Thus, Masters in Business Administration or MBA is an advantageous and sought after post graduate course for students all across the world. This two year programme acts as a perfect pathway for numerous job opportunities with attractive benefits. MBA qualification allows post graduates to take up high-ranking positions such as Business Development Managers, Strategists, Consultants, Chief Financial Officers, General Managers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, Project Managers, Marketing Directors

    The best aspect about an MBA is that students from any stream (arts, commerce and science) can opt for it. A full time MBA degree includes internships, hands-on projects and theory lectures. Students who are pursuing MBA also have to give entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT, GMAT ,XAT, NMAT for admission in various institutions. One of the eligibility criteria for students, is to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation. Admissions take place on the basis of percentile secured in these exams. In some universities, they are also required to have some prior work experience.

    Aspirants of MBA are required to develop a clear skillset which spans from logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, strategic reasoning and problem solving skills. These proficiencies are measured in competitive examinations.

    The Middle East comprises 22 nations such as Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, , Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. This region has been of great importance in history since ancient times. Geographically, this area is strategically located as it connects the markets of Asia, Europe and Africa. At the same time, the area is abundant in resources and therefore has caught the attention of several multinational companies. This guarantees that there is an increasing demand for managerial positions.

    1. University Of Dubai:

    This is a private university, established in 1997 in UAE. The UD offers MBA courses in the following:

    • General MBA
    • MBA in Finance and Accounting
    • MBA in Leadership and Human Resource Management
    • MBA in International Business and Marketing
    • MBA in Operations and Logistics Management

    The courses are based on real examples and simulations. This university has a very high reputation among the hiring faculty.     1. University of Wollongong (UOWD):

    UOWD is the first international Australian university located in Dubai, UAE. It’s a private university formed in the year 1993. The MBA course in the university extends from 18- 24 months.

    1. SP Jain School Of Global Management:

    SPJIMR is a private business school with campuses in all the major cities of the world including Mumbai, Dubai, Sydney and Singapore. The first global campus was in Dubai, UAE. The university offers either a Global MBA or Executive MBA.

    GMBA: This is a 12 month full-time programme. Students have a requirement of at least 3 years of work experience. They also graduate with an Australian degree. The college has highly practical modus operandi. They also focus on unique tri-city models with different nationalities and unparalleled diversity.

    EMBA: This is an 18 month part-time programme designed to expand one's skills in managerial and leadership areas. They also graduate with an Australian degree. This specific programme can be pursued in either delivery formats( based on convenience and professional schedules):

    Qatar University is a public research university situated in Doha, Qatar. The admission to the college is possible by gaining an acceptable score in GMAT. The applicants should also have three or more years or relevant job experience.     1. Babson College

    Babson College is ideal for business owners or a family of entrepreneurs or those who want to advance their careers. The university offers a blend of virtual classes as well as face to face sessions in Dubai, UAE. It provides executive educational programmes for working professionals. The first enrolment program was launched in February 2019. Moreover, additional courses are yet to be announced. The courses are to be held in DILF (Dubai International Finance Centre) which is deemed to be the financial hub of the Middle East.

    1. Kuwait University:-

There are a plethora of varied colleges that fall under Kuwait University such as college of arts, college of education, college of law, college of public health, college of business administration and much more. The MBA is a full time course in Kuwait City and the students are supposed to have an average GMAT score of 450. A Grade Point Average GPA 2.67 on a scale of 4.0 or equivalent. Along with this, the test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL 500)

    1. Abu Dhabi University:

    The university was set up in 2003 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and other citizens of UAE. It has additional campuses in Al Din, Dubai, Al Dhafra. It has attracted 1500 students from 40 different nationalities and 40 dedicated faculty members. The college holds EQUIS and AACSB accredited. Only one percent of business schools around the globe have this double accreditation. MBA in this university is a one year post graduate course which is available full time or part time. Apart from a 2.50-4.0 CGPA, English language proficiency requirements are 6.0 IELTS, TOEFL scores or their equivalent. Native English speakers are exempted from this requirement. The MBA curriculum encompasses eight core courses (24 credit hours) and two elective courses with a six term structure.

    1. Amity University:

    Amity University in Dubai, UAE was recognized as 'Best University for Graduate Recruitment in the GCC' in the year 2018. The goal of the course is to equip the students with greater understanding of the role of business in any society some of the MBA courses offered in the university are listed below:

    • Master of Business Administration (Construction Project Management)- This is a specialized two year course which includes four semesters.
    • MBA (Dubai, USA & UK)- This is also a two year course which includes four semesters. This course is highly beneficial for those, seeking jobs in international positions such as country manager, functional manager
    • Master of Business Administration (Logistics)- This is a specialised two year course which includes four semesters. It focuses on the managerial positions in Transportation & Logistics Industry.
    1. Tel Aviv University -Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration

    This university is a public research university in Tel Aviv, Israel and the only accredited business school in the country. The university ranks 26th in Asia University Rankings, 2019. The courses are delivered in Hebrew to students and they are required to have at least some years of managerial experience. MBA in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management is a 24 month course. Sofaer iMBA is a 12month program available in English. The main concentration of the degree is Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The college also offers an Executive MBA with a duration of 23months.
