Discovering Tut: The Saga Continues Summary
There are a lot of myths about the last King of the Pharaoh Dynasty- Young King Tutankhamen. Through this lesson, the author of the lesson, A.R. Williams tried to find and state the truth behind all those myths. The Egyptians used to believe there is life even after death. Hence, they used to bury their King with all the things he needed daily when he was alive.
- In 1922, the British Archeologist, Howard Carter discovered the tomb of the young King Tut. At the beginning of the lesson, the readers get to know the general history related to the Pharaoh Dynasty.
- The tomb had been already looted, but the mummy of King Tut was intact. The coffin was made of gold.
- Carter had to cut the Mummy to get it out of the coffin, but while doing research, it was found that the breast bone and a rib has been missing.
- After thorough research, the body was put back in the tomb.
