As per the exam pattern, the CUET Biology exam consists of 50 questions for 250 marks to be attempted in 60 minutes. 5 marks are awarded for each correct answer, and 1 mark is deducted for incorrect answer.

CUET Biology Important Topics and Difficulty Level
The CUET Biology 2025 question paper is expected to consist of 15–18 moderately difficult questions, covering topics such as Human Physiology, Reproduction, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Biotechnology, and Biomolecules. 8–10 questions of easy to moderate difficulty are expected from topics like Ecology and Environment, Diversity in Living Organisms, and Biology and Human Welfare. The overall difficulty level of the CUET Biology paper is expected to be moderate to difficult.
