Shri Balaji Society gives centralized Placement for all 4 institutions BIIB BITM BIMM & BIMHRD. In My batch out of 1000 students almost 900 were placed. I got placed in Deloitte Hyderabad. There are biggies who visit SBS campus for placement like LG, Hypercity, HCL, TAta tech, IFB, Bajaj, Mahindra and Mahindra etc.
The course is perfectly designed for MBAMarketing curriculum is at par with Institutes like Symbiosis. They give you an induction of about 1 month where tgey teach you all management lessons etiquette by different workshops and Guest lectures and then after one month actual college starts.
No stipend was offered. I did my internship in some institute in Gurgaon. The institute was high technology solutions which was there to provide courses to students like JAVA, c'+'manual and automation testing, Sal, database and many more. The teachers were not that good. They promised placements but unfortunately we got nothing out of it. Though we got the I m certifications for a project called space management but it was useless. Waste of money and waste of time. My advise would be to see which institute and what are they gonna teach u or give u that should be taken care of while going for any kind of intern
MANY events were held at that time we enjoyed a lot.events like TECH fest WAS there and fashion fest and many more. Events are held just to involve students in so in some co-curricular activities so that they can enjoy their studies along with some extra activities this helps the students to build a good mindset which eventually leads to a good personality overall. Cultural management festival held in the colleges and nothing but the events which shows that the college care for the students the best Square actually good it was a large number of people from different colleges came to our college.
I found it a bit expensive 35K for each semester (4 Semester was included in the whole program) plus 20K during the registration time. As the program didn't contain any Practical Labs in front or any Internship, I found that somehow expensive.
It Was well structured in terms of timelines and technical aspects related to syllabus and Exam Content and result driven approach on relative marking. We did get checking results of our subjective written exams for any query and concerns.
Robocon and aura kind of activities infact students also participated in an internal level robotics alumina. Infact students also made a community to improve communication skills and apptitude ability in each student but no coperation.
No placements only little gud fr computer and IT branch. Dont know if they improved. If they improved then its really gud for the students and am wishing them happy journey for their Carrie its a big time to take rght decision

Faculty are very good, but some of them are just horrible, doesn't even know how to teach basic things. Otherwise except few, it's overall good and all faculty degrees are quite interesting, many of them are from IIT.
Fees structure, it's expensive, quite expensive, 24lakhs for 4 years, and taking in consideration your own cost plus fees it sums up to 35 Lakhs. However it's worth it and one should ho for it.

I gave JEE mains and got 60 in it.also gave MHT-CET and got 70 in it. And i selected this particular college because it had a good reputation and placements were quite good too. Also, this college was just 7kms from my home. I feel a college nearby is a must.i always wanted to do engineering,so i opted for the course without hesitation.
Our college doesnt allow companies to come and give internship. It is not promoted by the college. If anyone wants he/she can do it in vacations or might need to miss some part of working days too.
BMS has six semister exam pattern which has six internal exams and six external exams. Three semisters are conducted in the months of october and other three in the month of march. Six semister pattern gives plenty of time to study the topic in effective manner and covers all aspects, besides we have presentations, assignments, group discussions, etc conducted in our college which keeps us busy.
We use to interact with our Seniors not only for college work but we had a special bond between us. We all were a part of BMS family. Even still a lot of our seniors are in contact with us. Recently somaiya had organised Alumni reunion from all the institutes of somaiya where we got chance to interact Wid alumini.

