NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
IMT (Institute of Management Technology) is one of the best business schools in India. For admission to MBA programme, IMT Ghaziabad furnishes its cut off list to shortlist the candidates for Interview Rounds.
IMT considers the scores of various exams like on the XAT, CAT & GMAT etc. Candidates with best overall scores are considered while preparing the merit list of the shortlisted candidates. The final admission of the candidate depends on the work experience, written communication test, personal interview and academic performance.
XAT 2018 Cut Off is the minimum marks that a candidate must score to get admissions in IMT Ghaziabad. To give a brief idea to the students, XAT Cutoff 2017 is given below in the table:

The candidates applying for any of the PG/PGDM course in IMT Ghaziabad should fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
All eligible and interested contenders aspiring for admission should apply online through the Institute website and submit the same on or before the last date. Candidates are supposed to fill an online application form according to the following steps:

The candidates are Short-listed for Written communication test (WCT), Group Exercise and Personal Interview process (WCT-GE-PI) on the basis of their score in CAT-2016 OR XAT 2018 OR GMAT (1st January 2013 –31st March 2017). Candidates can submit more than 1test score. Candidates submitting the GMAT test score are required to update their test score, on or before April 15, 2017.However, the candidates applying on the basis of pending GMAT scores, the application process will be provisional. The best score of the candidate will be considered for the final admit offer.
Candidates will be called for written communication test (WCT), Group Exercise and Personal Interview process (WCT-GE-PI) only once.
The three stages of selection are illustrated below:
Written communication test (WCT): The candidate shall be given a topic ranging from 1-3 lines on which he/ she is required to write a brief essay (250 words) in time duration 20 minutes. This helps the interviewer to estimate the Language Proficiency, Thought Process, Coherence, Critical and Logical Thinking skills of the candidates
Group Exercise: The second stage is a called GE in which 8-10 candidates are given a topic to discuss. This round is to access the dynamics of the candidate.
Personal Interview: This is the final round of selection in which candidate has to present him before a panel of 4-8 interviewees for 15-20 minutes. This round is to test the candidate on their academic background, work experience, hobbies, interests and Oral communication skills etc.
