BITSAT Exam Centers 2027: City List, Allotted Center and Change Policy

BITSAT 2027 Exam Centers list is going to be released along with the official information brochure. For the 2027 examination, BITSAT is scheduled to be held at around 70+ exam centers across India and abroad. BITS Pilani is going to release the test center allotment for successfully registered candidates after the completion of registration. Candidates can check the allotted center through the candidate login on the official website at bitsadmission.com. All details related to the candidate’s BITSAT exam center, venue, time, date, and slot are going to be mentioned in the respective BITSAT Admit Card 2027.

BITSAT Exam Centers 2027

BITS Pilani is going to conduct BITSAT 2027 in India as well as abroad (Dubai, UAE and Kathmandu, Nepal). Candidates who choose a test city in India can select up to three cities of preference at the time of registration. The final allotted center is going to be communicated to candidates approximately two weeks before the exam, after which slot booking opens on the official portal.

The table below lists cities based on BITSAT 2026 exam centers and is expected to be largely similar for 2027. Candidates must check the official brochure at bitsadmission.com for the confirmed 2027 city list.

Note: Although candidates fill their preference of BITSAT exam center while filling the application form, BITS Pilani, however, reserves the final right to allocate test centers to candidates. In case of any unforeseen events such as lack of accommodation facilities at a particular center or any technical glitches, the exam conducting authority reserves the right to add or delete any center.

BITSAT Exam Centers 2027: International Centers

BITS Pilani offers BITSAT exam centers outside India for eligible candidates. Based on previous years, two international exam centers are expected for BITSAT 2027 - Dubai (UAE) and Kathmandu (Nepal). Each international center carries a different selection rule that candidates must note before filling the application form.

Note: If a candidate chooses Dubai as their BITSAT exam center, he/she is not going to be asked for any other center preference and is going to be allotted the Dubai center only. The application fee for the Dubai center is higher than the standard fee (Rs. 7,250 for all gender categories, based on BITSAT 2026 rates). The official BITSAT 2027 fee structure is going to be confirmed in the information brochure.

BITSAT 2027 Exam Center Allotment Process

BITS Pilani follows a two-step process for exam center allotment in BITSAT - city allotment followed by slot booking. This is different from most national-level exams where the center is directly assigned without a candidate-controlled slot step.

• Step 1 - City Allotment: After registration closes, BITS Pilani allots one city from the candidate’s three preferences based on seat availability. City allotment is typically announced around two weeks before the exam. Candidates receive a login notification to check their allotted city.
• Step 2 - Slot Booking: Once the city is allotted, candidates log in to bitsadmission.com to choose their preferred exam date and shift at the allotted center. Slot booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis, so candidates must complete it as early as possible. Candidates who do not book a slot within the window are automatically assigned one by the system based on availability.

Both the allotted exam city and the booked slot details are printed on the BITSAT Admit Card 2027. No additional fee is charged for slot booking.

BITSAT 2027 Exam Center Change: Is It Allowed?

BITSAT has a stage-dependent center change policy. Whether a change is possible depends on how far the allotment process has progressed at the time of the request.

Note: Candidates are advised to carefully select their three city preferences during BITSAT 2027 registration. Choose cities closest to your home or where you have a reliable place to stay, since a center change after slot booking is not possible.

How to check BITSAT Exam Center 2027 Allotted?

After a candidate has successfully filled the BITSAT 2027 application form online, BITS Pilani announces the allotted exam city from the three chosen preferences. The allotted city is going to be announced approximately two weeks before the examination, after which students are going to be able to complete slot booking and choose the date and time slot of their preference at the particular center.

The steps involved to check the allotted BITSAT exam center 2027 by BITS Pilani include:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of BITS Pilani - bitsadmission.com.
• Step 2: Click on the link "Click here to check BITSAT 2027 Center Allotted to candidates".
• Step 3: Enter all the details - application number, date of birth, and registered email ID.
• Step 4: Click on "Proceed" after filling all the required details.
• Step 5: View the final allocated exam city and proceed to slot booking to select your preferred date and shift.

Note: Candidates are required to appear for the test on the designated date and time slot at the allocated exam venue. No candidate is going to be permitted to sit at a different exam center than the one allotted to them.

BITSAT 2027 Exam Day Instructions

BITSAT 2027 is going to be conducted in two daily shifts - Shift 1 (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and Shift 2 (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM), based on the previous year’s pattern. The reporting time for each candidate is printed on the admit card. Candidates must follow the instructions below at the BITSAT 2027 exam center on the day of the examination:

1. All candidates are required to carry BITSAT Admit Card 2027 to the exam center along with a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN Card).
2. Reach the exam center at least 60 minutes before the scheduled exam time as printed on the admit card.
3. If possible, candidates must visit the BITSAT exam center one day before the exam to get an idea about the route and exact location of the center.
4. Candidates should be seated only at the designated seat in the exam hall as assigned by the invigilator.
5. All BITSAT exam centers are under surveillance of web cameras and CCTVs.
6. Candidates carrying prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, digital watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones, or any other electronic gadgets are going to be debarred from the examination.
7. Rough work must be done only on the 8-page rough book provided at the exam hall. This rough book must be submitted to the invigilator before leaving the center.
8. In case of any technical problem with the computer system, candidates should immediately inform the invigilator present in the hall.
9. Wear simple clothing and avoid accessories such as digital watches, fitness bands, and garments with multiple pockets that may be flagged by security.
10. Do not leave the exam hall until the exam is complete or without the permission of the invigilator.
