My college internship experience is six months from microtek international pvt. ltd. But they didn't offerd any stipend in my internship period but they give me all the technical knowledge of their products.

The gender ratio of our college was very bad there are more boys than girls but the cultural societies and tolerence with regards to gender was quite good. Its my honour to be a part of my college.

I have never tried for loan as my father and mother are employed and being self managed but those .Who need study loan with the help of bank it provide loan facility and also allow to higher scholarship which is facilitated by government.

Basically they don't give offer .Student have to apply for different company to apply for post i have interned at TCS with the reference of an outsider .Where i get to lean industrial use case of my Engineering Study.

The exam structure was the regular VTU way. Exams were at good intervals. We always had the time to prepare well for the exams. Even semesters were at Dec/Jan and odd semesters were at May/June. Apart from the external semesters there were internal exams which used to be monthly once. The internal exams werw actually a good way to keep up the flow of preparation for the external exams.

I passed out on 2013 and hence there were no much placements that year all over the country. But the other years had remarkable placements. Even companies like Microsoft visited our college to hire resources. Students need not to worry about getring placed from MVJ, since they have one of the best placements among all other colleges of bangalore.

In my college students have lot of opportunities to get placed in good companies. Lot of companies are coming of every stream and offering good package . If any one wants to go for private sector my college is the best place for him. Highest package is of 22 lacs. and minimum of 3.3 lacs gets everyone.

Companies are wipro , congnisent , dell, HP, tech mahindra , airtel , john deer, L&T , HCL , and many more good companies which I m not knowing aa I m from civil. Minimum package offered is of 3.3 lacs and maximum offered till is 22 lacs . In last 2 year more than 2000 students get placed.

Campus life is very active. Gender ratios is definitely better than IITs and NITs. Extra-curricular activities including sports of several sorts, debates, technical clubs, festival organising departments etc. We also have an inter-hostel festival that happens at the beginning of the year(September typically). Workshops happen periodically, but are mostly present during festivals. There are never any issues related to race, religion or economic status.

The courses were well structured. Mine was a dual degree, so it was a 5-year course. We had to complete 6 electives. I am from the last batch of the old curriculum. Most of the first two years' courses were common in the old curriculum. I did electives in Journalism, DSP, Medical Instrumentation, Physics of semiconductor devices and Image Processing.

The campus life is just like our school life due to various rules of college like attendance criteria, strictness, doing classwork also like school and checking of that work. Sports doesn't takes place because there are no grounds for playing except basketball. Robotics competitions are held over a year. That's the only thing which is of good quality that is held in the college.

For civil non of the companies have visited the college and I haven't done any internship yet. But for internship college has given 45 days and student has to apply separately to the companies in which they want to do internship. In my knowledge there are no companies which provides stipend in Jaipur while training. Student head to manage on its own.

Every year delegates of different companies from all over the world came to our college to select the students from different streams. Interviews were conducted by them. Many students were selected for jobs during the course.

Annual function, College day, Sports day, Welcome party, Farewell party, lohri celebration and other so many functions were organised those days. Students participate in these functions and deserving candidates got trophies.

Expensive, 34000 per year there was any lab, and lab faculty. Exam structure was good, syllabus was good, but who was there to teach us, just mere syllabus is not enough. People need practical knowledge that we lack in India. Especially in my university

Worst, having zero knowledge, they were passed out candidates of the same department, and joined there due to non availability of jobs outside. Administration wants to run the dept. At less cost as far as possible.

No actually. I am not aware of this activity and I think they giving loan and more interesting thing is the bank is also inside the college.

100% placement for IT student but not good for core sector normally 1 to 3 companies from core sector and some of here for marketing only.

The course curriculum was intellectually stimulating and carefully designed to give us a thorough foundation in literary studies. The different genres had complete papers dedicated to them and the socio-economic and historical background enable us to see the nexus between literary texts and the production of knowledge. The elective I had chosen was Psychology. The subject is exciting but the course was completely theoretical. A practical component would have been very welcome.

There was no entrance exam to get into the programme. Being passionate about language, I always knew that I wanted to engage with language. My marks were good and that was all that was required. The entire admission process was stress free.

