Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur (NSCB Medical College) is the second oldest medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Admissions to the Institute is based on NEET Exam. NEET 2019 is the national level exam for MBBS/BDS admissions in India. Candidates seeking admission have to clear NEET cut off.

NEET 2019 Cut Off will be released after the declaration of NEET result. NEET cut off depends upon various factors like number of seats, number of applicants and difficulty level of exam.

NEET 2017 will feature 412 medical colleges with a total of 52715 seats. Out of which, 15% seats will be filled by All India Quota and rest 85% of seats will be filled by State Counselling Process.

NSCB Medical College, Jabalpur Admission Process

NEET 2019 is the gateway for the admission to MBBS course at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College. Counselling for NEET is conducted through Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). For going through the counselling process, one has to register on the website of MCC and fill their choices in order of the college they desire.

Candidates clearing the counselling and making their way to the merit list provided by MCC have to reach college on the assigned date and time with the following mentioned documents.

Documents Required for NEET 2019 Counselling Process

Applicants are required to carry the following document at the time of the NEET 2017 counselling.

  • Birth Certificate.
  • NEET 2017 Score Card
  • Two Passport Size photograph similar to that affixed on the NEET 2017 Application Form.
  • 10th and 12th class Mark sheets.
  • 10th and 12th class Passing Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (If applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (If applicable)
  • Counselling Letter issued by NEET Authority.

NSCB Medical College, Jabalpur Admission Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

  • Nationality: Candidate should be Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizen of India(OCI)
  • Aadhar Card- Candidate should have Aadhar Card except for the candidates from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangna State.
  • Age Limit-Candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before December 31, 2019. The upper age limit for admission seekers under All India Quota is 25 years relaxable for a period of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Attempts: Candidates can only attempt the exam only 3 times until they cross the maximum age limit. Moreover, NEET 2019 will be counted as 1st attempt for the candidates
  • Essential Academic Qualification: Candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology individually securing a minimum of 50% in 10+2 is eligible. For reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), there is a relaxation of 10% so they have to secure a minimum of 40% to be eligible. General physically handicapped candidates have to secure a minimum of 45%. Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 examination in 2017 may also appear provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later on.
