CBSE Class 12 Physics chapter-wise weightage is provided in this article. Students preparing for CBSE Class 12 Physics Exam can check the topic-wise marks distribution to know chapters with high weightage in the board exam. The total marks for Physics are 100 divided into 70 for theory and 30 for practical. Theory paper will contain 20% MCQs, 40% competency-based questions, and 40% subjective-type questions.
