DU CSAS UG 2026 seat allotments for Round 1 and Round 2 has been released on the official DU admission portal admission.uod.ac.in. Delhi University is expected to release the Round 3 seat allotment result for undergraduate admissions on 8 August 2026.

Latest Update DU CSAS 2026:

With Round 1 and Round 2 admissions completed, Delhi University has now opened the Mid-Entry and Correction Window for eligible candidates ahead of Round 3 seat allotment.

• DU CSAS UG 2026 Mid-Entry and Correction Window will be open from 3 to 5 August 2026. During this period, candidates who missed Phase 1 registration can apply by paying a non-refundable Mid-Entry fee of INR 1,000.
• Candidates who did not complete Phase 2 (Preference Filling), were not allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2, or need to correct their subject mapping or update their college and programme preferences can also make the required changes.
• The preferences submitted by 11:59 PM on 5 August 2026 will be considered for Round 3 seat allotment.

Note: Mid-Entry facility is not available for ECA, Sports, CW, Ward Supernumerary quotas, B.A. (Hons.) Music, B.Sc. (Physical Education, Health Education & Sports), and Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) programmes.

How DU CSAS Preference Filling and Seat Allocation Work?

The Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) evaluates the preferences submitted by candidates in the exact order in which they are arranged.

• The system first checks whether a candidate is eligible for their highest-ranked preference based on their CUET score, category, and seat availability.
• If admission is not possible in the first preference, the system automatically moves to the next preference on the list.
• This process continues until the candidate is allocated the best available programme and college combination for which they meet the eligibility and cutoff requirements.