It is EEE means mixed with electrical and some electronics. It is unique course in itself curriculum is good and one of the toughest of that time as one new university UPTU just established and curricula was up to mark according to that time.
Good some of department heads and senior facility has good experiance with new enthusiastic .One so its good combination of experience and enthusiasm director was good and strict to maintain decorum of institute.
Placements and job oppurtunities are the best thing about this college. Many students were even offered PPO including Asian Paints, Pepsi, LG and many more. There is a big list of companies across industries which visit the college.
Campus life ISBM is one of the most memorable experience of life because of the mixed exposure to both academics and extra curricular academics. And yes the location of the campus is another very beautiful thing.
We went for many Industrial Visits during our course. We went to Pepsi manufacturing unit, Frooti Manufacturing Unit, Madras Stock Exchange etc. About the cultural events our college will conduct symposiums. So students from other college also participated. We also went to other colleges for symposiums and won some prizes. Also, the annual day event we will never ever forget in our life.
Initially , i couldn't find any company for my internship. Myself and one of my friend roamed around many industrial estates. But no one is ready to give an internship to us. Atlast i went to my father and let him know the status. My dad has referred me in his company and we are able to complete our internship successfully. We dont got any stipend for our internship.
Gender ratio, this year is pretty nice. I have 40:60 ratio of girls to boys in my class and the same applies in college also. There are well established labs of each and every department but thery dont function well. We have the sports gymnasium also we have playground and basket ball court also. We organise workshops for autocad, robotics, c++ and a lot.
They are really cool. I have seen that the alumni meet has its own importance and the amount of honour they get and give is really remerkable. Almost everyone is in touch with the alumni as they come very frequently to visit, either as a visitor or as a recruiter. so overall its very friendly kind of environment.
My seniors and college friends all are friendly. In this college no raging on any levels. And my experience is very cool in my student life. It is best one experience of my college life.
In the college gender ratio is 70 male and 30 % females. Here is wing of nss and ncc. And mainly read here hindu religion students. Politics and others factor is not active here.
The Campus life is very rigorous with full time activities be it the regular academics or extra curricular activities. Students do have a lot of in house college functions and also are encouraged to participate in all extra curricular activities. CAI has students not only from India but abroad also. There is a strict discipline code in place and the students are made to understand the importance of this as they have opted to pursue a career in Hotel and Hospitality industry where discipline comes first as in defence services. There is no discrimination in any sense and all the students live in harmony.
The Exam structure is a regular University Model with First year being a year Wise Scheme and the Second & Third years is semester wise. There is an old saying about Culinary Academy of India-if you survive three years in CAI then you can survive anywhere in the world. This is the reason that Hotel, Catering & Culinary Industry in India and Abroad has never experienced CAI chef graduates leaving the industry due to hard work or too much work. The lab sessions are conducted in an industry mode with highest levels of simulation.

Placements are very ordinary. A handful of predictable companies come for placements. Hardly any company came to the college individually and most of the placements were group placements. We had to travel to other JIS group colleges to appear for placements. The average placement package offered is Rs 3 lakhs anually. The list of companies are TCS,CTS,ITC Infotech, Tech Mahindra. Most of the students got placed through off campussing or other WBUT group college placements.
The quality of faculty is very much department specific. Some departments have extraordinary faculties while some have mostly M.Tech students passing out from these kind of colleges with hardly any knowledge. In my department Electronics and Communications, we had some awesome friendly faculties who motivated us a lot not only to pass the exams but become a better engineer and human being. Electrical and Computer science have better faculties than others.

Biggest fest was annual IIITA fest where other colleges were also invited to participate and then the regular one. Annual sports meet - ranging from Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis. Also Independence day 5 k marathon was a big deal as well.
Education wise mostly all the faculty were quite learned and decent in their understanding of course structure and curriculum. What i liked most was they had very innovative way of relating real time business scenarios with the course structure.

There were a lot of interaction with seniors as there were same building in which classes for every year took place .No ragging was there and there were strict rules about that.Seniors were quite friendly and helpful. Regarding alumni network , there is an association in which alumuni of the college is a part of and they visit our college time to time for the interaction with the students.
In our college we have to undergo Internship and training two times .One after 2nd year and other one after 3rd year. As my college is not in the league of IITS and NITS not lots of companies came for internship. But, our college has ties with different training Institutes which provide wide range of training on various courses like Embedded, VLSI and lots more.
Course here was exhaustive with the meticulous hours put into class followed by clinics. The degree examinations are very strict because jipmer is autonomous and they do not allow passing unless satisfied. A testimony to it is our batch Startin with 116 and final ending with a paltry 6o odd becoming interns .
Alumni network is very strong being sprawled all over the globe. With alumini reunions and their dissertations to us it's enchanting and thrilling to be in their touch. They on their part are very genteel to us knowin our nubile minds. All in all there's a mental connect.
Excellent curriculum with a huge learning aspect wherein it offered so many new projects in short term for students with such interest. There were many things that were new but still it has helped students develop their interpersonal skills .
Events like talents day and college fest are celebrated which enhanced .The unknown skills in students and quiz competitions and management games were technical topics that were great learning and fun in itself.
The course curriculum was spread into 8 semesters. It included specialised courses like of Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation engineering. Also a foreign language course was mandatory. I took French as another language which also helped me in developing my personality. The course included extensive theoretical and practical explanations of each subject.
Annually each department like engineering, management, biotechnology, law had their individual technical & cutlural programs. Everyone was allowed to attend and participate. There use to be artists coming from bollywood as well, like Labh Janjua, Adnan Sami, Sonu Nigam to name a few. The events use to be big with lot of fun & music.
The placement and job opportunities in the college is not good as same number companies come in the college every year with a very bad job profile and very low salary starting from 2.5 lacs and average salary offered is around 3.5 lacs per annum. The companies which come every year are jaro education, Asahi india glass, Capsag consultancy services etc.
The fees structure of Jims is not so expensive but the facilities provided in the college in resemblance to the fees is not justified. The college charges a fees of 5.95 lacs for a 2 year MBA programme including dress. The college campus is small and the class rooms are also ordinary .So the students are not getting the facilities they should get.
