Seniors students are helpful if we ask for help from them and alumni network is not really. So much well extended although the Faculty is trying well to cope up with the Network of alumnus and in some cases they usually are involved in university in one way or another.
Exam structure is pretty nice with as usual 3 hours of pen-paper based examination with 70 Marks of Theory paper and 30 marks for Internals. Infact the last semester exams(5th) was quite well as there were nice gaps given for in between the papers for preparations.

Course is affiliated under University of calicut, most toughest university in Kerala.Course structure is application oriented with extra stress to whole round development of the individual. To ensure same wide variety of clubs and societies from innovation club to Space club actively operates there.
Placement Team headed by faculties ensure enough opportunities are made available to the students. Both core companies and IT firms actively recruits from the campus.Due to the extra importance given to learning a vast chunk of the batch used to pursue higher education-IITs,IIMs etc.
Internship is to be arranged by the student himshelf there was no help from the callege. But they want it to be done in the 6th semister as they have a weightage of 100 academics marks which is of great importence in student point of view.
Scholarships are for the deserving students(having 90% in maths, physics, chemistry individually). Other scholarships were also there based on the academic record of the student during the course commencement.

Events like ETHOS are a part of the management culture in Anna University. Apart from ethos, the engineering departments fests like Technofes, kurushetra were all open for all the students of the institute.Technofes and kurushetra are still one of the top most fests in India.
I wrote TANCET for this examination. I secured 45.5 marks out of 100. I opted for this college because it is the best institute in terms of education in chennai apart from the B-schools. This institute stands next to the B-schools in terms of education and placment.

Really good, all faculty members have doctorates and field experience and extensive teaching experience and they are very pro.We give faculty feedback and that I'd taken seriously and changes have to be made after each teacher gets their individual report of their performance.
I did an exchange program and went to germany. Full scholarship. It's been great and the experience is priceless and probably the best. Met alot of academicians and learned to adapt myself their and this experience was different than an internship could give me.
No companies visited the college for internships. An internship was not even a part of the curriculum. Only the students who were interested did internships. Their on their own in finding the internships as well. So students with contacts in the industry end up getting internships and its very difficult for the other students who are not from Bangalore to bag internships unless they have strong network.
Every department in college have their own departmental fests which go almost unnoticed. Very few students attend these fests. The inter college fest Kalanjali is held once a year in the month of November. The fest is honestly not something to boast about compared to the fests of the other engineering colleges in town. The most awaited events are the fashion show and the Dj night at the end of the fest.
Opted for an CAT exam to see full time MBA program but got a chance to work with an MNC hence dropped my decision for full time program. Searched through many colleges within mumbai for a part time program & got excellent feedback fro welingkars from allumini students also went through the faculty list for the program it had excellent group of professors.
The experience at welingkars was excellent as expected, the course curriculam was well aligned with mumbai university rules. The faculty was very experience & shared very good practical experiences during classroom sessions.
I'd say that campus life was GREEN because of its luxurious nature. Extra curricular activities were good. Every year sports events are conducted, and also the labs are very informative. They are conducted regularly and are very strict too. Competitions either in the campus or in other colleges are very much encouraged.
There is no one to oppose intern-ship. Principal gives permission to as many intern-ships you want. He wants students to expose to the outside parts so that they can learn a thing or two. I did not do an intern as per my personal reason. So, I could not say about the stipend and etc.

The course curriculum was too good. But didn't get much time on extra curricular activities on second and third years. Every core subjects were taught in depth and satisfactorily. There were a lot of electives to choose from according to our aptitude. As a civil engineering aspirant i could choose really cool electives from Architecture Department. But There was this cut off for some electives which would deny the opportunity of getting some electives.
Honestly the space is not enough to tell about campus life. There weren't enough girls in college. The ratio is 1:5. There were student parties on special occasion such as Diwali, New year, Onam etc. There was a great social connection among students and teachers. Lots of workshops, sports activities, Tournaments everything. There is an opportunity for whatever you wish to achieve. The Campus life was great.

The course was standard VTU. There was nothing important or interesting in the entire course apart form some elements of Web Design which I chose as my elective in my last and second last semester. I finally got into web design and made it my career but I must say, my course materials did not help me in the future, to build a good foundation for myself. I believe my ICSE and ISC curriculum in school was much better.
There was no placement and in fact, there were FAKE placements carried out to show prospective students that they indeed carry out placements. If you are passing out of this college, you should know that you are on your own, like travelling in Gurgaon at night. No one will come to help you when you need it the most.

In college, basically each and every festival is celebrated. That is the best part of being in a place which has students from all over the country. All regional festivals were celebrated with equal enthusiasm and more than 20 festivals were celebrated. Holi, diwali, makar sankranti, etc.
Placement was decent. Out of 90 students, some 60 odd had opted for placement and by the end around 40 were placed. Basically the big law firms hire at the start and then in course of time, small firms, companies and PSU's hire. the packages range from 5 l.p.a. to 15 l.p.a.
Placement cell is very active and management is very helpful. Wanted to do PGDM and Asia Pacific Institute of Management being one of the best B-Schools in North India known for its good placements and offers PGDM. Special thanks to the Corporate Relations Team for all the effort they make for better placements.
Alumni Relations and Development really have to work hand in hand to communicate .The college goals and to provide alumni with opportunities to be involved in the life of their alma mater.
It depends upon ur talent which company will offer u a placement. If you have journalism to continue as a carrier u have good options as university has pact with top news channels in the country. Various channels come for placements.
Faculty are xperienced with great enthusiasm, iimc qualified teachers, xperience of print media as well as electronic media, nice way of teaching, describes every topic with detail, coperative faculties.
Our course curriculum was very much realistic to the current financial situation and it helped me very much in getting my job and further future. Currently i am working in a very good company only due to the experience .I got in my course and all the subjects i learned in the curriculum.

I took AIEEE and chose to take admission in this college. Because its board of governers include prominent names like ZEE tv people, Adobe india chairman, Attat Singh (Industrialists) and many more. So, I considered that the exposure level and infrastructure would be quite good.
It was OK. Activities used to take only in Tech events cultural events. The college participates in quite good number of fest of other colleges like Manav Rachna, Lingayas, JB knowledge park etc. They have separate clubs for Photography, Dance, Robotics etc etc.
Faculty was enough experience to give a direction and very interactive. Our hof having more than 25 years experience anhelping to prepared thesis and other work during 2 years of study.
Exam structure was very stringent during whole period. Two times internam thory peper are there and one rime practical exam are there and after there there is an external exam.

But the Common and very big Event is Taal in which all the departments use to work together and celebrate the event. Dance competition, Fashion event, poetry competition are the main attraction in all the events.

College provides internships and if we search our own internship then they provides scholership ( this is only for our first batch students). So we got the internships by our own effort. But we have not earned any stipend out of that.
We are from 17 states gathered to learn new things, culture and festivela. So we have good number ideas to share and celebrate. We have celebrated all the feativels in their own state culture. Example ugadi, gudiparwa, lohari etc.
