NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
JEE Main 2019 (January Session) is scheduled for January 6 to 20, 2019 and the result for same will announce on January 31, 2019. NTA or National Testing Agency conducting body of JEE Main announces the JEE Main Marks Vs Ranks as soon as the JEE Main results are released. NTA will release JEE Main Cut off along with JEE Main result.

Types of JEE Main Rank Lists are mentioned in the table provided below:

JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) is responsible for conducting counselling and seat allocation process for the candidates who have qualified JEE Main and JEE Advanced. A total of 94 institutes (23 IITs, 31 NITs, 20 IIITs and 20 GFTIs) participate in JoSAA Counselling. NTA will release JEE Main Result on January 31, 2019 at www.cbseresults.nic.in. The total marks obtained in JEE Main is termed as scores. The scores are calculated by multiplying the total number of correct answers by 4 and subtracting the total number of incorrect answers.
This JEE Main score is considered for calculating the ranks. It two or more than two candidates obtain equal marks then, tie break criteria are used. On the basis of All India Ranks (AIR), candidates are called for JEE Main Counselling.
