asked for their college life. Sports like cricket, volleyball, football are the part of college life. Yes there are also activities like debate, presentation, group discussion, personality development, etc.

I gave JEE. On the basis of board marks and JEE marks students rank were given. According to rank cut off online process of ACPC gave us college in which we were eligible. And then we chose the college. We took the receipt from ACPC help Centre and then contacted college for the further process of admission confirmation. Process like fees and all.

Faculty of different departments have specialised qualities and each faculty is subjected to performance reviews based the standards prescribed by the Nation Board of Accreditation (NBA). NBA is an accrediting body in the country which sets parameters that the university strives to achieve through excellence and is evaluated in the subsequent year by comparing its performance with the given standard parameters.

The campus of the university is sprawl on a very huge land accounting to almost 300 acres of land with full of natural atmosphere built around the buildings accommodating class rooms of various departments, hostels and administrative blocks. The whole campus is located amidst hundreds of trees, plants and gardens such that the campus is enriched with a pleasant atmosphere and ecologically stable landscape.

It has very decent placement records with 400+ students placed each year out of total of 650. The top companies which came for the campus placements includes Tata Consultancy Services: It gives a package of Rs 3.5 Lacks, Hella India Limited: It gives a package of Rs 3.2 Lack, Bharat Forge:It gives a package of Rs 3.75 Lacks, Sankalp Semiconductors: It gives a package of Rs 3.4 Lacks.

The course curriculum of the institute is build by keeping in mind the GATE Aspirants in the institute. It has been revised many times to keep in accordance with modern industrial technologies. We are provided with a very wide range open electives (like Entrepreneurship Development, Introduction to Robotics, MEMS, etc) and various open electives as well.

Labs are quite good in this college. Exams are conducted very well. Both(college and gtu) efforts more to provide us with a good exam pattern. Labs process to us are good and faculties teaches us as better as they can. Exams are vindicated strictly as instructed by GTU. I must say GTU is a very good university.

Placements are not much interesting as companies comes for placements are local normally (limited to ahmedabad). Also they do not offer a good salary package. I didn't have much response on that, i just have listen about them in this way. They are working to bring more companies in placement.

The faculty of my college was fairly average. The class teachers assigned were friendly and took good care of students. Almost all of the teachers were good in their respective field subjects. The best teacher i had was the one who taught us Operating Systems. She always conducted a very interactive session and explained concepts till they were crystal clear.

Placement opportunities were nearly null.Most of the companies that came were BPO's. The others had a very low package and most of them would hire people and never call. The only noteworthy companies hat ever came were Cap Gemini, Nucsoft. Other places we had to visit by ourselves,for example,pool campus placement drives.

My branch is electronics and instrumentation .We get average placements . Though we have much scope in foreign . If you do post graduation then there are so many options in the field of research otherwise there are many companies which are its core companies and students get the opportunity to work in technical field.

The half of the faculty is very nice and half i would rate average. As there are teachers who are the best in teaching and some are who are not so interested in teaching. But overall the teachers are well qualified. Many teachers are graduated from the college itself and the teachers are hard working.

There are forms available online (available on the website) which one can submit by filling in the required details. Once your details are submitted one can submit the nominal fee which confirms admission (post interview). Apart from that, there are physical forms available at the reception of the college from where the forms can be filled in.

The curriculum designed for the student is all comprehensive. It focuses on detailed and intricate subject knowledge. At the end of the two year Post Graduate programme calls for submission of dissertation which is in partial completion of the two year masters programme at college for 150 marks which would be followed by Viva.

Job opportunities are best here.many and many companies are visited like TCS,INFOSYS,TECH MAHINDRA,AON HEWITT,WIPRO AND many more.and ya each and everyone is not placed but 80 to 90 % students got placed from here. And all placed students are really thankful to ITM.and placements is in the hand of students not in the hand of college.

Faculties are brilliant some are from IIT,NIT and all are post graduate.and also many faculties have some experience an also research on their specific field. And all faculties are brilliant in his specific subjects.we enjoyed and learn alot from their experience and also always gave us motivational speech to choose our goal.

There is tech fest called Techkriti every year in march and anyone can participate in the fest which is registered in any organisation. There is also a cultural fest every year in the month of October, many participant comes fro the country and aboard to participate in the fest and make the fest success fully.

Placement is very good for many branches and specially for computer science graduates and electrical graduates . For pg students placement is depend on the work of the field and depend on the job structure. In terms of general statically record of placement it is not hundred percent.

