NEET 2019 EXAM DATES
NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
NEET 2019 Exam Dates are available on the official website of NTA i.e. nta.ac.in. From 2019 onwards, the National Testing Agency will regulate the medical entrance exam. CBSE will no longer hold the exam, conducted for admissions to various MBBS and BDS courses offered at medical and dental colleges in India. This year, the examination is scheduled for May 5, 2019 in offline (pen-paper) mode.
Currently, a tentative schedule is released on the website. The registration window for NEET 2019 will commence from November 1. Intermediate graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can apply online till November 30.

The notification for NEET 2019, containing all important dates and details was released by NTA at its official website on July 7. The last date to register for the exam is November 30. Qualified candidates will be called for NEET Counselling from June 12 onwards.

Ques. Who conducts NEET and is it online or offline in 2019?
Ans. From 2019 onwards, NTA will conduct NEET in offline mode.
Ques. What are the maximum marks in NEET exam?
Ans. Each question in NEET will have 4 marks. Therefore, maximum marks in the exam are 720.
Ques. Is there a provision of negative marking for incorrect questions in NEET?
Ans. Yes, for each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted from your total score.
Ques. Is there negative marking for un-attempted questions?
Ans. No, there is not negative marking for leaving questions. No mark will be added to or deducted from your score for leaving any question.
Ques. How much time will I be given to complete the exam?
Ans. You will be given 3 hours (180 minutes) to complete the exam.
Ques. Are there any sectional time limits in NEET?
Ans. No, there are no such sectional limits in NEET. You can spend any amount of time (from total time given) on any particular section or question.
Ques. How many questions will be there in the exam?
Ans. NEET will have a total of 180 questions.
Ques. What subjects do I need to prepare for the exam?
Ans. You need to prepare Phyiscs, Chemistry & Biology(Zoology &Botany) subjects for the NEET exam.
Ques. I am physically challenged, what is my exam duration in NEET?
Ans. NEET exam paper will be of 3 hours duration, for PH students it is 3.5 hours.
Ques. Can I change the option of language once the form is submitted?
Ans. Option once exercised, cannot be changed after submission of application form. As centers will be allotted based on medium of question paper, candidates need to be very careful in choosing of medium of question paper.
