Delhi University Admission 2026 without CUET

Delhi University is offering Direct admission to selected UG programmes based on Class 12 marks instead of CUET UG for the 2026-27 academic session. This special admission process has been introduced only for the current admission cycle to fill vacant seats left after the regular admission rounds. As of now, there is no official confirmation that admissions through Class 12 merit will continue in future academic sessions.

Nine more Delhi University colleges have started accepting Class 12 marks instead of CUET UG scores for admission to selected UG programmes in the 2026-27 session.

• Eligible candidates can apply for these vacant seats based on Class 12 merit.
• The admissions were announced through three public notices issued in August 2026, with the list of participating colleges gradually expanding to 35.

This admission process is open only to eligible candidates who are not already enrolled in a Delhi University college. Students must apply directly on the participating college's admission portal, as the process is not conducted through CSAS.

Delhi University Admission 2026 without CUET is also available through the DU School of Open Learning (SOL), the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), and select certificate courses. Eligible candidates can apply without CUET UG scores.