The college faculty are well qualified and they are always ready to teach the students and always stay energetic and available to us so that we Don't fell any problem. The college faculty are always in the college timing and can approach to them any Time whenever we face any problem or we need any type of help. The college professor and faculty as well as the reception staff are so friendly here in holy cross college.

I got admission in the college by taking the admission form and filling it up and submitting the form and collecting an appointment token for the interview of seeking admission in the college. On the date of appointment we are given a questionnaire and an easy task after completing this we submit it into the reception and waiting for a call by them and then meeting with the principal for personal interview.

Campus placement for MGIT was pretty decent while I was passing out. Mostly we saw IT/ ITES majors coming for hiring. Notably among them being Wipro, TCS. We also had a couple of core companies coming onto campus which was a good thing. As mentioned earlier, college was only 6 yrs old when I had joined which might have played into lesser companies coming during final placements.

The exams were aligned centrally to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and followed a fixed pattern. Having said that the exams usually were conducted in a crammed schedule which made it difficult to prepare for all subjects at once. The lab work was properly organised since it was controller internally with external faculty coming in for monitoring purposes only.

I got admission in this institute by taking the KEAM entrance examinations offered by the Govt. of Kerala. After taking the exams, there was an allotment process similar to all other engineering entrance examinations. We could opt for the best college we like and we will be selected according to our ranks. My first option was MEC.

There are three types of seats available in Model Engineering College. Merit 35000 per year, Management - 65000 per year, NRI - 100000 per year. The merit seats which are received by taking the KEAM entrance examinations are feasible. The NRI seats which are received by the 12th class marks are pretty expensive in my opinion.

There are all sorts of events conducted, ranging from department-level technical symposiums to national level symposiums. Though national level events are just a spoof with just local colleges participating. Cultural programmes are just a bunch of typical Tamil style events, with lots of 'cultural' sociopaths judging the participants on every aspect.

Exam structure is very liberal. all the semester exams follow the same pattern. There will be 12 number of 2 ,arks questions, 5 number of 15 marks and 1 number of 16 mark question. Except for 2 mark questions all others has individual optional question, which in my opinion is very helpful.

The University is ruining everything. The exam period is very hectic. This is because of the useless submissions write-ups) which the teachers doesn't even check out the content but just tick mark blindly. Instead of wasting time writing stuff which doesn't have any meaning and in a race of finding professors to get the signature to complete the submission we could have put those hours into studying and could score good.

No placement for Mechanical Branch yet. I might be wrong but I haven't seen or heard any mechanical student getting placed. Except for one I guess who got placed into Tech Mahindra. A year or two ago. But there were students from the other branches(especially ENTC) who got placed with handsome packages. Also the count of companies is increasing but not in case of mechanical engineering.

The college was one among the fourteen institutions in the state of Karnataka to get the World Bank-aided TEQIP Project Phase-I and utilized a grant of rupees from Nine Crores for improving its infrastructural facilities and enhancing the quality of its academic standards. The institution is also expecting World Bank-aided TEQIP Project Phase-IT to further improve its research and development activities and infrastructure.

The students are actively involved in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The annual cultural festival "Chaitra" takes place every year, which creates a platform for exhibiting the hidden talents of students. The institution is a member of the Red Cross Society, "Thern".

Courses 1 year - we have fundamental courses,basics of all courses which come under B.tech , 2 year-we enter into our main course there we learn about basics about our course , 3 year- we start learning our course ,we also get various electives , 4 year- one semester we learn about our course and other we have internship where we are taken to the companies.

98% of faculty is from BITS, 2% of faculty from IIT, NIT etc. You all know about faculty who are working in BITS,IIT,NIT who qualified they are ,and those faculty have minimum of 2-3 years work experience in BITS, IIT, NIT etc. They never hesitate to solve our problems, moreover our faculty members are our hostel wardens.

Admission was on basis of class 12 grades. There was no interview or GD conducted though there needs to be a better process. Also once the forms were filled for admission, the first, second and consecutive lists were shared by college in college premises and not on email or website. It did prolong the process. And since college is not in main campus it did take an effort to visit.

All events had good participation but mostly from colleges nearby. For most good events we went to other colleges. There were sports meet, debate competitions too but only handful. The overall culture was ok and didn't really make the college stand out for it. There were not any management festivals hosted in the college.
