State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has released MHT CET 2020 Cutoff for CAP round 1 and 2 on its official website dtemaharasthra.gov.in. A cutoff score is the minimum marks required to ensure a seat and participate in the counselling process. CET cell has released a detailed category wise cutoff list for All India (AI) as well as for Maharashtra candidates.
Candidates clearing cut off for MHT CET will be called for the admission process. Based on the cutoff rank, nearly 360 Participating Institutes will offer admission in various B.Tech courses in the state of Maharashtra. If candidates score marks in the range between 190-200 marks then they expected rank will be in between 1-55. Based on ranks secured, students will be called for MHT CET Seat Allotment.

Importance of MHT CET Cut off

Tips to clear MHT CET 2020 Cutoff
Candidates need a detailed study plan to cover-up all the syllabus of MHT CET, moreover, the revised syllabus resulted in an addition of topics of class 11th as well. Thus making it a bit tricky for a candidate to score optimally, however, after completing all the syllabus a candidate needs to solve the questions strategically to clear the cutoff and score higher marks.
- Candidates should go through the question paper and mark easy to difficult questions. Attempt easy questions first and save extra time for solving the tough questions.

- Candidates should maintain a high accuracy level of 80% for both Maths and science paper.
- Mathematics holding highest weightage should be prioritised while preparing for the exam to score more.
- If a candidate attempts 40-50 question in each paper with 80% accuracy then he can easily score 128-160, these marks are enough to fetch a seat in very good colleges through MHT CET.
- The twisted and analytical questions should be attempted in the last to save time.
