NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
NEET 2020 has been rescheduled to September 13, 2020. Along with that NTA has reopened the form correction window from July 4 to 15, 2020. During this time period, candidates can make changes in their personal details, change the exam city preferences, and can also upload the new photograph & signature.
The facility is only available online and candidates may also have to make the required payment to do the changes. Also, all the candidates are advised not to send any Fax or Email regarding the changes because this mode of correction is not acceptable. As a part of security measures taken by NTA to curb malpractices, during the time of application process candidates were asked to provide class XII roll number. Candidates also had been asked to submit scanned images of their postcard size photographs, left-hand thumb impression, and class X passing certificate along with their passport size photograph and signature this year. Aspirants may also be asked to upload their live photos on the exam day from the venue.

Read on to check the complete guidelines given by the exam authority that must be followed at the time of uploading scanned photograph and signature in NEET Application Form 2020. Failing to follow the specifications will result in cancellation of candidature.

NOTE: In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used. The photograph should be covering 80% of face, ears clearly visible and the background should be white.

Along with the photo, candidates are also required to attach a scanned image of signature and right-hand index finger impression. The essential specifications are listed below:

With the uploading of photo and signature, candidates are required to upload their left-hand thumb impression as well. Details of the same are listed below:
NTA has asked the medical aspirants appearing for NEET 2020, to carry one postcard size photograph at the time of examination. The photo should be similar to the one uploaded in NEET Admit Card.
Candidates are also required to upload a scanned copy of the class X certificate.
During registration, it is quite natural to make errors while choosing the photograph. Candidates often upload photographs which are not in accordance with the instructions and hence, such images get rejected. The common mistakes committed by the candidates and the correct sample of the photograph are given below:
Note: The scanned image not meeting the photo requirements can be changed during NEET Form Correction. Candidates can upload an appropriate photo in the form and submit it again. The correct photo will be updated immediately in the form.