Our college had great structure and disciplined curriculum to follow.Every week class test oral or written ,thrice internal test before the externals for the same subject .We had to 3 sessionals n three tests which use to prepare us well for external exams . This course in our college has a great curriculum .

Faculty was great in our college .Learnt alot in college from our teachers .They were always prepared for the classes .Individual focus for the student was there always. Teachers were never that strict but focused was mainly always on teaching right to us.

The exam structure is follwed based on Mumbai University guidelines. Which we cannot complain while the labs are very well equipped with instruments which is a good thing some dont have basic things to.

There are variety of events celebrated throughout the year with festival celebration & college festival which takes place in January is a mega event And outside college students are also welcomed.

We were encouraged to intern and gain experience .It was compulsory for us to intern one full season with a practicing advocate. This helped us understand the procedural functioning of Courts in India. We also got an insight into the life of a lawyer.When I look back I feel they were a great learning experience. There is no fixed stipend. Individual lawyers generally donot pay interns. Companies can pay anything between Rs 5000 to Rs 12000/- .

I had percentage of 80%. The admission was on the basis of marks obtained in the Board examinations of Class XII (ISC in my case ). Once shortlisted the shortlisted candidates were interviewed by Senior Faculty members. The interview was around the vision the student has for his / her future and why they want to do law.I was selected and joined the college in 2001.

The college since is very reputed various companies come in. We have a lot of options for doing an internship and the stipend offered is anywhere between 5000 to 20000. Apart from that the college recommend good companies since it adds as an experience.

The college do offers some really good deals in terms of scholarship and loan that is student loan .If you are planning to go abroad and the college will provide that at interest rates lower compared to other banks I guess. Also it's a good deal.

The course is a semester system with 5 subjects each semester. Each semester also had presentations for each subject as to make sure that the students gain practical knowledge as well. The final semester also had an internship where the students are taken to the local courts and told how the courts and functioned.

Senior have always been helpful in a number of ways. The alumni have been on the top statures of the society and are helping the country to grow at the highest pace. Regardless of their year of graduation, the alumni meets every year at annual alumni meet and share experiences with the students.

Internship was mostly an individual affair. We had to approach companies and we were well received after sharing our credentials. The Management owns couple of industries. Some of the engineering students secured internship in these companies.

The faculty was very knowledgeable. All lecturers were Masters degree holders and our HOD was a PhD holder and pursuing further studies. Most of the faculty members were aiming for PhD or other studies.

It was fabulous. Gender ratio was almost equal. Labs were well equipped. All the required equipments used to always be there. Politics was there during all the elections. Economic status difference between students was there.

Internship is not mandatory. But companies like Infosys, Larson and Tubro, capgemini etc had been there. We used to get nothing as the stipend. We could do internship from other companies of our choice as well.

I was a part time student so i didnt get any stipend. Internship experience was vey nice. I learned a lot form this institute. Internships enable you to gain experience in careers that you may be considering for your post-graduate plans. Your internship experience may present new career interests and pathways or may direct you in the completely opposite direction from which you originally planned.

I got alumni a directory, but what they're looking for is a network.I think the data forms a directory because that's what we know how to build. What alumni need is a web of connectivity based on common affiliation and experience as former students.

There were no internship provided in our college. But I think internship should be a part of the system as it gives you a good practical experience which is more important and useful when we go for a job, as we come to know how a company exactly runs. Apart from studies there are many more things which are required to be learned.

I had done my diploma in Electronics Engineering from Thakur Polytechnic, Kandivali, Mumbai which was of 3years. In the final year I scored 83.70%. Further to pursue my BE everything was online on merit basis, and I got my admission in Atharva College on basis of by Merit.

ICAR-IVRI, post graduate admission test, more than 85 and for doing tick research to develop the strategy on sustainable tick control. It includes application of biotechnology, bioinformatics and vaccine development process.

Faculty was very good and well experienced in their own field. They acts as the mentor for all about our life. Courses were covered on time. Their suggestion and criticism provides platform for self evaluation.
