NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
CBSE has announced the official date for the declaration of NEET 2018 result as June 4, 2018. It would be available on CBSE’s official website. Candidates can check NEET 2018 Result by logging in using their user ID and password.
NEET is an all India examination for admission into various dental and medical colleges of India. The Supreme Court of India has directed that all the seats in MBBS and BDS courses across various colleges in the country are to be filled through NEET 2018 Counselling. A total of 65,000 seats in MBBS course and 25,000 seats in BDS course are to be filled through NEET 2018. AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC Pune (conducts second round for NEET qualified candidates) are exempted from the purview of this directive as they conduct a separate entrance exam of their own.
Apart from the MBBS and BDS seats in the colleges in states (of their domicile) candidates can also take part in the counselling for All India quota seats which amounts to 15% of the total seats to be filled through NEET 2018 exam. These seats are open for all and do not carry any criteria related to domicile. Seats under this quota are under the direct supervision of the central government.
The exact date and schedule are yet to be announced by the Medical education department. The official notification for the counselling would be announced by the end of June and it is expected to begin from the 1st or 2nd week of July 2018. A tentative counselling schedule for the MBBS admission is provided below:

Please note that after the first counselling, the subsequent rounds of counselling would be conducted only if all the seats are not filled in the previous round and there is still scope for some more intake.
In 7 Medical colleges in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, a total of 85% of the total MBBS seats would be put for counselling in the Arunachal Pradesh MBBS counselling under the state quota through NEET 2018.
For admission into MBBS courses in the state of Arunachal Pradesh through NEET 2018, students will have to follow a certain procedure. The detailed step by step process of counselling is listed below for your reference.
Candidates should remember to bring a copy of the online application form along with all other relevant documents on the day of counselling. Failure to produce the documents will result in their candidature not being considered for admission.
Candidates are required to carry all the necessary documents in original, along with photocopies, to the counselling venue. Prior to the counselling process, candidates will undergo the document verification process.

The seat allotment process will be conducted under the supervision of Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission Committee constituted by the Education ministry of the Arunachal Pradesh in consultation with the state health ministry. Candidates whose names are there in the merit list would be eligible for counselling cum admission process.
Applicants who made it into the merit list would be called for seat allotment according to their ranking in the aforementioned merit list. Candidates under the combined category merit list would be allotted seats first followed by the category wise merit list candidates.
The allotment of seats is a dynamic matter which depends upon many variables. It depends on the following factors.
After completion of all the procedural requirements for counselling candidates who would be allotted seats would get an admission letter issued in online mode through the respective colleges two to three days after counselling.
