New Delhi: The National Testing Agency will be releasing the result for NEET UG 2023 Exam in the second week of June 2023 on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
NTA has given the parliamentary committee an assurance that NEET UG 2023 results will be declared latest by June second week. NEET UG 2023 was conducted on May 7, which registered 97.7 per cent attendance. NTA will release the NEET UG 2023 Toppers list and category-wise cut-off along with the NEET UG results for candidates seeking BDS/MBBS Admission 2023.

Candidates can view their NEET results by visiting the National Test Agency’s official website at neet.nta.nic.in results 2023. Students can access the NEET result 2023 PDF file by visiting the official website. The step for checking NTA NEET UG results in 2023 on neet.nta.nic.in are listed below:
Step 1: Candidates must go to the NTA’s official website.
Step 2: Look for the NEET 2023 result link and click on it.
Step 3: The candidates will be routed to a new link where you must enter your login information, such as the Candidate’s registration number and Date of Birth, and then click the submit button to obtain your result.

AACCC will be conducting AYUSH NEET Counselling 2023 for 15% AIQ seats in government and government-aided institutes, 15% AIQ seats of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS under Delhi University, and 100% seats in other central and deemed universities.
According to the new regulations issued by the National Medical Commission, the students pursuing MBBS need to complete the course within nine years from the date of admission. They will get only four attempts to clear the first year, the circular states.

As per the latest update, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has proposed a common counselling process for NEET UG for admission to medical courses offered by all medical institutions in the country. The counselling will be held based on the NEET-UG merit list.
In its gazette notification, National Medical Commission said "Counselling shall entirely be based on the seat matrix provided by NMC, provided the common counselling may have multiple rounds as may be necessary."

NEET UG 2023 was conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
As per the revised criteria of National Medical Commission (NMC), candidates who wish to appear for the entrance exam must have completed the age of 17 years as on or before January 31 of the year of the admission. Those who do not meet the criteria will not be eligible for the exam.

The NEET Results 2023 and exam scores of candidates are only valid for the current academic session. Based on marks secured, the admission seats are offered to applicants for MBBS, BDS courses, AYUSH Courses, BVSc & AH, and B.Sc Nursing. In addition to this, seats will be offered at 15 AIIMS and 2 JIPMER colleges based on NEET scores.

Soon after the NEET UG 2023 Results are declared, NTA will start the admission process for MBBS and BDS courses through counselling. To apply for admission seats in NEET participating colleges, candidates have to submit their registrations for counselling through the official NEET website.

The NEET Cut Off is the minimum score required for admission to medical schools. Along with the announcement of results, the NTA publishes the NEET Cut Off for each category. The NEET cut-off will be announced for two quotas: the All India Quota and the State Level Quota. Under the 15% All India Quota, only the top 15% of NEET 2023 scores will be able to participate directly in the NEET counseling procedure. Take a peek at the previous year's cut-off marks-

A tie occurs when two or more applicants receive identical NEET exam scores. In this scenario, the authorities use tie-breaking methods to assign a rank to each candidate.
Biology Marks: Candidates with higher Biology marks will be selected.
Chemistry Marks: If a tie still exists, individuals with higher chemistry marks will be preferred.
Less Incorrect Questions: If the following two tie-breaking methods fail to break the tie, the less incorrect questions will be considered.
Age Factor: If all three of the preceding methods fail, older candidates will be selected for merit ranking.
All candidates who took the NEET 2023 Exam will be given a NEET Score Card. Using their registration number, students can download their NEET 2023 Score Card. A sample of the NEET Score Card is provided below:

NTA allots bonus marks to all students incase there is any discrepancy with any question or answer key. Here are the circumstances under which bonus marks is allotted to students:
- If two or more answer choices are correct, then those who have marked either of the choices get full marks.
- If none of the answer choices is correct, all candidates get full marks irrespective of whether they attempt the question or not.
- If a question is incorrect, all candidates get 4 marks.
The marking scheme followed by NTA NEET UG 2023 is:
- For every Correct answer students will receive 4 marks
- There is a negative marking of 1 marks for every wrong answer
- No marks shall be awarded/ deducted for unattempted questions.
